The emergence of a new economy based on knowledge and information has led to an increase in researchers' interest in studying in the field of intellectual capital. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between organizational intellectual capital and employee performance and organizational learning. The research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey type. The statistical population of the study includes all branches of Parsian Bank in Gilan province with a population of 400 people. The research method is classified and systematic random sampling method. The sample size was calculated based on Cochran's formula of 196 people. Data collection tool is a standard questionnaire of intellectual capital, employee performance and organizational learning. The reliability of the questionnaire questions was calculated by Cronbach's alpha method of 0.83 and the validity of the questions was confirmed by content validity method. Data were analyzed using SPSS21 software using Pearson correlation test and multiple regression. Findings and results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between intellectual capital and organizational learning and also there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational learning and employee performance.   The planning and management of the news field in all prominent and professional media of the world takes place in completely different conditions: one in a normal situation and another in abnormal and critical conditions. It is obvious that under normal circumstances, the news editors who are in charge of managing media activities and endeavors are able to design and implement their news schedule in such a way that both their goals and media missions reach a desirable end and The needs, desires and preferences of the audience should be provided. The purpose of this research is to investigate the communication process of social networks in order to model the planning and management of crisis news coverage.   Introduction: Customer knowledge management is a combination of knowledge management and customer relationship management that is important for developing the organization's business strategy and thus improving organizational activities and achieving competitive advantage. With the development and expansion of knowledge and information technology, the project environment has become more complex. Methodology: Since knowledge management is one of the most important approaches that has been considered in this regard, the issue of the present study is to investigate the impact of knowledge management and each of its constituent processes (creation, application, sharing and storage of knowledge) on IT governance in the automotive industry.Results and discussion: Due to the fact that the impact of knowledge processes in the project environment is investigated, the method of this research was quantitative and the information required for this research was collected from the database of car companies. Level of car purchase is considered as a dependent variable and information about age, gender, income level, occupation, level of education, car history, marital status is considered as an independent variable. It was analyzed using data mining method and kmens algorithms and neural network method and support vector machine.Conclusion: The obtained results show that the use of knowledge management has been able to predict the types of customers and sales trends in the future and it is expected that the obtained results will be effective in managing the construction and production of the country's automotive industry.   In the current research, the model of operational and credit risk on planning management and efficiency of banks admitted to the stock exchange was investigated. The present method is among descriptive and applied research. From the 318 active banks in the Tehran Stock Exchange that were present in the years 1386 to 1398, according to the limitations, 108 banks were selected as a sample. To determine whether statistically the variance of the errors is significantly dependent on time or not. LM test was used. In order to calculate and prepare the research variables, as well as to extract the descriptive statistics of the main research variables, Excel software was used, and SPSS and GARCH statistical software were used to estimate the regression models and test the hypotheses. The results of the research showed that all research hypotheses were confirmed, in other words, credit growth and profitability and capital-to-asset ratio are significant on the stock returns of banks admitted to the Tehran Stock Exchange.
