Land Re-adjustment is the method which has been used in many countries, and in many different ways, specifically for promoting damaged urban fabrics and frameworks. This method is seen as a potential tool for providing solutions to the problems occurring in traditional urban renewal processes. This technique helps to preserve the social and cultural values of local residents by re-adjusting the lots, coordinating with developing urban service equipment and public infrastructures and changing property borders or possessions lines. Moreover, it pursues step by step, citizen participation during the project achievement process. This article has considered the Japanese experience in using this method. As part of this deliberation, usage background in Japan was a consideration. Additionally, researchers analyzed the benefits of using this method for both the people and the government, along with an explanation of critiques related to this method. Research findings showed that these factors are necessary for successful performance of this method in recent circumstances of Iran: (1) Collective organization and a high degree of public participation, (2) Organizing the numerous sessions until a public consensus would be obtained, (3) Phasing of the performance of project process, and (4) Proper capital absorption for project performance to ensure project completion.     Manuscript profile

In order to rehabilitate prisoners and develop sustainable and productive employment, while analyzing Article 174 of the Prisons Organization Regulations, in order to generalize the work of prisoners during imprisonment to after release, it is necessary to consider criteria regarding the individualization of the work of prisoners. The main concern in allocating jobs to prisoners has been to replace imprisonment and perhaps reduce the cost of keeping prisoners. But this issue has not helped the process of not committing crimes again.According to the new regulation of the prisons organization, the employment of prisoners is for the purpose of developing rehabilitation programs, reducing the harm of imprisonment, helping to meet the material and spiritual needs of the convicts and their families, and the self-sufficiency and self-employment of the prisoners, which should be proportionate to the individual abilities and talents of all prisoners. be providedThis research has been compiled and reported by descriptive analytical method, by using internet resources, information banks and library studies. The implementation of the provisions of this article requires a better familiarity with sustainable and preferably quick-yielding production jobs. It seems that the need to feel commitment and commitment to work can help to prevent the re-offending of the crime in addition to increasing the prosperity of national products. The result of this research will be the necessity of running a job opportunity management center with the approach of creating job search files for prisoners in order to implement Article 174 of the Prisons Organization Regulations. The philosophy and reason of using penalty in Islamic laws is an issue not being protected fromsuch kind of attitude and it has even impeded some great penal law authors from a   rightconception on Islamic law and its purposes. In common law penal systems, penalty philosophy is based on two main attitudes: teleology and background orientation which represent their own strong arguments and basics in their theories. In contrary, in Islamic penal law, its major difference with common law penal systems is in its emphasis on modification and rehabilitation in this vein, special attention to   prevention and even predicting surrounding risks has distinguished this  system from other systems so that one can claim if Islamic commands  and guidelines are utilized  correctly will be no need to implement many   determined punishments. AbstractThe Hydro peaks induced by frequent starting and stopping of hydropower plant turbines are considered to cause the erosion of riverbed, more sediment generated, reduced permeability of the riverbank and also their regularity and hightemporal frequency produce grave impacts on river environment. Low fluctuation of natural river flow leads to low harm and provide best situation for environment. Thus, rehabilitation and hydro peak reduction of hydropower plant are the effectiveaffairs for environment support. This can be realized by a combination of different hard technical and soft operational measures such as retention reservoirs or slower up and down ramping of turbines. The characteristics of several turbine types are analyzed. The carrying capacity of a cross flow turbine is regarded to have the widest range. Inaddition, the width of the range may be expanded with special auxiliary equipment. This type of turbine is equivalent to two or even three turbines of varying capacities, and it can handle the discharges from any season. Rehabilitation and change in hydropower plant turbine for hydro peak reduction are discussed in this study and results show the efficiency of these changes. Manuscript profile

Islamic law has moved towards combating the phenomenon of crime and preventing the occurrence of crime by using the two components of punishment and correction, treatment and rehabilitation and combining these two components with each other. In Islamic law, inspired by the Qur'anic teachings and based on the inspiring teachings of this holy book, it seems that the component of correction, treatment and rehabilitation is preferred to the component of punishment, and Islamic law, as the creator of many new criminal and criminological policies, The title of the last way to fight crime (if the offender is not corrected) has been used and it can be said that Islamic teachings are in accordance with scientific standards due to their firmness on pure human nature. In addition, Islamic law based on Quranic teachings is the first law that pays attention to the personality of the accused and in fact the creator of Islamic law and the founder of criminology, ie the science of attention to the personality of the convict and long before the emergence of the school of research. Therefore, the first sparks of attention to the personality of the accused can be seen in Islamic law. For this reason, Islamic law is the creator of the school of criminology.   Manuscript profile

In this paper, the robust convergence of iterative learning control (ILC) in a linear rehabilitation robot with parametric uncertainty is obtained. Today, rehabilitation robots have an essential role in assisting physiotherapists in repairing muscle injuries. Since the uncertainties in rehabilitation robots change with practice in iteration, it is crucial to eliminate the effect of variable parametric uncertainty with iteration. Also, parametric uncertainty in the input and output matrices of a rehabilitation robot model directly affects the convergence of the ILC algorithm, and a small effect on each of these matrices may lead to algorithm divergence. In this paper, first, the law of the ILC algorithm without uncertainty is obtained. Then the robust convergence of this algorithm with a fixed learning gain in the presence of parametric uncertainty is proved. Finally, validation of the results obtained on a rehabilitation robot model is analyzed and evaluated. Manuscript profile

The implementation of a justice system founded on unequivocal culpability is likely to yield no outcome other than recidivism. As such, the present study endeavors to redefine the mechanisms that are capable of deterring criminal recidivism within a specific geographical area, while simultaneously enhancing the process of criminal reintegration. This is achieved by mitigating the detrimental effects of punitive measures, such as incarceration. The foundation of the study is established on a fundamental inquiry, which, through a comparative methodology, endeavors to elucidate the means by which non-criminal mechanisms of rehabilitation may be comprehended in offenders. The research question posits the objective of elucidating the scope of containment ideology through a correlation between social theory and crime prevention, through an examination of analogous facets in the Islamic Republic of Iran's constitutional principles, the Quran, and interpretive resources. The present study is grounded in the examination of cognitive theory, employing a descriptive-analytical approach, and utilizing content analysis as a means of data collection. The research's findings describe that the rehabilitation of offenders and its progression follows a gradual and incremental process that by strengthening non-criminal self-restraint measures, it can logically and practically provide appropriate opportunities for crime management and prevention to society. Today, with advances in medical, using robotic rehabilitation systems for treating incapability movements have been taken into consideration so much. One of the most important means of rehabilitation systems are used for auxiliary lower leg motion systems that the main factor in design and construction of these systems is moving leg according to the correct walking pattern. In this paper, design of an active device with one degree of freedom is provided for rehabilitating the weak leg of disable people. The proposed model is based on the structure of a four-bar mechanism. Its design and construction parameters with use of genetic optimization algorithm are selected in such a way that leg motions have the least difference with the pattern of walking. After the extraction of the kinematic equations of the closed-loop system and solving them, optimization with focusing on each joint of hip and knee is done separately with appropriate difference with weighting coefficients of objective function (W1, W2). Due to the defined optimization objective function, with increasing W1 respect to W2, the ability of system will increase in approximating the angle of hip joint to the optimal time function and by increasing W2 respect to W1, the ability of device will increase in approximating the angle of knee joint to the corresponding time function. The results indicated that the device ability for empowerment of leg motion of the disable people is in the way to rehabilitate the desired walking movement for them. Manuscript profile

To determine the research sample, the facade test, which is used as a tool to diagnose reading problems and dyslexia of primary school students was performed among the third grade students of Tabriz and the students who got a score higher than the average of the questionnaire were recognized as having a special learning disability (reading) and then among these students, 60 people (four groups of 15 people) were selected by simple random sampling method and randomly divided into two experimental groups (two groups of 15 people, one group was girls and the other group were boys and received cognitive rehabilitation training) and two control. Cognitive rehabilitation training was provided to the experimental group by Smart Sound training software (8-level computer program for cognitive rehabilitation in reading disorder) and working memory was measured using Kretschner (1985) test. Data was analyzed using multivariate factor analysis of covariance. Findings of the research showed that cognitive rehabilitation increases the working memory capacity of students with special learning disabilities (reading) and gender factor has moderating role. Thus, cognitive rehabilitation increases the working memory capacity of students with special learning disabilities (reading) among girls more than boys. Manuscript profile

Lightweight steel structures (LSFs), which are manufactured dry and manufactured using industrial production and cold rolling (CFS). For carrying the side loads in cold-rolled structures, belt braces or shear walls are used. . Considering that the weight of the materials, the preparation and implementation of the wall is a limiting factor for its use in the repair of the frames. Determining the proper makeup that reduces the use of wall panels can be a significant factor in improving the performance of the frames in improving and framing the frames. The sample of the laboratory chosen to examine the performance of the LSF lightweight steel frame system and the accuracy of the modeling in the ABAQUS software includes a LSF light steel frame system, tested by Bin Liu et al. (2016). For this  purpose, the frame reinforced samples were categorized in three general categories, including a non-reinforced sample, a braided braid, a double-row braid, and a 45-degree reinforced sample under a monotonic loading, comparing the results obtained from the sample analysis With non-reinforced specimens, it was found that the bearing capacity of the reinforced frame with double-row double-row multi-row bricks was close to the full 45-degree frame. Use of higher yielding steel increased the static strength and earth-impact resistance of the bracing, but the ability The energy absorption reduces it. Use of 45 ° steel sheets adds an extra Its shape is framed. Manuscript profile

Different methods may be used for strengthening weak concrete connections.Because of the unique characteristics of FRP composites, they are widely used for strengthening concrete moment resisting frames. These retrofitting techniques are widely considered in research and practical applications. The retrofitting cost is an important factor in the selection of the most suitable retrofitting techniques. In the application of FRP laminates, the cost of retrofitting is mainly the function of FRP volume and the surface preparation. In this research, using ABAQUSgeneral purpose finite element software, the effect of different FRP configuration in X-shape connection strengthening scheme were considered and the results were compared with full FRP coverage of connection. In this strengthening scheme, the effect of parameters such as strip width and thickness was examined. The results showed that in strengthening with x-shape strips, the connection could develop the capacity of connection strengthened by full FRP coverage, while it needs about 16 percent less FRP laminates, which meaningfully could reduce the price of connection strengthening. Due to the importance of seismicity in the region of Iran, the improvement and retrofitting of structures has always been the focus of competent employers and engineers. In order to achieve the goals of this research, a three-story concrete school structure in need of improvement has been selected. Then, the investigation of possible improvement options (three improvement options: 1 with braces, 2 with friction damper, 3 using FRP in the columns) has been done in Opensees software. In the following, incremental nonlinear dynamic modeling and analysis under selected earthquake records using the recommended FEMA P695 accelerometers for co-based seismic records (5 acceleration maps for the far field and 5 acceleration maps for the near field) has been performed. Then a comparison between the fragility curves for different states has been made. In this research, the behavior of the building against different earthquake intensities is shown According to the results obtained from other non-linear analyses, it can be seen that the maximum capacity obtained is in good agreement with the results of these analyzes and this method is very suitable for evaluating the behavior of buildings and ultimate capacities against earthquakes. Also, it can be a good alternative method for approximate methods such as pushover analysis to determine the performance level of the building and to determine the behavior of the building. Coronary heart disease (CAD) is one of the most important causes of death in most countries, including Iran. Post-operative exercise coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), and its adaptations, increase skeletal and cardiac capillary density associated to developing new capillaries called angiogenesis and improve cardiovascular function and functional ability. This study aimed to investigate the effect of cardiac rehabilitation on HIF1- α gene expression in post-CABG coronary patients. The sample contained 30 men aged 45-60 years who underwent bypass surgery. They were randomly divided into experimental (n = 15) and control (n = 15) groups. The experimental group performed aerobic resistance training for eight weeks (3 sessions per week), and the control group did not. Blood samples were taken 48 hours before starting the first training session and 48 hours after the last training session, while all subjects were fasting. Independent and paired t-test and Shapirovilk test were used to analyze the data at a significant level of 0.05 in SPSS version 21. The results showed that the HIF-1α gene expression in the aerobic resistance group also increased in the control group which was statistically significant (p < /em> = 0.001) as well as before and after changes in the exercise group. The control group was significant (p < /em> = 0.001). Due to the findings of the present study, it can be concluded that combined (aerobic-resistance) exercises may increase cardiovascular function by increasing HIF1α-1 gene expression and the growth of new capillaries called angiogenesis and by increasing circulation. It improves patients' quality of life after CABG. Manuscript profile

Sports-related injuries have profound implications for athletes, encompassing their physical and mental health, a fact that must be acknowledged in light of the incidence of such incidents. In addition, organizations and sports federations bear significant financial burdens due to these injuries. The aforementioned expenditures comprise a wide range of medical interventions, including treatment, surgery, and the lengthy periods of rehabilitation that follow. A meticulously planned and precise nutritional plan implemented during the rehabilitation phase can substantially reduce costs by promoting speedy recovery and mitigating the likelihood of re-injuries. Protein is essential for tissue repair and preventing muscle degeneration during rehabilitation. A daily protein intake of 1.2 to 2 grams per kilogram of body weight is strongly advised, with leucine being particularly crucial. Due to their status as the primary energy source, carbohydrates play a crucial role in facilitating the process of recovery. It is advised that approximately 3 to 5 grams per kilogram of body weight, or 55% of caloric intake, comprise complex carbohydrates. It is crucial to emphasize that lipids should constitute approximately 20 to 25% of one's daily caloric intake. This equates to 0.8 to 2 grams of fat per kilogram of body weight per day. Empirical evidence supports the notion that integrating nourishing components into one's dietary plan, such as fish, avocado, and olive oil, is advantageous. It has been discovered that these nutrients reduce inflammation and promote tissue repair effectively. Coaches, athletes, and sports administrators can develop and implement effective nutrition programs by collaborating with sports nutrition specialists. This collaborative effort mitigates the financial strain of sports injuries while concurrently expediting the recuperation process. A balanced and concentrated dietary plan, comprising adequate quantities of protein, complex carbohydrates, and nourishing fats, is the foundation for athletes to reestablish their highest performance levels rapidly. Additionally, this dietary plan contributes to reducing recovery periods and relevant costs. Manuscript profile
