This study was carried out with the aim of explaining the role of professionalism and individual citizenship behavior of teachers on the effectiveness of the school in secondary schools of Kermanshah city in the academic year 2015-2016. The method of this research was a description of the type of correlation and the statistical population of this research included all the teachers of second secondary schools in the districts of Kermanshah city. The representative sample consisted of 400 teachers and the desired teachers were selected using cluster sampling. Three questionnaires were used to collect the required data for the research variables: Shannon-Moran teachers' professionalism questionnaire (2006), Schwabsky's personal citizenship behavior questionnaire (2014) and Hoy's school effectiveness questionnaire (2009). Content validity method was used to determine the validity of the questionnaires. Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to check the reliability of three questionnaires. The reliability coefficient calculated for the questionnaires of professionalism, individual citizenship behavior and school effectiveness were estimated at 0.85, 0.83 and 0.87 respectively. The results of data analysis show that there is a direct and significant relationship between teachers' professionalism and schools' effectiveness (r=0.383). Also, the correlation between the variable of individual citizenship behavior of teachers and the effectiveness of schools is direct and significant (r=0.434). In the end, it was determined that 23.9 percent of the variance of schools' effectiveness can be explained through the variables of professionalism and individual citizenship behavior of teachers. The present study has been conducted to examine the effect of Transformational leadership and knowledge management processes on organizational innovation in Kharazmi University. The research methodology was descriptive and correlational. The population included all Kharazmi University staff that reached a total of 847 individuals. Through convenience sampling, 300 of the staff were recruited to make up the sample. In order to collect the data, three questionnaires were used:  transformational leadership by Boss and Aulio (1995), knowledge management by Nonaka and Taguchi (1995), and organizational innovation by Choopani (2011). For data analysis, structural equation modeling, fitness indices and path coefficients were utilized. The results of the analyses demonstrated that 1) transformational leadership had no significant impact on organizational innovation at Kharazmi University (ß= 0.09, t= 0.48); 2) knowledge management processes had direct significant effect on organizational innovation at Kharazmi University (ß= 0.60, t= 3.66); 3) transformational leadership had direct effect on knowledge management (ß= 0.70, t= 4.52); 4) transformational leadership had indirect impact on organizational innovation at Kharazmi University via knowledge management processes (ß= 0.42, t= 2.29); 5) consequently, the suggested conceptual model enjoys appropriate statistical fitness Manuscript profile
