The Survey of Tendency Factors of Students in Islamic Azad Universities, Mazandaran Province toward the Alien Culture

Abstract :
The aim of the study was to investigate tendency factors of students in Islamic Azad Universities, Mazandaran province toward the alien culture. The population of the study consisted of students of Islamic Azad universities in Mazandaran province in the academic year of 2010-2011 that is, 60000 university students and method of sampling was multiple stage cluster random sampling. The tool of the research was a researcher made questionnaire. Regarding the social status of the family, the results showed no significant difference among the subjects in regard to the alien culture. Regarding the media factors, the obtained coefficient of correlation showed that there was a significant relationship between domestic and foreign media factors and the tendency of students toward alien culture.
