The Impact of Sharing Tacit Knowledge Management on Organizational Productivity of Employees (Case Study of Sepah Bank)

Abstract :
This study examines the role of tacit knowledge that shows organizational productivity and efficiency. To conduct this research and evaluate the validity of the model and its hypotheses , 250 questionnaires were distributed by random sampling using Cochran formula among managers and employees of different branches of Sepah Bank in Tehran and 210 questionnaires were received totally. The Cochran formula was considered with 0.05% error level, 95% accuracy level and sample size greater than 196. The validity of the questionnaires was assessed using the content validation method. Cronbach's alpha coefficient and reliability of the questionnaire were calculated using SPSS software. The results show that the alpha coefficient for the whole questionnaire has a high level of validity of 0.974%. It was also proven that the positive impact of these factors on organizational innovation and competitiveness leads to a higher level of productivity and employees focused on sharing tacit knowledge have positive effects on organizational productivity. Finally, the present study concludes that not only organizational productivity increases through knowledge sharing, but also the innovative contribution of employees increases as a result of using the knowledge, expertise and experiences of others.
