The 1980s witnessed the establishment of many new production strategies, including Just-in-timemanufacturing, Lean manufacturing, Kanban systems, and Total quality management. (TQM)These strategies have been applied by many companies to improve system management, enhance productand process quality, and reduce operating and inventory costs, in order to better compete in differentmarkets.Recently, however, the strategies have focused more on improving supply chain management to achievethese goals. Many of the advances in supply chain management can be analyzed with the aid of a computer.Computer – aided decision - support tools play a very important role in assisting and supporting decisionmakers managing a complex supply chain system.This dissertation develops a computer - aided decision - support tool: an integer linear optimization modelof a deterministic multi - item, multi - stage, multi - period, capacitated, with deterministic demandgeneralized network supply chain system. The model uses a kanban control system to plan and allocateproduction and delivery throughout the supply chain - The main objective of the model is to minimize thecost of Kanban injection, the cost of finished goods inventory, and the cost of work - in - process inventoryin the system. Practical problems of supply chain systems with associated optimal production and deliveryallocation are also presented.

Tanavar Co. has had problems in making strategic decisions, due to the lack of a systematic mechanism to manage risk events. Hence to facilitate the enterprise risk management (ERM) process, a decision support system which is able to support decision making at all stages of risk management process has been developed. This research introduces a methodology which supports decision making in the whole process of enterprise risk management and in addition applies multiple attribute decision making (MADM) tools such as weighing method based on eigenvalue approach and TOPSIS method, fuzzy inference system and also integer programming. Applying MADM models for using qualitative, quantitative and sometimes contradictory criteria, and also using experiences and opinions of experts, requires a decision support system. Thus for implementation and validation of recommended model, a software has been developed and applied in Tanavar Co. and specifically in Enghelab sport complex.

چکیدهاین مقاله روشی برای رسیدن به جواب بهین سراسری مسائل برنامه ریزی چند هدفه ی کسری هندسی (سیگنومیال)با متغیر صحیح آمیخته پیشنهاد می دهد . دراین مقاله نخست یک مسئله ی برنامه ریزی چندهدفه ی کسری هندسی(سیگنومیال) به وسیله ی یک راهبرد جدید وآسان به یک مسئله ی غیر کسری تبدیل می شودو برای رسیدن به جواب سراسری ازیک تبدیل ریلکس محدب استفاده می کنیم. سپس برای رسیدن به جواب صحیح بهین توافقی اهداف مسئله تکنیک های مرسوم برنامه ریزی فازی و نیزالگوریتم شاخه و کران غیر خطی را بکار می گیریم .علاوه براین برای یافتن جواب صحیح و سراسری با کوچکترین فاصله ازجواب مسئله ی اولیه از الگوریتم شاخه و کران فضایی استفاده می کنیم.در پایان برای نشان دادن درستی و کارایی راهبرد پیشنهادی دو مثال عددی ذکر شده است.

Supply chain management is a new issue in the field of industrial management. In the current changing business environment, communication between different parts of the supply chain is important. One of the most important parts of a supply chain is material purchasing from different suppliers as a major part of the marginal cost of a product is raw material cost. Selecting suppliers correctly will reduce procurement costs and increase the competitiveness of companies. Moreover, one of the most important decisions that must be considered is the determination of order quantity. As an automobile is comprised of thousands of parts, choosing the right suppliers and determination of orders quantity are very important in the Automotive Industry. In this paper, we first identify the criteria for the selection of suppliers of ISACO Company. Then, suppliers of consumable items are ranked using group decision-making techniques. Finally, we determine optimum purchase plan using a mixed integer programming model. The results of this paper which show the best supplier of consumable items and the optimum purchase quantity can help ISACO to manage suppliers properly. For example, we demonstrate that one supplier has priority for buying the most consumable items or another supplier isn’t suitable for any purchase.

The basic objective of long-term production planning to takes measures for implementing to extractive cut-off grades and short-term production planning. So, the most important tool to implement the strategic and long-term program in open pit mines is extractive cut-off grades. Proposed methods show from not mentioning to exact regulation the extractive cut-off grade at various periods. In long-term production planning optimization, the extractive cut-off grades necessity is the correct management of the ore sending to plant processing. In this paper, exhibit linear programming model in order to sequence of mining blocks estimation from mentioning to control the extractive cut-off grades. Long-term production planning model using mixed integer mathematical programming is formulated. The purpose of the proposed model, minimization the deviation extractive grades in planning terms. Which this major be careful the case setting the extractive grades in each time period based on an accepted grade of plant. In order to the validity of result modeling, Chadormalou Iron Mine was chosen as the case study. The result shows the obtained extractive cut-off grades from proposed model generates the high accuracy of the average grade of the processing plant in each planning period. Also, all available operational constraints have been satisfied

In this paper, a new hybrid approach in supplier selection and order allocation is proposed. At the first step, the supplier evaluating criteria and sub-criteria are determined and their relationships and degrees of importance are specified via the fuzzy ANP-DEMATEL method. Afterwards, regarding the high variety of purchasing items, they are categorized into four groups by the Fuzzy Inference system (Kraljik model) and suppliers in each group are ranked using the Fuzzy WASPAS method. The next step is to determine the order allocation of items in a multi-product, multi-period, multi-supplier mixed integer programming model with three objectives of minimizing the cost, maximizing total utility of the purchasing process and minimizing changes of selected suppliers as a new objective function. Finally, the LP metric method is applied to solve the proposed multi-objective model, and Pareto solutions of the problem are determined by changing the coefficients of the objectives in this method. The proposed approach is used for suppliers evaluation and order allocation in a chemical company with a high number of purchasing items and suppliers. The accuracy of results is confirmed by experts. Regarding the comprehensiveness of the proposed approach, its application increases the accuracy of suppliers evaluation and order allocation, and therefore its utilization in organizations is recommended.

Nowadays, Sales and Operations Planning has become a well-knownand widely used process, yet, up to now, its usefulness has beenneglected. This paper intended to assess the performance process of saleand operation planning through mathematical modelling procedure.Three Mixed Integer Programming (MIP) models have been developedin this study, namely fully integrated (with centralized sales, production,distribution and procurement planning), partially integrated (withcentralized sales and production, but separated procurement anddistribution planning), and decoupled (with centralized sales, butdecentralized production, distribution and procurement planning). Allthree models have been developed for a multi-site manufacturingcompany. The results demonstrated the superiority of fully integratedmodel over the others.

از بین محصولات مختلف کشاورزی، زعفران نقش عمده­ای در تولید ناخالص داخلی و رشد درآمد سرانه ایران دارد. با توجه به کمبود نیروی کار و مدت زمان محدود در دسترس برای برداشت، مناطق زیر کشت زعفران در ایران در سال­های آینده کاهش خواهد یافت. بنابراین، برنامه­ریزی مناسب برای استفاده بهینه از نیروی کار یکی از مهم ترین روش­ها برای کشت کارا و بهینه زعفران است. در همین راستا، برای حل مشکل مذکور در این مقاله یک مدل برنامه نویسی عدد صحیح ارائه شده است. در مدل پیشنهادی، با هدف حداقل کردن مجموع هزینه­های نیروی کار و با توجه به محدودیت­هایی شامل ساعات کار نیروی انسانی در هر شیفت، سرعت کار، تعداد زمین­هایی که در یک روز باید مورد برداشت قرار گیرند و ارتباط بین ساعات کاری هر کارگر و هزینه آن، میزان بهینه متغیرهای تصمیم از جمله تعداد شیفت کاری و میزان ساعات کاری در هر شیفت تعیین شدند. برای ارزیابی مدل پیشنهادی، اطلاعات در مورد زمین­هایی در مناطق مختلف شهر قاین، واقع در استان خراسان جنوبی ایران جمع آوری شد. با مقایسه خروجی مدل پیشنهادی با وضعیت واقعی، توانایی مدل تأیید قرار گرفت. براساس نتایج ارائه شده در این مطالعه، استفاده از مدل پیشنهادی افزایش حجم زعفران برداشت شده با استفاده از حداقل تعداد نیروی کار را در برداشت. در نهایت، نتایج مورد بحث و بررسی قرار گرفت و پیشنهاداتی برای تحقیقات آینده ارائه شد.

Nowadays, energy management is highly regarded throughoutthe world. High energy consumption leads to high costs for consumers in thelong term and at the national level. In this study by modified consumptionpatterns and presenting a proposed plan, it has been tried to optimizeelectrical energy consumption in hospitals.The proposed model is agoal programming model. Objective functions consist of minimization of peakenergy consumption and minimization of electricity costs. Some constraintssuch as daily energy requirements and user preferences have been modeled usingmixed integer programming. Regarding objective functions, three differentscenarios have been considered.The developed model canbe easily performed in a hospital unit. The combined scenario that has been considered both objectivessimultaneously is the best.The proposed model is apractical one for intelligent management of electrical consumption. Thus,performing the model in hospitals is recommended
