Abstract :
Nowadays, knowledge has become an asset and advantage that organizations in the world of the global economy can compete with others. The purpose of this applied research is to examine the impact of knowledge-based human resource management policies on innovation performance and the dimensions of intellectual capital The research method was descriptive survey and correlation.The statistical population consisted of all employees of the national company for distribution of petroleum products in Golestan province to 274 people.The sample size was 180 people.To test the variables, the Kantö governor's questionnaire was used. Stratified random sampling was used. The content of the questionnaire was verified by Cronbach's alpha, which was reported above 0.7 for all three variables, the data were analyzed by structural equation modeling with Using the Smart-Pls software was analyzed Data analysis showed that knowledge-based human resource management policies have a significant effect on the dimensions of intellectual capital, as well as human capital has a significant effect on the innovation performance of the human capital on communication capital and capital, between knowledge-based human resource management policies and performance Innovation has a significant relationship and human capital has a significant effect on innovation performance with the mediating role of communication capital
