Abstract :

The purpose of this research was to investigate the impact of knowledge maturity on organizational innovation in medical education centers of Mazandaran province. The statistical population of this research is the medical education centers of the west of Mazandaran province, where 320 people were considered as samples. In this research, the research method is descriptive-survey method. The data collection tool in this research is a researcher-made questionnaire. The reliability of the questionnaires was calculated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient higher than (0.7). Form and content validity were used to determine the validity of these tools. In this research, structural equation model test and Smart PLS software were used for data analysis. The results of the data analysis confirmed the effect of knowledge maturity on organizational innovation in medical education centers of Mazandaran province.0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0
