The current research was semi-experimental. The statistical population of the current research included couples who had witnessed betrayal (the betrayer and the betrayed) and visited the counseling centers of Tabriz city from April 1400 to August. The sample including 14 couples was selected and randomly divided into 2 groups. The experimental group received emotional intervention and the control group did not receive any intervention. The measurement tools included Young's early maladaptive schemas questionnaire, Busby, Curran, Larsen and Christensen's Marital Life Quality Questionnaire and Garnevsky and Kraij's Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire. Multivariate analysis of covariance using Spss software was used for analysis. The results showed that emotional therapy has significantly reduced emotional deprivation, abandonment, social isolation, deficiency, dependence, distress, sacrifice and emotional inhibition in the post-test stage. Also, the emotion-oriented approach has significantly increased the components of the quality of married life, agreement, satisfaction, and cohesion, as well as increasing the cognitive regulation of compatible emotions and reducing the cognitive regulation of incompatible emotions. The research method was correlational, structural equation modeling type and the data was analyzed using SPSS version 26 and AMOS version 24 software.Findings: The findings of Pearson's correlation coefficient showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between Machiavellianism with rejection sensitivity, shame with the dimensions of latent marital aggression including love withdrawal and social sabotage, but there is no significant relationship between narcissistic personality and rejection sensitivity, shame, love withdrawal and social sabotage. Anti-socialism had a positive and significant relationship with rejection sensitivity, shame and social sabotage; but it was not related to love withdrawal. Also, there is a positive and significant relationship between rejection sensitivity and shame with love withdrawal and social sabotage. The findings of structural equation modeling showed that Machiavellianism, anti-socialism, rejection sensitivity and shame positively predict love withdrawal and social sabotage. Narcissism has no direct or indirect effect on love withdrawal and social sabotage. The findings provide a deeper understanding of the mediating role of rejection sensitivity and shame in the relationship between Machiavellianism and anti-socialism with love withdrawal and social sabotage among women. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that women's rejection sensitivity and shame in relation to dark triad personality traits of Machiavellian and antisocial personality are related to latent marital aggression. Recent studies indicate the increasing trend of this addiction in adults; Therefore, the present study was conducted in order to predict Internet addiction based on psychological well-being, psychological distress, emotion regulation, and feelings of loneliness in adults. The current research method is a description of the correlation type and the sample of the study was 200 adult citizens of Tabriz city in 1400-1401 as available sampling. Internet addiction questionnaires by Young (1998), Riff's psychological well-being (2002), Kessler's psychological distress (2002), difficulty in emotion regulation by Ramer and Gratz (2004) and Russell's feeling of loneliness (1996) were used to collect data. It was analyzed using Pearson's correlation test and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that among the four predictive variables (variables of psychological well-being, psychological distress, emotion regulation and loneliness of adults), three variables of psychological well-being, psychological distress and emotion regulation were able to predict Internet addiction (p<0.05). The direction of the relationship between psychological well-being and Internet addiction was negative, and the direction of the relationship between psychological distress and emotion regulation and Internet addiction was positive. Findings showed that loneliness could not predict Internet addiction. The findings of the present research show the importance of psychological variables such as psychological well-being, psychological distress, emotion regulation, in explaining addictive behaviors such as Internet addiction in adults. (2011). Structural equation method and Pearson correlation coefficient were used to analyze the data. The results showed that psychological capital, self-differentiation and interpersonal forgiveness directly had a significant effect on life satisfaction (P < 0.05). In addition, these psychological capitals had an effect on life satisfaction indirectly and through the mediation of interpersonal forgiveness and self- differentiation (P < 0.05). It has not been recognized, but under the influence of Islamic jurisprudence, it has been criminalized as forced and involuntary adultery. In this article, using library sources, the concept of the crime of rape is explained from the perspective of Islamic jurisprudence and the doctrine of criminal law, and the legislative response and the way to prove it in the criminal process are examined. The result of the study shows that in the Islamic Penal Code approved in 2012, the most severe punishment, i.e. execution, is considered for the perpetrator of rape. In the criminal law of Iran, it is conceivable to limit the issue of rape only by a male offender against a female victim. Iran's legislator is facing many shortcomings in the issue of rape, so that many examples of the crime of rape in criminal law are silent or at least not commented on. Of course, compared to the law of 1370, the role of the judge's knowledge in proving the crime of adultery has been strengthened as one of the proofs. Manuscript profile -

Data were analyzed in SPSS-22 by using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Mann-Whitney and Chi-square tests. The results showed a significant reduction in the severity of the disease in the intervention group compared to the control group. The presence of the patient's family support in the intensive care unit can lead to positive changes in the patient's recovery process. In this correlational study, 272 individuals were selected among all married couples in 1393 in Isfahan applying the convenience random sampling method. Data were collected using the marital commitment questionnaires of Adams and Jones, Lee’s lovemaking styles, Bagarozy’s marital intimacy and Pini’s sexual satisfaction questionnaire. Data were analyzed using structural equation method in AMOS software. The results of the analysis showed that the direct and total effect of marital commitment on marital intimacy is not significant. But lovemaking styles significantly influence the marital Intimacy (p < 0.05). In examining the direct effects it is also seen that the direct effect of marital commitment and lovemaking styles on sexual satisfaction is significant (p < 0.05). But the effect of sexual satisfaction on marital intimacy is not significant. The results show that the indirect effect of marital commitment on marital intimacy is significant as well as the indirect effect of lovemaking styles on marital intimacy (p < 0.05). It can be suggested that the effect of sexual satisfaction on the relationship between marital commitment and marital intimacy is a full mediator since the direct effects of marital commitment on marital intimacy did not appear to be significant. But since the direct effect of lovemaking styles on marital intimacy was significant, it reveals that sexual satisfaction plays the role of a partial mediator in this relationship.
