        The present study was conducted with the aim of studying and extracting the fields and identifying the effective dimensions of the university. This research was descriptive research and was carried out qualitatively. In this research, the data from the interview were analyzed using content analysis technique. In this technique, the raw data derived from spoken messages based on the deduction was categorized and categorized. Participants in the targeted way were selected among sustainable development experts in the field of higher education and were able to achieve data saturation. This study was conducted with the participation of 10 experts. Choosing contributors with the widest variety has increased the credibility of the data. The identified areas were categorized into six main groups: education, research, services, technological innovation, culture management and management. Then, the effective academic dimensions of each of the domains were identified, resulting in a total of 80 academic grade impact interviews. These dimensions were categorized in their core domain.         The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between prospective and defenders business strategies and the readability of financial reporting. Companies with different strategies have different information environments that may indicate the relationship between business strategy and financial reporting legibility. The Fog index and the length of the text were used to examine the readability of financial reporting. This research is an applied objective and its period is from 2013 to 2017 and a sample of 163 companies accepted in Tehran Stock Exchange. To test the research hypotheses, the least squares method was used in Eviews software. The findings of the research hypothesis test indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between prospective and Defenders business with financial reporting scruple, which is stronger in future Prospectors companies. A partial review of the research hypotheses suggests that the level of relationship between the Prospectors business strategy and the Fog (H 1) index and the length of the text (H 2) is 46% and 49%, respectively. Also, the level of relationship between the Defenders business strategy and the Fog index (H 3) and the length of the text (H 4) is 31% and 29%, respectively. Consequently, in the interests of greater transparency and clarity, more attention is needed to the company's business strategy. Manuscript profile

        Based on the data collected, there is a complete knowledge of the past and current developments of the CSR, but this information lacks the perception of its future potential. The purpose of this research is to investigate the future role of CSR in governmental and non-governmental organizations. In this regard, the following questions are designed: 1. How will CSR be important in future in governmental and non-governmental organizations? 2. What general (general) CSR policies affect the future CSR? 3. Which stakeholders will be involved in the dissemination of CSR in future government and non-governmental organizations? In order to clarify the future of CSR, the use of the Delphi technique, which is based on the prediction of the outcome of the consensus, is being addressed and applied in this research. To assess regional and partial differences, the Delphi panel covers more than 112 experts and experts that cover all areas of Tehran's metropolis.         The present study is a case study aimed at investigating the continued use of e-learning in the headquarters of the State Tax Administration. The present study is a descriptive survey type in terms of applied purpose. The statistical population consisted of all users of the electronic learning system at the headquarters of the country's tax affairs committee, including managers and experts. According to the Kerjesi and Morgan tables, and according to the volume of 890 people in the research community, the sample size was estimated at 300 people, with a probability 284 questionnaires were collected and analyzed statistically. To collect data, a library method and two researcher-made questionnaires were used. A survey of research questions was performed using relevant statistical tests including exploratory factor analysis to determine the factors of continuity of electronic learning, single sample t test to determine the current status of continuing use of e-learning and Cronbach's alpha coefficient for questionnaire . The results showed that the users of the e-learning system at the headquarters of the State Tax Administration were factors influencing the continued use of e-learning, including system, organizational, human, and demographic factors. The components of the "system", "human", "demographic" factors as well as the factors affecting the continued use of e-learning are lower than the average, and only the components of the "organizational" factors were higher than the average for employees.         Background: outsourcing is among the economic development device aiming to transfer non-strategic activities to other organizations. Aim: The aim was to review the effect of outsourcing venues and equipment's on organizational agility and staff empowerment in the Ministry of Youth and Sports. Methods: The research method was descriptive and correlational with an approach of structural equation modeling. The sampling method random sampling and the data collection device were outsourcing questionnaire (researcher made), and organizational agility (Sharifi and Zhang, 1999), and in empowerment (Spritzer, 1997) with the final coefficients of 0/81, 0/87 and 0/91 accordingly. The statistician sample was 202 managers, experts and staff in staff section in the Ministry of Youth and Sports according to Morgan table. Findings: The outsourcing questionnaire divergent, convergent, and differential narration was done by exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis. Pierson correlation coefficients and structural equation modeling were used because of the normal data distribution. The rate of outsourcing efficiency related to organizational agility of 0/343 and in relation to staff empowerment of 0/625 was obtained. The intensity of outsourcing effect on organizational agility and staff empowerment was calculated 0/54 and 0/87 accordingly in structural equation analysis. Conclusion: The Ministry of Youth and sports managers can improve organizational performance in accordance using outsourcing and reduce concerns related to stadium construction, repair, and management along with reducing staff costs by assignment of equipment and administration of stadiums and Improve development in its activity field in accordance to the 44 article of constitution bases on 1404 outlook.         Objective: The purpose of this article is to answer the question: What are future scenarios of the Iranian banking industry by combining the capabilities of knowledge absorptive capacity and corporate foresight? In this article, we have reviewed the future of banking industry, knowledge absorptive capacity and corporate foresight adopting both process and content (as a capability and ability) approaches; in addition, the components and dimensions of corporate foresight have been investigated from a content perspective. Methods: The research is practical in terms of purpose and cross-sectional in time. Using the tools of library and fuzzy Delphi methods data was collected from academic and industry experts (15 experts) and it was analyzed using Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) techniques and the Micmack software. Finding: The results suggest that performance can be enhanced by combining the capabilities of knowledge absorptive capacity and corporate foresight. Finally, by combination of the two capabilities, four possible scenarios, including the desired Ka’aba, the center of calmness, the revelation of magnificence and the wingless ascension, are outlined and analyzed.         This study was designed and developed to provide a model for enhancing the professional competence of faculty members of Islamic Azad University of Science and Research of Tehran. The importance of the issue is due to the weakness in the professional characteristics of its members and other universities as reported by previous research. The statistical population includes all the faculty members of the Azad University of Science and Research Branch; this university was chosen to extend its criteria to other units if the features were identified. Due to the relative novelty of the subject, the researcher used a qualitative method. In this way, using Delphi technique, the indicators of professional competency model of the faculty were designed. The sample consisted of 10 faculty members who were randomly selected. The results showed that the designed model can be used in Islamic Azad University; this model was tested for use elsewhere by statistical indices and the findings confirmed the model. Purpose: The main purpose of the present research is to investigate the effect of futuristic component on the development of enterprise entrepreneurship in small and medium enterprises. Methods: The present research is applied in terms of the purpose and the method of descriptive-survey information gathering technique and the Structural Equation Modeling Method with Liezel software have been used for factor analysis. The statistical population of the study consisted of 460 members of the scientific community of experts and managers in this field, 210 of whom were selected using the Morgan table.         Background: Cooperation between companies in the supply chain industry is critical to achieving competitive advantage, which requires a systematic view of the supply chain. Purpose: In this research, the purpose of identifying the factors affecting the strategic supply chain collaboration in Tabriz Manufacturing Branch is to identify and categorize the components by analytical approach. Methods: This research is an applied and analytical research. The statistical population of the research of automobile parts manufacturers was 150 units. Sample size according to Morgan table is 108 units. The research instrument was a questionnaire whose validity was verified through its content validity and its reliability through the Cronbach's alpha coefficient. For data analysis, the exploratory factor analysis method has been used with SPSS software. Results: The results of the sample fit test were based on the Bartlet index and the adequacy of the sample was 0.879, and the coefficient of aggregate extraction for all dimensions was more than 0.5 and the percentage of variance explained by the effective factors was 60.007%.         To continue the life of organizations in today's global marketplace, finding solutions to the exit from the competition field. The purpose of this research is to provide an algorithm for the development of innovative measures by using Porter's competitive forces and the blue ocean strategy.This research is descriptive survey and in terms of applied purpose. In this research, by presenting a two-step algorithm, the competitive environment and industry structure are identified, while evaluating the attractiveness of the organization, a suitable strategy for leaving the competitive environment is presented. In order to implement the proposed algorithm in the IRAFA company, the first team of experts included all the experts and managers. In the second stage, using a questionnaire scan and performing statistical tests, it was determined that among five of Porter's competitive forces, the competition among existing organizations was the main cause of the threat. Also, Table Four Action of the Blue Ocean Strategy Plan was developed with an emphasis on value innovation for the IRAFA company.
