        Abstract: Field: In the countries’ municipalities, as street-level bureaucracy, the employees for close relationship with citizens confront several problems in implementing the notified public policies and also each citizen’s individual problem affects the employees’ participation and implementation. Purpose: This research attempts to identify and prioritize the components of employees’ participation in implementing . Methodology: In this research, Delphi technique has been used in identifying the components of employee’s participation in implementing public policy. Accordingly, by applying the opinions of eighteen experienced experts in public policy-making and linking the extracted components from theoretical foundations of research and , a close-answer and open-answer questionnaire was given to experts in two stages inquiring their opinions about the relationship of components with employee’s participation in implementing public-policy and also identifying the importance of each component, their responses were analyzed. Results: in this research nine basic components were confirmed by experts. Each component includes several indicators, finally fifty-eight indicators were identified and confirmed. Also, the qualitative model of research is proposed by applying the experts’ opinion about the components and indicators’ degree of importance .         The main goal of this research is to identify working conditions and working practices (work practices, especially self-management behavior) affecting the productivity of knowledge workers in Birjand University.         Purpose: The purpose of this study was to provide a model for improvement and improvement of the administrative system in the National Gas Company using the mixed method (qualitative and quantitative). Methods: In the qualitative section, the data model of the foundation was used. In this section, the data model of the research foundation was conducted by interviewing 15 staff experts in the National Gas Company with Delphi method, axial and selective coding. In the quantitative part, using the modeling of structural equations in the male environment, Liserl and Amos, examine the proposed model and the hypotheses presented in the qualitative stage. The statistical population of the research in the small part consists of all administrators in 31 provincial gas companies along with the central headquarters. In this section, Morgan table was used to determine the sample.         Backgrounds and Objectives: Organizations that have the organizational health (OH), human resources are committed and conscientiousness and staff have a high morale and performance. Thus the current study implemented to investigate the relationship between (OH) and organizational commitment (OC) among the employees of Islamic Azad University, Tehran Medical Branch. Methods: This research implemented in the gauging method among the 130 cases (as the samples) from 230 Non-faculty staff of Islamic Azad University, Tehran Medical Branch. For data gathering, Meyer & Allen's Organizational Commitment Standardized Questionnaire and OHI Organizational Health Questionnaire (Miles) are used. The collected data were analyzed by using Pearson correlation, multiple regression and Canonical correlation analysis. Findings: Findings show that there is a significant relationship between (OC) and all levels and components of health. Structuring dimension with correlation coefficient of 0.484 among other aspects of (OH) is highly correlated with (OC). Canonical correlation analysis results also show that there is an interpretable and confirmable focal set in which considerateness and affective commitments are most relevant to this point.         Bachground: The research aimed to investigate reducing the government's role in the management and ownership of insurance companies and shows the impact of it on the profitability and financial growth of this companies in Iran. Goal: The aim is to evaluate the relationship between development of privatization and profitability of insurance companies. Research Methodology: Statistical population of this research includes insurance companies established in the years between 2009 and 2014. Ratios of insurance penetration rate, returns of invested capital and capital structure have been used to measure the independent variables. Returns of stockholders' equity and returns of assets have been used to measure profitability as the dependent variable. The hypotheses were tested by using Eviews software. research findings: To test the hypotesis we represnted the model that based on it we measured the existence and type of the relationship between development of privatization and profitability variables. The results of research shows that the relationship exictence between privatization and its variables with profitability variables. Conclusion: Decrease the government's role in the management and ownership, implementation of privatization, diversification insurance tools and increased insurance culture in order to expand the activity and profitability of insurance companies.         The purpose of the study was to Examine organizational health at centers and subordinate units Hamedan Payame Noor University. This cross-sectional study was done in 1393. The population of study consisted experts and managers on deputy of development and resource management affairs at centers and subordinate units Hamedan Payame Noor University. Sample size is 180 staff. Data collection tool is a standard questionnaire to assess the validity of Organizational Health with the help of professors and experts were approved and reliability was determined. Cronbach's alpha coefficient is 91%. For analyzing the data used the normal test, Kolmogorov-Smirnov, One Sample T-Test, Friedman and descriptive statistical tests. The results showed that some factors including: Communication, loyalty and Commitment, Morale, Institutional Reputation, Ethic, Performance Recognition, Goal Alignment and leadership were significant whereas other factors including Participation and Involvement, development and Resource Utilization were not significant.
