The research method of this research is applied in terms of its purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of its method. This article has a qualitative approach that was done through case study and document analysis. Four informal settlements have been formed in Kerman. These settlements include the town of Firozabad in the northeast of Kerman, the industrial town in the southeast of Kerman, the town of Sayad Shirazi in the northwest of Kerman, and the town of Allahabad in the southeast of Kerman. It was found that these settlements were created in the vicinity of faults and areas with land subsidence, which is a threat to non-resistant buildings. Most of the residents of these settlements have settled in these settlements due to the economic problems of the region and have suffered social harm due to the lack of monitoring by the monitoring agencies. The informal settlements of Kerman are under the threat of land faulting and subsidence problems, as well as socio-economic problems. Several solutions were presented to prevent the formation and expansion of informal settlements in Kerman. - Transferring the residents of these settlements to other settlements or strengthening these settlements - Strong and continuous supervision of the relevant officials to prevent the formation and expansion of informal settlements. -Creating a green belt in the city of Kerman. - Solving the economic problems of the region, especially related to agriculture - More supervision to prevent the creation of social crimes in these settlements. Paying attention to participation and emphasizing its role is one of the main factors of development in developing societies. The purpose of this study was to determine some social and cultural factors related to citizen participation in Tabriz. The research method was data survey and data collection tool. The statistical population of all citizens aged 15-45 in urban areas of Tabriz, both men and women, was 82,000 and the sample size was 680, which were determined and selected in three age groups. In this study, the independent (predictive) variables of access to mass communication media, social alienation, age, gender and socioeconomic status of citizens had a significant relationship with the dependent variable (criterion), ie participation. Given the low level of citizen participation, it can be said that this situation is due to structural obstacles in the political and cultural system of Iran. The connection of individuals with society and their relationship with it and their separation from society, all go back to the social and cultural environment in which they are located. What drives actions is the habits and patterns of behavior that are created in society, different institutions, and individuals. Manuscript profile

Besides their responsibilities in the family institution as a mother and wife, the Iranian women play important roles in the economic affairs and in the rural regions in the production affairs as well. Climate change and its possible impacts on the environment and socio-economic systems now constitute the most important environmental problem facing mankind in the 21st century. Climate change will increase poverty and hardship, endanger food security, destabilize economies, decrease food and water and create social insecurity in many countries and undermine our goals for achieving sustainable development. An in-depth analysis was carried out on the nature and characteristics of climatic changes and the roles of renewable energy and energy efficiency in combating the threat of climate change especially in relation to mitigation measures. Energy policy is therefore becoming an increasingly important tool for medium and long term planning to mitigate GHG emissions and to adapt to climate change especially in the developing countries. This paper highlights the fact that research efforts for the rest of the 21st century be directed towards harnessing renewable energies like the solar, wind and geothermal energies to replace the present day burning of fossil fuel energy for lighting, heating, cooling, manufacturing, cooking, transport, entertainment, etc. This will help to reduce the emission of green house gases (GHGs) and ozone depletion and in the long run the global warming effect. One of the most important issues that all the countries of the world are dealing with today is the issue of energy supply. Energy supply is one of the most basic prerequisites for social development and economic growth of many societies, especially developing countries, and access to economically sustainable and environmentally friendly energy sources seems necessary in today''''s conditions. The decrease in fossil resource reserves and the increase in the price of oil and its products, as well as the need to pay attention to the reduction of environmental pollution caused by fossil fuels, have encouraged the countries of the world to use renewable and clean energies. Biofuels are one of the renewable resources that have attracted the attention of many European and American countries. Substitution of fossil fuels with biofuels has the potential to reduce some of the adverse environmental impacts of fossil fuel production and use, including emissions of conventional pollutants and greenhouse gases, depletion of finite resources, and dependence on unstable external suppliers. In addition to environmental benefits, the use of suitable biofuels can bring economic benefits such as reducing agricultural surplus reserves, reducing unemployment and dependence on imported oil, rural development, sustainable agriculture, etc. In the current study, after introducing and expressing the characteristics of two common biofuels, biodiesel and bioethanol, the general advantages and disadvantages of using biofuels, the economic, social and environmental considerations of using biofuels have been discussed. Ethnic convergence guarantees strengthened social capital, high social resilience as well as economic, social and political participation and high social integration and solidarity in the territorial area of countries like Iran that have ethnic diversity. This study has been carried out with practical goals and with a descriptive-analytical method in order to prioritize the components that explain ethnic convergence in the Islamic Republic of Iran, focusing on the role of the national media. The main question of the research is how the main priority of the national media in the direction of realizing ethnic integration is explained according to its explanatory components in the Islamic Republic of Iran. The data of the research has been conducted using a targeted Delphi method and a survey of 50 experts. For data analysis, FTOPSIS (similarity to ideal fuzzy option) model has been used. The obtained results show that the first priority of the national media in order to achieve ethnic integration in the territory of Iran should be focused on the development and promotion of the economic and social resilience of the ethnic groups in Iran. In the meantime, in the second place, the priority of national media policies in line with ethnic convergence is the development of security foundations; In the third place is the development of native-cultural values, and finally in the fourth priority is the development of social capital, which outline the perspective of national media policy towards the realization of ethnic integration in the Islamic Republic of Iran. Sustainable development aims at meeting the current and future needs and achieving a balanced social, economic and bio-environmental status. In fact, it can be considered as the digital currency of the development. Contrary to the fact that social system in Iran contains the required potential for socio-economic development, there exists a one dimentional development reflected in the form of socio-economic anomie. Therefore, the main purpose of the present study is the sociological analysis of the structure and function of socio-economic and sustainable development in Iran from 1978 to 2021. Documentary method and content analysis were used in the study considering Seyfollahi’s approach including geographic-climatic, socio-living, tribal-demographic, cultural and political-managerial elements. Moreover, in the process of conducting the research, two variables of local development and particularism were included in study. The overall results of the study indicate that ignoring the development structures would be the main reasons for the current unsustainable development in Iran. Therefore, the detailed results revealed that: 1. Unsustainable development in Iran is the result of domestic, foreign and global circumstances. 2) Petrol budgeting has led to petrol-oriented reductionism in Iran. 3) Recently, there exists a shift away from petrol-oriented reductionism to political party-oriented reductionism. It is concluded that all of the above-cited factors have played a leading role in the appearance of more serious problems and social harms including poverty, drug addiction, prostitution, anomalous fashionable suicide, inflation, academic-degree orientation, lampoonism, indiscriminate use of natural resources and environmental destruction. Qatar's remarkable economic growth in the last two decades has transformed it from a small, non-influential country into an effective player in regional and global level. Qatar's new approach to achieve economic diversification and sustainable development, especially after the Arab Spring, has led Qatari policymakers to exploit the capacities and experiences of other countries. In this regard, Europe is an important partner for Qatar. This article aims to examine Qatar's relations with the European Union based on current and future Qatari priorities and interests, from the perspective of bilateral and region-to-region relations. The main question is, what are Qatar's foreign policy priorities for developing relations with the European Union? This study hypothesizes that the Qatar's main priority in expanding relations with the European Union is to develop socio-economic relations. By using the descriptive-analytical approach, it was concluded that, Qatar's defense-security reliance on the United States and its efforts to achieve economic diversity and sustainable development have led Qatar's foreign policy priorities in relation with the EU, toward socio-economic interactions. This approach has made the European Union the largest exporter of goods and services, the most important supplier of modern technologies and, most importantly, the supplier of the diversification necessaries for socio-economic development of Qatari society.
