The shortage of theories and research in the field of urban design aesthetics have caused that the creation of beautiful landscape in cities to be regarded as a marginal and selective subject, depending on individual and personal tastes of the clients and designers. In related literature, the studies about the evaluation of urban aesthetics have been focused on the experts’ opinion about the beauty, and thus people's preferences of urban aesthetics are usually ignored. Galindo’s research (2005) is one of the few studies which establish connections between environmental meanings and urban aesthetics by using the people’s opinion about their environments. He introduces variables such as visual wealth, light, originality, and place memories as the most important variables of beautiful urban landscapes.     This study is an attempt to demonstrate the people aesthetic preferences and its relation to the identity of place. In evaluating people’s preferences we are looking for the “beauty in the eye of beholder”, and thus the evaluation is involved in the perception of beauty and the emotion people have for their living places. Four hundred residents of the district of Navab (old and new fabrics) interviewed according to a visual test (Q-sort). The findings show that there is no considerable differences between the criteria regarding beautiful landscape and those involving sense of place; it is also recognized that for both beauty and identity the objective criteria are cited more than subjective criteria by the respondents.     In detail, the result of people preferences about beauty can be summarized as below: Objective variables related to the physical appearance of the landscape are more effective than subjective variables such as beliefs and values about the place. The design of the building façade has been the most important criterion in evaluating beauty. Beautiful landscapes are mostly selected from new designed fabric of Navab. There is a public consensus in selecting desirable landscapes. Characteristics of the best three selected landscapes are their clarity of form, function, and structure. They all have a strong social context.     The results about preferences for identity shows that: Objective criteria are more notable than subjective ones. Familiarity with place is the important criterion of identity; it obtained the highest rank among other variables. Three higher landscapes which constituted the highest percent of preferences have special characteristics. All are landmarks with distinctive social context and hold clear forms and functions. According to the opinions of residents of both old and new fabrics, the new fabric is more identifiable. Although the reason for this selection is residents’ familiarity with space (place identification instead of place identity) but it demonstrates how much the designed environment (as an expert product), influences the people’s preferences of place. It comes to the conclusion that a professional work holds an inherent value for people. This issue should be regarded by those who participate in designing and making decisions about cities. It seems a participatory place making, supports and enhances the compatibility between built form and the people’s preferences. Manuscript profile

3 - Team Design Training: Learning Preferences as a Factor for Identification and Prediction of Students’ Abilities in Design Teams

It is vitally important to recognize the differences in abilities among learners and then adapt training programs to their characteristics in team design training (TDT). According to this background, the present study aims to identify and predict students' team design ability and its dimensions, content, and process, using their learning preferences (LPs) within the modes of receiving/perceiving information, viz., abstract conceptualization/concrete experience (AC/CE) and processing/internalizing it, namely, active experimentation/reflective observation (AE/RO) in Kolb's Experiential Learning Theory (KELT). In this respect, the self-and-peer assessment (S&PA) outcomes in the design teams indicate a significant correlation between the students' bipolar LPs (BLPs) and their team design ability along with its dimensions, implying that their team design ability can be well predicted from their LPs. It is thus expected that learners who prefer to exploit AC in receiving/perceiving information and AE in processing/internalizing it and those correspondingly choosing CE and AE for the same purposes will have better ability in the content and process dimensions of team design, respectively. Considering the impact of both dimensions and their effectiveness ratio on the overall team design ability, it is concluded that learners who wish to process/internalize information by AE will exhibit higher team design ability. One of the most important concerns of investors in financial markets is choosing a share or stock portfolio that is optimal in terms of profitability. To this end, there are many ways in which the stock portfolio has been chosen. The optimal portfolio selection is a portfolio management goal. In this dissertation, the DEA technique has been used as a new and reliable way to select the stock optimal stock. In this thesis, the risk of different orders, average returns, return variances, higher torque are considered as output variables. It will also be possible to take into account the priorities for increases in risk ignored by DEA in applied studies but discussed in economic theory. Finally, in this research, 278 companies were evaluated in 50 stock portfolios during the 5-year period, which is evaluated by 3 models, one for higher returns, one for lower risk and one for a combination of these two methods has meant greater returns and less risk. Nowadays, recognition buying behavior of children and their parents is one of the key success factors for organizations. If marketers can identify the factors influencing buying behavior of the child, they will be able to get ahead of its competitors in their industry, and have a greater share of the market. No doubt, a prerequisite for success in any market is acceptance of products by customers in the target markets. Also, since today's society is moving toward child- prominence, and with the ways of communication such as the Internet, satellite, and rising of children awareness, it can be seen that the role of children in family purchase decisions became more highlight. Therefore, to understand the factors influencing buying behavior of children, and see the impact on parents buying, can be more understanding of the child's behavior as a customer, and based on this, marketers are able to take a larger share of the market, & hence, studying these factors is important . The population used for this study, are children and parents in entertainment and shopping centers and 385 pairs of questionnaires were distributed between children and their parents in these centers, which sampling in each of these centers was done based on stratified simple random sampling method. Also, to analyze the data, descriptive and conclusive statistics, and the software SPSS, and Lisrel were used, and Structural Equation Modeling, used as a multivariate analysis technique, for examining dependence rate of relationships between the variables. The results indicate that the product packaging, influences on unhealthy product preferences by the child. But product packaging don’t influence on healthy product preferences by children, and also the product preferences by children (healthy and unhealthy), don't influence on buying behavior of parents. Also, conceptual attitudes of parents don’t influence on child's perception impression in parents buying decision. While, social attitudes of parents influences on child's perception impression process and child's perception impression process in parents buying decision do not influence on the buying behavior of parents. Shopping spaces in Tabriz have experienced various construction patterns over time, from the bazaar to the commercial street and in the last two decades, malls. Considering the importance of the position of citizens as consumers of commercial spaces in determining the path of development strategies of shopping spaces, the purpose of this research was to evaluate the preferences of citizens regarding the construction patterns of urban shopping spaces. The current research was conducted with field method and case study type in 1401 in the statistical population of Tabriz citizens. Sampling was done randomly and according to the diversity of demographic characteristics, including age and gender. The sample size was obtained by Cochran's formula of 385 people. First, by conducting field studies, Tabriz shopping centers were classified based on eight identified construction patterns. Then, among them, 15 prominent shopping spaces in terms of historical record, functional scale, size and attraction of local residents and tourists in ten areas of the city were selected as case studies. The collected data through the questionnaire tool were analyzed with SPSS software and Friedman's test. The findings of the research show that the five shopping spaces of Valiasr, Lale-Park, Atlas, Tarbiat and Shariati (Shahnaz) have higher priority according to the respondents. People's interest and preference is more towards shopping spaces with the construction pattern of commercial pedestrian street, mall and commercial street. The construction patterns of Shopping Plaza, Underground Development and Market Bridge have not been able to get a good rating. According to the results, it can be said that the the construction pattern of "Pedestrian Street" is highly acceptable due to its integration with the urban context and the possibility of establishing social interactions and combining shopping and recreation. On the other hand, the construction pattern of "Mal" has been accepted by the people because it has been able to fill the void of social spaces to a certain extent and provide various uses to the user in the form of a package. The construction pattern of "Commercial Street" has always been preferred by the people due to the ease of access. Based on the results of people's preferred construction patterns and with a comprehensive look at the advantages and disadvantages of emerging shopping spaces, it can be said, Using the construction pattern of mall independently and isolated from the urban context in a way that has been the focus of urban management in the last two decades; Copying of international examples is considered without any connection with the existing context. In order for today's shopping spaces to be able to properly fulfill their role as an urban space, it is necessary to maintain their connections with original shopping spaces. On the other hand, the pedestrian street and commercial street construction patterns have a high potential to be combined with the mall construction pattern. Therefore, mandating the private sector on the part of the urban management to build shopping spaces in connection with the surrounding urban context through the construction patterns of pedestrian street and commercial street, can repair the gap created in the experience of shopping in the city. The consideration of citizens' color preferences in urban spaces is one of the factors that can lead to satisfaction with urban space. Various factors such as age, culture, and gender have been investigated in studies on the color references of citizens, but the impact of climate change on the color preferences of individuals has less been investigated. The aim of this study is to determine the effect of thermal comfort parameters (temperature, humidity, wind speed, and thermal comfort) on the color preferences of individuals by choosing cards and urban couches based on warm and cold colors. For this purpose, after studying the literature and extracting the relevant variables and based on the field method, the climate parameters were measured using thermometer, humidity meter and wind tunnel, and the thermal comfort and color preferences were assessed using questionnaire. To measure the color preferences of people, two colored couches were made and colored cards were used in warm and cold colors. Using Pearson correlation method, it was found that in conditions of p<0.005 there is a significant relationship between temperature, relative humidity, wind speed, heat sensation and warm or cold colors preferences in the colored cards and couches. The thermal sensitivity variable with correlation coefficient r = 0.139 had the highest correlation with the warm and cold colors in urban couches and relative humidity with a correlation coefficient r =0.302. The highest correlation was obtained with warm and cold colors in the colored cards. The results of this study, along with other studies, can be a good guide to choosing colors in different climates. In contemporary time, commercial spaces are increasingly considered quasi-public spaces, acquiring cultural significance as a social ground for youth to shape their identity. As a result, youth emerge as a pivotal demographic influencing both public and quasi-public spaces, highlighting the imperative for city planners to prioritize the creation of engaging environments for this age group. The present study aims to explore the factors influencing the environmental preferences of contemporary commercial spaces from the youth perspective, with a specific focus on the Isfahan City Center Complex. Employing a descriptive-analytical method, the research adopts a qualitative approach and a case strategy research design. Data collection involves self-examination through semi-structured interviews with open-ended questions and purposive sampling. The interviews, conducted with 20 participants aged 20 to 30 who visited the Isfahan City Center Complex, sought to achieve theoretical saturation. Thematic analysis (TA) technique using Atlas ti.8 Software was applied to analyze the interview data. The findings underscore the influential role of physical-spatial, social-cultural, functional-activity, and individual dimensions in shaping environmental preferences through the youth's perspectives on the Isfahan City Center Complex. Abstract         This paper examines an optimal fiscal policy model in the presence of agents heterogeneous in a dynamic stochastic general equilibrium framework. Therefore, the presence of heterogeneous agents in the model led to create limitation that will be call government preference. The role of these preferences and tendency of the Government to the poor or the rich group can change the results of optimal policies on the economy. By using a dynamic stochastic general model, the role of government preferences tendency was been surveyed. The results indicate that in these models, the role of government expenditure financing through available taxes in the policymaking system, is partly dependent on the government preferences tendency. On the bases of the results, it is suggested that separating the government preferences and tendency in relation to the poor and the rich. Manuscript profile

Abstract The aim of this paper is separation and calculation of the relative risk aversion and elasticity of inter temporal substitution (EIS) by combining the recursive preferences and budget constraint of the consumer. For this mean,at the first, asset portfolio was constituted for Iranian households and by using of the GMM approach and utility function, Euler equations investigated for during the 1357-1393. The results of different models indicate that there is no reciprocal relation between of two parameters and Iranian households tend to stabilize and smooth consumption at different states and times. Based on the results, development of financial markets will be on the agenda of planners, so that small-scale households’ capital can be led through such markets to rebuild the country's infrastructure.
