Culture is the collective thought of the society manifested in the social and behavioral phenomena and affects all economical, social, political, martial, material and spiritual aspects of life. Regarding the definition of religion and culture and their foundation and purpose as well as their performance and role, it can be accepted that they are inseparable and affect each other. Using Thought and culture, human beings can make impossible things possible.  They can attain whatever they want. If man follows Islamic culture and performs Islamic traditions, the concept of perfect man is attained. A man who has wisdom from the holy Quran's view point, is spiritual, extrovert, and community-oriented, and tries to purify his soul.  He is the man of worship and a member of society. The purpose of the study was to investigate the efficiency of teaching the skill of stress control through behavioral-cognitive treatment method on decreasing female high school students' depression in Zone 14, Tehran City. The population of the study consisted of all first grade female high school students in Zone 14 in the academic year of 2013-2014.  The sample consisted of 36 students chosen by multi stage cluster random sampling as well as simple random sampling.  They were randomly assigned ti experimental and control groups. In order to teach the stress control skill, the questionnaire of General Health Questionnaire was used.  There were both pretest and posttest in the study. The results of the study showed that teaching stress control skill had a significant effect on the students' level of depression. Manuscript profile

The purpose of the study was to investigate the productivity promotion methods for postal services relying on general policies of Law 44 and execution of privatization. This research had hypotheses which were tested through applying different research tools in the Post Company. The main hypothesis stated that there was a significant relationship between Post Company privatization and postal services profiting promotion.  Other hypotheses stated that: there was a significant relationship between Post Company privatization and postal services quality promotion; there was a significant relationship between post Company Privatization and its personnel's morale increasing; there was a significant relationship between Post Company privatization and postal consignment increasing, and; there was a significant relationship between Post Company privatization and cost decreasing. The research method was descriptive. The study was carried out by studying the documents, interviewing and distributing the questionnaires among the participants. The sampling method of this research was classification. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between privatization of Post Company and postal services quality promotion, personnel’s morale increasing, postal consignments increasing and costs decreasing.  Manuscript profile

The aim of this study was codification and validating the type of universities' organizational structure questionnaire (enabling and hindering structures). Statistical population consisted of all the academic departments of Shiraz University. By separating the departments into humanities, applied science, technology and engineering, agriculture and art sub groups, amongst five departments were selected randomly and the entire faculty filled out the questionnaires as research sample. The results showed high validity (item analysis and confirmatory factor analysis) and reliability (Cronbach’s Alpha) of each dimension of the questionnaire. So, the questionnaire and its dimensions are valid and reliable for exploring organizational structure type (enabling and hindering).  Manuscript profile

The aim of the study was to investigate tendency factors of students in Islamic Azad Universities, Mazandaran province toward the alien culture. The population of the study consisted of students of Islamic Azad universities in Mazandaran province in the academic year of 2010-2011 that is, 60000 university students and method of sampling was multiple stage cluster random sampling.  The tool of the research was a researcher made questionnaire. Regarding the social status of the family, the results showed no significant difference among the subjects in regard to the alien culture. This research aimed at investigating the relationship between transformational leadership and applying knowledge management among high school teachers in Qarchak, a town in Tehran Province. The research method was descriptive and correlational. The research population included all high school teachers (male and female), 1392 people, in Qarchak in the academic year of 92-93. The sample size was estimated to be 237 people based on Morgan table and they were shosen using simple random sampling method. To gather data and assess teachers' transformational leadership, Bass and Avolio Multifactor Leadership standardized questionnaire was applied, and to assess teachers' knowledge management Hemmati's questionnaire was used. This research benefited from descriptive statistical methods (such as percentage, mean and frequency) and inferential statistics such as Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression, and SPSS software to analyze data. The findings of the study indicated that there was a significant relationship between the evolutionary leadership and each knowledge management factor (knowledge creation, knowledge sharing, storing knowledge, and application of knowledge).The results of multiple regression showed that four components of evolutionary leadership (individual consideration, intellectual persuasion, inspirational motivation and idealized influence) can predict the application of knowledge management among high school teachers in Qarchak. Finally, based on the literature and results, this research proposes some strategies for improving evolutionary leadership and knowledge management. Manuscript profile

The present research aimed at investigating the level of guidance school teachers in terms of communicative skills.  The research was a descriptive (survey) one in terms of data collection method and it was an applied one in terms of the purpose. The research population consisted of all guidance schools male and female teachers (n=774) in District 4 of Tehran in academic year of 2012-2013. The sample size consisted of 260 people according to Moran table. In order to select the  research sample, stratified- random sampling method was used.  Data collection tool was Queendam's communicative skills questionnaire including 34 items on Likert scale, the validity of which was confirmed by the supervisor and advisor of the study and the reliability of which appeared to be 0.82 estimated by Cronbach's alpha. In order to analyse the data, Calmogroph Smirnof, single group t and two groups t were used. The results indicated that teachers of District 4 in Tehran had favourite condition in terms of listening skill, understanding the message, vision in communication, regulation and control of emotions and  strictly communicative skill. The present research aimed at analyzing the content of the textbook entitled "Thinking and Research" of 6th Grade based on fundamental transformation document and scholars' opinions like "Matthew Lipman". According to the mentioned purpose, 4 hypotheses and questions have been developed as follows: 1. To what extent has the content of "Thinking and Research" helped the students in their manner of thinking? 2. Has it led to problem solving skills acquisition? 3. In regard with training reasoning and conclusion, does the content of the book correspond with the goals determined in fundamental transformation document? 4. Have appropriate methods been offered to respond to the students' curiosity in four areas including 'relationship with self, God, people and creation' in its content? In terms of aim, this is an applied research, ex post facto type. The research population included the entire 6th Grade teachers in District 2 of Rey city, Tehran province in the academic year of 2012-2013. In order to collect the required data, in addition to attributive and research-based method, a researcher-made questionnaire has also been drawn upon and its reliability has been measured by Cronbach's alpha (%978). The validity of the tool was also confirmed by faculty members. The obtained results were analyzed in two descriptive and inferential parts using "Kolmogorov–Smirnov test", "t-test" and Friedman test and they showed that the content of the book has been "successful" in fostering reasoning, manner of thinking, appropriate methods of responding and developing appropriate questions. However, it has been "unsuccessful" in developing "problem solving skills acquisition" and "conclusion skills" in 6th grade students. Manuscript profile
