Presenting a model for improving the responsibility of elementary school students based on the pathology of the existing situation

Abstract :
The aim of the current research was to provide a model for improving the responsibility of elementary school students based on the pathology of the existing situation. This research is practical in terms of purpose and has been done in two parts, qualitative and quantitative. In the qualitative part, the qualitative content analysis method was used, and in the quantitative part, the survey method was used. The participants of the qualitative part were primary education specialists and educational psychologists who were selected through purposive sampling. Interviews with the participants were conducted using a semi-structured interview method and continued until data saturation was reached with the number of 15 people. The statistical population in the quantitative section was all managers, teachers and experts of the elementary school in the country, from which 480 people were randomly selected in a multi-stage manner. First, by using semi-structured interview and qualitative content analysis method, the damage in the field of responsibility of primary school students was identified, and after confirming the content validity of Lavosheh a 77-item questionnaire was designed based on it and using survey method and factor analysis. According to the coding of the findings obtained from the interviews with professors and experts, the responsibility of elementary school students was identified in six dimensions. The model indices had a good fit.
