        The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of descriptive evaluation on social skills and academic progress in elementary school students of Damavand city in the academic year of 1402-1401. The research being investigated is that Matson's social skills questionnaire (1983) and the researcher-made academic achievement questionnaire are available to students who were selected by simple random sampling; will be given to answer each of the questions in a targeted way. For the data analysis method, considering that two independent groups have been considered (students with descriptive evaluation, students with traditional evaluation) As well as the use of the word average in research hypotheses, T-test of two independent samples was used. The results of the research show that the relationship between descriptive evaluation and social skill at the error level of 0.5. It is significant (05/.>sig).         The present study was conducted with the aim of providing a practical model for the selection and appointment of principals of secondary schools in the country. This research was carried out using a mixed approach, in the qualitative stage, the components were extracted with the help of content analysis of interviews with 25 experts and managers of the country's education system, and in the quantitative stage, the final model was tested using the survey method. The validity of the selected components obtained from the qualitative phase was measured using the Kappa method and its reliability was measured using the criteria of acceptability, transferability, reliability and confirmability. By coding the interview texts, a total of 140 basic themes were obtained, which were categorized into 9 core categories. Adherence of people to religious and religious values, individual and personality characteristics of people, good record, reputation and acceptability of people, professional and occupational skills and experiences of people, scientific and research abilities, human, social and professional skills, competencies Intellectual and perceptive, free-spirited, collaborative and effective leadership abilities of individuals and interest, satisfaction, motivation and occupational and organizational commitment are the components of selection and appointment of secondary school principals in the country.         The purpose of this research was to investigate the impact of knowledge maturity on organizational innovation in medical education centers of Mazandaran province. The statistical population of this research is the medical education centers of the west of Mazandaran province, where 320 people were considered as samples. In this research, the research method is descriptive-survey method. The data collection tool in this research is a researcher-made questionnaire. The reliability of the questionnaires was calculated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient higher than (0.7). Form and content validity were used to determine the validity of these tools. In this research, structural equation model test and Smart PLS software were used for data analysis.         The aim of the current research was to provide a model for improving the responsibility of elementary school students based on the pathology of the existing situation. This research is practical in terms of purpose and has been done in two parts, qualitative and quantitative. In the qualitative part, the qualitative content analysis method was used, and in the quantitative part, the survey method was used. The participants of the qualitative part were primary education specialists and educational psychologists who were selected through purposive sampling. Interviews with the participants were conducted using a semi-structured interview method and continued until data saturation was reached with the number of 15 people. The statistical population in the quantitative section was all managers, teachers and experts of the elementary school in the country, from which 480 people were randomly selected in a multi-stage manner. First, by using semi-structured interview and qualitative content analysis method, the damage in the field of responsibility of primary school students was identified, and after confirming the content validity of Lavosheh a 77-item questionnaire was designed based on it and using survey method and factor analysis. According to the coding of the findings obtained from the interviews with professors and experts, the responsibility of elementary school students was identified in six dimensions.         The aim of the current research is to design a model of teaching-learning system in Islamic Azad University. Since in applied research, the main goal is not only scientific discovery, but testing and checking the application of knowledge, so the method of this research is applied in terms of the goal and it was done in an exploratory way. The method of data collection was done quantitatively and the data collection tool was a questionnaire. Therefore, on this basis, 269 people from all managers, assistants, professors and employees of the Islamic Azad University of Damavand branch cooperated in this research. The analysis of the collected data was done in two descriptive and inferential ways through SPSS 16 and Smart PLS software.         The main goal of the current research is to identify the relationship between emotional intelligence and organizational culture with the organizational citizenship behavior of Mehr Eketsad Bank employees in Tehran. The research method has been done in terms of descriptive purpose, in terms of collecting information as a survey and in terms of data analysis as a correlation. The statistical population of this research includes all the employees working in Mehr Ekhtaz Bank in Tehran, numbering 623 people, who were selected through random sampling and based on Morgan's table, a sample size of 234. The data collection tools are Schering's standard emotional intelligence questionnaire, Dennison's organizational culture (2000) and Toure's citizenship behavior (2015), whose content and form validity were confirmed by experts and its reliability was confirmed with Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.94. The results show that there is a relationship between emotional intelligence and organizational citizenship behavior, and also, from the dimensions of emotional intelligence, self-control dimension and self-awareness dimension respectively have the greatest effect on organizational citizenship behavior. The results also indicate that there is a relationship between organizational culture and organizational citizenship behavior, and from the dimensions of organizational culture, the similarity dimension has the greatest impact on organizational citizenship behavior. Based on the findings of the research, it is concluded that the more people have emotional intelligence in the organization and the culture of the organization is at a favorable level, the incidence of organizational citizenship behaviors in employees increases.         The employee suggestion system program is a program designed to encourage ideas and suggestions provided by employees. Therefore, this article is the result of the implementation of the suggestions system in one of the new and satellite faculties of Bu-Ali Sina University.   The method of doing the work is as follows: the call for holding was informed by different ways to the stakeholders and channels to receive Suggestions are defined. A total of 102 usable suggestions from students and professors were collected and categorized into four categories that can be effective for other faculties as well.   Finally, a conclusion was made about the quality and quantity of the received proposals, and suggestions for the continuation of the project in the organization of the place of implementation, as well as useful approaches for other fledgling faculties under the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Science, which have similar intentions, were presented.
