The aim of the current research was to determine the effectiveness of the emotion-oriented approach on early maladaptive schemas, quality of married life, and cognitive regulation of emotion in couples who have experienced infidelity. The current research was semi-experimental. The statistical population of the current research included couples who had witnessed betrayal (the betrayer and the betrayed) and visited the counseling centers of Tabriz city from April 1400 to August. The sample including 14 couples was selected and randomly divided into 2 groups. The experimental group received emotional intervention and the control group did not receive any intervention. The measurement tools included Young's early maladaptive schemas questionnaire, Busby, Curran, Larsen and Christensen's Marital Life Quality Questionnaire and Garnevsky and Kraij's Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire. Multivariate analysis of covariance using Spss software was used for analysis. The results showed that emotional therapy has significantly reduced emotional deprivation, abandonment, social isolation, deficiency, dependence, distress, sacrifice and emotional inhibition in the post-test stage. Also, the emotion-oriented approach has significantly increased the components of the quality of married life, agreement, satisfaction, and cohesion, as well as increasing the cognitive regulation of compatible emotions and reducing the cognitive regulation of incompatible emotions. Purpose: The present study aimed to predict latent marital aggression based on Machiavellianism, anti-socialism and narcissism with the mediating role of shame and rejection sensitivity in a group of Iranian women.Method: 307 married women of Tehran city were selected by voluntary sampling method and were answered to the Couples Relational Aggression and Victimization Scale (Nelson & Carroll, 2006), the Short Version of Dark Triad Personality Traits (Paulhus & Jones, 2014), The Test of Self-Conscious Affect (Tangney, 1996) and Rejection Sensitivity Questionnaire (Downey & Feldman, 1996) through an online survey. The research method was correlational, structural equation modeling type and the data was analyzed using SPSS version 26 and AMOS version 24 software.Findings: The findings of Pearson's correlation coefficient showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between Machiavellianism with rejection sensitivity, shame with the dimensions of latent marital aggression including love withdrawal and social sabotage, but there is no significant relationship between narcissistic personality and rejection sensitivity, shame, love withdrawal and social sabotage. Anti-socialism had a positive and significant relationship with rejection sensitivity, shame and social sabotage; but it was not related to love withdrawal. Also, there is a positive and significant relationship between rejection sensitivity and shame with love withdrawal and social sabotage. The findings of structural equation modeling showed that Machiavellianism, anti-socialism, rejection sensitivity and shame positively predict love withdrawal and social sabotage. Narcissism has no direct or indirect effect on love withdrawal and social sabotage. The findings provide a deeper understanding of the mediating role of rejection sensitivity and shame in the relationship between Machiavellianism and anti-socialism with love withdrawal and social sabotage among women. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that women's rejection sensitivity and shame in relation to dark triad personality traits of Machiavellian and antisocial personality are related to latent marital aggression. Manuscript profile

Internet addiction is a serious public health problem worldwide. Recent studies indicate the increasing trend of this addiction in adults; Therefore, the present study was conducted in order to predict Internet addiction based on psychological well-being, psychological distress, emotion regulation, and feelings of loneliness in adults. The current research method is a description of the correlation type and the sample of the study was 200 adult citizens of Tabriz city in 1400-1401 as available sampling. Internet addiction questionnaires by Young (1998), Riff's psychological well-being (2002), Kessler's psychological distress (2002), difficulty in emotion regulation by Ramer and Gratz (2004) and Russell's feeling of loneliness (1996) were used to collect data. It was analyzed using Pearson's correlation test and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that among the four predictive variables (variables of psychological well-being, psychological distress, emotion regulation and loneliness of adults), three variables of psychological well-being, psychological distress and emotion regulation were able to predict Internet addiction (p<0.05). The direction of the relationship between psychological well-being and Internet addiction was negative, and the direction of the relationship between psychological distress and emotion regulation and Internet addiction was positive. Findings showed that loneliness could not predict Internet addiction. The findings of the present research show the importance of psychological variables such as psychological well-being, psychological distress, emotion regulation, in explaining addictive behaviors such as Internet addiction in adults. Life satisfaction is one of the most important factors of well-being and mental health, which positive psychology has paid special attention to in recent decades. The present study was conducted with the aim of determining the mediating role of self-differentiation and forgiveness in the relationship between psychological capital and life satisfaction in married women. This research was descriptive and correlational. Its statistical population included 798 married women in Tehran city, who were selected by multi-stage sampling method and used Diener's (1985) life satisfaction questionnaires, Luthans and Morgan's (2007) psychological capitals, Drake's individual differentiation (2011) and interpersonal forgiveness answered by Ehtshamzadeh et al. (2011). Structural equation method and Pearson correlation coefficient were used to analyze the data. The results showed that psychological capital, self-differentiation and interpersonal forgiveness directly had a significant effect on life satisfaction (P < 0.05). In addition, these psychological capitals had an effect on life satisfaction indirectly and through the mediation of interpersonal forgiveness and self- differentiation (P < 0.05). The findings of this study can be used to create a solution to reduce the destructive effects of not being satisfied with life in married women. Manuscript profile

One of the sexual and violent crimes in Iran's criminal law, which severely damages public modesty and has a negative impact on the physical and mental health of the victim, is the crime of rape, a crime that is never under this title in Iran's criminal laws. It has not been recognized, but under the influence of Islamic jurisprudence, it has been criminalized as forced and involuntary adultery. In this article, using library sources, the concept of the crime of rape is explained from the perspective of Islamic jurisprudence and the doctrine of criminal law, and the legislative response and the way to prove it in the criminal process are examined. The result of the study shows that in the Islamic Penal Code approved in 2012, the most severe punishment, i.e. execution, is considered for the perpetrator of rape. In the criminal law of Iran, it is conceivable to limit the issue of rape only by a male offender against a female victim. Iran's legislator is facing many shortcomings in the issue of rape, so that many examples of the crime of rape in criminal law are silent or at least not commented on. Of course, compared to the law of 1370, the role of the judge's knowledge in proving the crime of adultery has been strengthened as one of the proofs. Manuscript profile

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between marital commitment, lovemaking styles with marital intimacy in married couples regarding the role of sexual satisfaction as mediator. In this correlational study, 272 individuals were selected among all married couples in 1393 in Isfahan applying the convenience random sampling method. Data were collected using the marital commitment questionnaires of Adams and Jones, Lee’s lovemaking styles, Bagarozy’s marital intimacy and Pini’s sexual satisfaction questionnaire. Data were analyzed using structural equation method in AMOS software. The results of the analysis showed that the direct and total effect of marital commitment on marital intimacy is not significant. But lovemaking styles significantly influence the marital Intimacy (p < 0.05). In examining the direct effects it is also seen that the direct effect of marital commitment and lovemaking styles on sexual satisfaction is significant (p < 0.05). But the effect of sexual satisfaction on marital intimacy is not significant. The results show that the indirect effect of marital commitment on marital intimacy is significant as well as the indirect effect of lovemaking styles on marital intimacy (p < 0.05). It can be suggested that the effect of sexual satisfaction on the relationship between marital commitment and marital intimacy is a full mediator since the direct effects of marital commitment on marital intimacy did not appear to be significant. But since the direct effect of lovemaking styles on marital intimacy was significant, it reveals that sexual satisfaction plays the role of a partial mediator in this relationship. Context and purpose: There are two general and specific readings about the rule of negation. For this reason, three jurisprudential views have been formed regarding the scope of the rule of negation of gharr: The first view considers negation of gharr as abbreviated to sale and lease, the second view considers barter contracts as subject to the provisions of negation of gharr, the third view accepts the application of the rule and negation . Gharar is considered necessary in all contracts. As a result of this disagreement, the question is whether gharar is prohibited from the marriage contract or not. Considering that there is a difference in the nature of the marriage contract among the jurists, the purpose of the present study is to examine the nature of the marriage contract and explain the effects of the Gharari contract in the view of Imamiyyah and Hanafiyyah jurists. Materials and methods: This research is of a theoretical type, the research method is descriptive-analytical, and the method of collecting information is a library, and it was done by referring to documents, books and articles. Ethical considerations: In all stages of writing the present research, while respecting the originality of the texts, honesty and trustworthiness have been observed. Findings: The findings of the present research show that gharar is included in the dowry in the marriage contract and is not in the marriage contract itself, because the marriage is a contract that is not invalidated by the unknown exchange, and the Hanafi jurists include gharar in the dowry in a figurative way. have known that there is ignorance in the form of dowry. Result: To determine the position of gharar in marriage, we must first explain and specify the month of the marriage contract. There are two views in this regard. For they know A marriage contract is also necessary and necessary, in contrast to some people, considering the sanctity of the family institution and its importance, and the discovery of the legality of the marriage contract, it is not merely a contract of exchange, and it is not possible to exchange dowry, for example. Manuscript profile

The present study was conducted with the aim of determining the effectiveness of anger management training based on cognitive reconstruction on mental fatigue, perceived stress and emotion regulation of nurses at Shafai Hospital in Urmia. The statistical population of the research is made up of the College of Nurses of Shafai Hospital in Urmia, from which 30 people were selected by a purposeful method and were randomly assigned to an experimental group and a control group. The selection of the sample size was done with the help of Cohen's table and based on the power of the test. The design of this research is semi-experimental, with pre-test, post-test and control group. The educational packages include anger management techniques based on cognitive reconstruction, and Yoder's psychological fatigue questionnaire (2010), Watson, Clarke and Telgen's (1988) excitement questionnaire, and Cohen et al.'s (1983) perceived stress scale were used to measure the research variables. The implementation method was in the order that first the subjects were selected by the screening method and were replaced in two experimental and control groups. Before the implementation of the intervention in each group, three questionnaires were administered as a pre-test on the participants of all groups. After that, anger management techniques based on cognitive reconstruction were taught in the experimental group, and finally, the same questionnaires were administered again as a post-test on the participants of both experimental groups. To analyze the data, multivariate analysis of covariance was used in SPSS22 software. According to the findings of the research, the modified mean of the anger management experimental group in perceived stress, mental fatigue and emotion regulation is 30.46, 6.87, 65.88 respectively, and the mean of the control group in these variables is 35.86 respectively. 11/05 and 59/37. The average difference between these two groups in the post-test of the dependent variables of the research is significant at the level of 0.01. Therefore, it can be said that the average of the anger management experimental group is significantly lower than the average of the control group in perceived stress and mental fatigue and higher than the control group in emotion regulation. According to these findings, the research hypothesis is confirmed and it can be said that anger management training based on cognitive restructuring has an effect on perceived stress and mental fatigue and increasing emotion regulation. In contrast to marriage, which depends on the will of the couple, divorce is a right given to the man. And this duality in the influence of the will of each couple has led to the emergence of deep-rooted issues in Iranian jurisprudence and law. The structure of the current research is based on the etiology statement of the necessity of the woman's absolute power of attorney in divorce, the possibility or impossibility of the woman's power of attorney, the evolution of divorce regulations in Iranian law, and finally, the interpretation of the couple's will regarding the power of the woman in divorce. Also, in the field of theoretical framework, before dealing with the approach of the legislator of our country, the views of jurisprudence against and in favor, which have been effective in the formation of the legislative attitude, have been carefully considered. Acknowledging the absolute right of a woman in divorce as a way to adjust the right to unilaterally dissolve the marriage contract compensates for some of the shortcomings of women's rights and also frees her from an inappropriate marriage; the maximum form of representation in divorce for a woman is representation that Based on that, the occurrence of divorce or its non-occurrence is granted to the woman In order for her to have independent authority, there is not any necessity to be a condition as the cause of divorce or the need to confirm it by the court. This research was applied in terms of purpose and in terms of method it was a semi-experimental cross-sectional study with a pre-test-post-test-follow-up design. The statistical population included all cancer patients in Bushehr city from November 2019 to April 2014. From this population, 40 people were selected by available sampling method and randomly assigned to four groups of 10 people (three experimental groups and one control group). World Health Organization quality of life questionnaires (1996) and Beck depression questionnaires (1998) were administered to all participants as a pre-test. Then the people of the first experimental group received behavioral activation group therapy, the second experimental group received therapy based on acceptance and commitment, and the third experimental group also received cognitive therapy based on mindfulness in ten 90-minute sessions. But people in the control group did not receive intervention. Due to the corona situation, therapeutic interventions were held in the form of video calls. Finally, the aforementioned questionnaires were administered to all participants as a post-test. In order to follow up the effectiveness, after one month, all the participants answered the questionnaires again. The findings were analyzed using analysis of variance with repeated measurements and Tukey and Bonferroni post hoc tests. Based on the results, the mean post-test scores of the patients of all three test groups in the variables of depression and quality of life had a significant decrease and increase, respectively, compared to the control group (P<0.05). These differences were also significant in the follow-up phase (P<0.05). criminal laws. It is not known, but under the influence of Islamic jurisprudence, it has been criminalized as fornication by violence and unwillingness. In this article, an attempt has been made to explain the concept of the crime of rape from the perspective of Islamic jurisprudence and the doctrine of criminal law by using library sources, and to examine the legal response and how to prove it in the criminal process. Finally, we have come to the conclusion that in the Islamic Penal Code approved in 2013, the most severe criminal reaction is death for the perpetrator of rape. In the Iranian Criminal Code, it is possible to limit the issue of rape only by a male offender against a female victim. Iran's legislature is facing many shortcomings in the issue of rape, so that many examples of the crime of rape in criminal law are silent or at least not commented on. Of course, compared to the law of 1370, it has strengthened the role of the judge's knowledge in proving the crime of adultery as one of the proofs.
