The multitude of projects and the complexity of making decisions about them, as well as planning and allocating the organization's limited resources to the selected projects, are the main challenges that many project-oriented organizations face. Considering all organizational aspects in obtaining projects is the most key point in the success of project-oriented organizations. For this reason, choosing a portfolio of projects in a way that can meet the goals and strategy of the organization, in addition to considering the organizational limitations, is very vital. For this reason, in this research, while emphasizing the implementation of the portfolio management process in organizations, a two-stage model is presented for evaluating and prioritizing projects to form an optimal portfolio. By examining the life cycle of projects, first, 12 influential indicators in the evaluation of projects are extracted with the help of previous research, and after the confirmation of 8 important indicators by experts, they are analyzed with the help of fuzzyDematel technique, and the weight of each indicator is determined. In the next step, the proposed projects are evaluated and prioritized using the fuzzy TOPSIS technique. Finally, taking into account the capabilities, assets and limitations of the organization, the optimal portfolio of projects is formed and approved by the decision makers. By implementing the above model in a construction company active in public and private projects, it was found that the analysis of relationships between indicators helps a lot to choose the optimal portfolio and prepares the ground for achieving the set goals. Along with the advent of the industrial revolution and the use of machinery, Its maintenance also has been taken into account by authorities in order to increase the efficiency and equipment safety levels.  Preventive maintenance performs with a preventive approach based on accurate and precise data analysis, determining the cause of loss; incidents root cause identification and defining corrective actions in maintenance system. Mechanized systems of maintenance management in the organizations have been implemented with the same approach. Statistics show that more than 80% of CMMS projects will be failed. Barrier detection of the implementation of CMMS can help management to find solutions and as a result, resolve them. So this study has been done to ascertain and rank the critical factors of success and failure in the implementation of the system, using a combination of the two DEMATEL and fuzzy TOPSIS methods. Various factors can affect the success of system implementation projects. So, in this study after determining of the goal, in the first step, the main challenges associated with their underlying factors that are affecting the implementation of CMMS, by using of literature, experts identifying and tracing their hierarchy will be discussed. In the second step, by using of the fuzzy DEMATEL to evaluate the relationships between criteria and the weighting of criteria will be measured considering the hierarchy. After determination of the weight of each criterion, as the third step fuzzy TOPSIS method is used to rank all the factors and sub-criteria. The results of using this hybrid approach (abovementioned methodology), indicated that did not select the right contractor, has the greatest impact on CMMS implementation in the organization. In this paper, a new hybrid approach in supplier selection and order allocation is proposed. At the first step, the supplier evaluating criteria and sub-criteria are determined and their relationships and degrees of importance are specified via the fuzzy ANP-DEMATEL method. Afterwards, regarding the high variety of purchasing items, they are categorized into four groups by the Fuzzy Inference system (Kraljik model) and suppliers in each group are ranked using the Fuzzy WASPAS method. The next step is to determine the order allocation of items in a multi-product, multi-period, multi-supplier mixed integer programming model with three objectives of minimizing the cost, maximizing total utility of the purchasing process and minimizing changes of selected suppliers as a new objective function. Finally, the LP metric method is applied to solve the proposed multi-objective model, and Pareto solutions of the problem are determined by changing the coefficients of the objectives in this method. The proposed approach is used for suppliers evaluation and order allocation in a chemical company with a high number of purchasing items and suppliers. The accuracy of results is confirmed by experts. Regarding the comprehensiveness of the proposed approach, its application increases the accuracy of suppliers evaluation and order allocation, and therefore its utilization in organizations is recommended. The present study sought to provide a pattern of the relationships among the challenges of implementing a circular economy in polluting industries. In terms of purpose, this research is considered as a component of applied developmental research and regarding research type, it is considered as a mix method (exploratory mix) one. Yazd glass industry was selected as one of the polluting industries in the country and ten experts in this industry who were purposefully selected, were polled. In the qualitative part of the research, the Meta-synthesis approach was used to identify the challenges and categorize them, and in the quantitative part, the Fuzzy DEMATEL-ANP method was used to present the pattern of relationships among these challenges and prioritize them. The qualitative findings included identifying 27 challenges in six dimensions: economic, cultural and social, managerial, organizational, infrastructure and technology, market and design. In quantitative terms, the findings showed that economic challenges are the most effective and market and design challenges are the most affected challenges in implementing a circular economy. Also, the organizational challenges were found to interact more with other challenges. In a more complete analysis, the challenges of market uncertainty (e.g., recession), the existence of a linear mindset in the managers, the lack of systematic and circular thinking, and the challenge of low customer demand for recycled products are the most important challenges in implementing a circular economy in polluting industries such as the glass industry. In addition, the impact and effectiveness of each of the challenges were identified in their relationship to each other, which can be a roadmap for the use of managers and experts of different organizations to implement a circular economy. One of the main challenges that banks face today is the problem of nonperforming claims and their uncollected facilities, and this can be the source of many crises. The growing volume of nonperforming claims in addition to locking up and freezing resources and slowing down liquidity in the economy, reduces accreditation and optimal allocation of resources when providing facilities to productive customers. Therefore, in order to identify the indicators and analyze them, two separate questionnaires were used to collect and analyze the opinions of managers and experts in the field of credit and nonperforming claims. Then, using the first questionnaire, the components and criteria obtained were discussed with several experts in the field of research (10 experts) to make corrections. In the second questionnaire (7 experts), using the Fuzzy DEMATEL approach, in order to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the indicators, factors and criteria of receivables that have an internal dependence and interaction on each other are analyzed. The results showed that the criterion of how to systematize the monitoring of non-current claims is the main factor in the obstacles to the collection of nonperforming claims and the total effectiveness of this criterion is higher than other criteria. Today, due to the expansion of organizational competition, the growth of technology, and the increasing demand for customers, organizations that gain a competitive advantage over competitors by adopting scientific strategies can survive. There are various approaches to create a competitive advantage in organizations. On the other hand, in the scientific literature of this field, there is no integrated model that can cover the gap between these approaches. The aim of this paper is to present a new hybrid model for determining organizational competition strategies and criteria through decision-making tools. In this research, brands of dairy products listed in Iran were selected as a case study to demonstrate the application of the methodology. First, competitive strategies were determined through the Delphi method and expert judgment based on the SWOT technique. Then, relying on the SWOT technique, appropriate evaluation criteria were extracted through the fuzzy DEMATEL method. In the next step, each brand was considered as a decision-making unit (DMU). In addition, the output of the fuzzy DEMATEL method formed the initial values (inputs-outputs) of data envelopment analysis (DEA). Finally, after determining DEA weights via analytic network process (ANP), the efficiency of DMUs was measured by the Russell DEA model. The results of DEA showed that based on the strategies of the SWOT technique, 38% of the units under investigation are efficient. Also, the lowest efficiency obtained from the units was 82%, which shows that there is no noticeable dispersion in the efficiency values. In other words, it shows that the performance of all brands of dairy products is at a suitable level. The rest of the results and discussion are presented in detail. Analysis shows that the model of this research can be a suitable model for survival in today’s tight organizational competition in the world. Manuscript profile
