Abstract: Objective: The aim of this study was to identify several dimensions and components of research data management in Qutb 7 academic libraries; Examining the current situation and presenting a conceptual model was performed. Methods: The present study is a combined study using the Delphi approach that was conducted in three stages. The statistical population of the study was the experts of university libraries in 7 countries; Cronbach's alpha and content validity were used to determine the reliability and validity of the measurement tool. In the analysis of qualitative data, the foundation data method and quantitative data from descriptive indices, fit and confirmatory factor analysis were used. Results: The average factor loads of data management components were higher than 0.8 and acceptable. 99% confidence, good fit of 12-component measurement models (data infrastructure; regulatory role; reuse; budget; organization; information services; sharing; training and updating; distribution & dissemination; policy-making; Confirmed. The results of t-test in a small part showed that there was a significant difference (t-value = 80.50) between the desired and existing status of data management in the libraries of Qutb 7 medical universities and the current status was lower than average. The general results of the research indicate that the central category of the present study consists of 12 dimensions and 38 components, the most important of which were examined according to the causal, contextual and mediating conditions, and the development strategies and the final model based on it are presented. The purpose of this study is to identify the components of establishing knowledge management in the General Registry Office of Bushehr Province. This research is of research type, theoretical and its approach according to the objectives of the research is a qualitative type of content analysis. Two methods of library and field were used to collect data. In order to benefit from the opinions of experts and managers of the General Administration, using the purposeful sampling method with maximum diversity, 32 managers and specialists who had the information required for the research, were selected and through in-depth interviews, the information required for the research. Was collected. The interview continued until the information reached theoretical saturation. The questions of this interview were prepared based on a review of the research literature and were reviewed and reviewed by several professors and experts in order to be appropriate and adequate. The data obtained from the interviews were copied, categorized and analyzed shortly after the interviews. To validate the results, the methods of reliability, transferability, reliability and verifiability were used. Also, to increase trust, two coders were used during coding. Based on the results, three components were identified as effective components on the implementation of knowledge management system in the General Registry Office of Bushehr Province, which include technical infrastructure, human infrastructure and organizational infrastructure. The method of the present study is fundamental (exploratory) research in terms of nature and a combined method (qualitative-quantitative) has been used to investigate the objectives of the research. The statistical population of the study is the managers of government agencies in Mazandaran province who have a master's degree or higher and have at least 10 years of management experience in the current government. The statistical sample was determined by theoretical sampling method until the indicators reached theoretical saturation. The number of samples in this study was limited to 25 managers of government agencies in Mazandaran province due to open interviews and the prevalence of Covid 19 disease, which slightly affected open sampling in the study. Were considered. Information and data required for the research were collected through a questionnaire. In order to analyze the collected data in the qualitative part, the grounded theory method has been used and in the quantitative part, the Demetel method has been used. The results showed: causal, intervening, pivotal, contextual-individual and environmental factors on the health of the administrative system in order to achieve open data governance in Mazandaran province and according to the obtained model Manuscript profile

This study examines the role of tacit knowledge that shows organizational productivity and efficiency. To conduct this research and evaluate the validity of the model and its hypotheses , 250 questionnaires were distributed by random sampling using Cochran formula among managers and employees of different branches of Sepah Bank in Tehran and 210 questionnaires were received totally. The Cochran formula was considered with 0.05% error level, 95% accuracy level and sample size greater than 196. The validity of the questionnaires was assessed using the content validation method. Cronbach's alpha coefficient and reliability of the questionnaire were calculated using SPSS software. The results show that the alpha coefficient for the whole questionnaire has a high level of validity of 0.974%. It was also proven that the positive impact of these factors on organizational innovation and competitiveness leads to a higher level of productivity and employees focused on sharing tacit knowledge have positive effects on organizational productivity. Finally, the present study concludes that not only organizational productivity increases through knowledge sharing, but also the innovative contribution of employees increases as a result of using the knowledge, expertise and experiences of others.
