Evaluating the Components Situation of Education and Development Quality Improvement of Municipality Managers (Case: Tehran City)

Abstract :
Continuous environmental change will make organizational improvements and improvements in a variety of inevitable situations. On the other hand, organizations need to improve and develop operational operations in order to keep pace with environmental changes. One of the processes that strengthens the competencies of the employees and leads to the growth of the person is education. Therefore, according to the above mentioned, the purpose of this study was to assess the status of components of improving the quality of education and the growth of Tehran's municipality managers. The research method was applied in terms of purpose and in terms of data type was quantitative. The statistical population of this research includes all managers of Tehran municipality (Tehran municipality with 16 departments and nine deputies) with 740 people. Using multistage cluster sampling method and Cochran formula, 253 individuals were selected as sample size Became In this study, library method and researcher-made questionnaire (quantitative section) were used to collect data. In order to evaluate the validity of the questionnaire, face validity, content and construct were used. To calculate its reliability, Cronbach's alpha coefficient and combined reliability were used. Results indicated that the validity and reliability of the researcher's questionnaire were made. In order to analyze the data, according to the research questions, descriptive statistics and inferential and using Spss software And Lisrel were used. The results showed that the individual and educational components of improving the quality of education were in a desirable situation, but the organizational component was not favorable.
