The aim of the study was to evaluate and compare the relationship between personality traits and mental health among female students in regular and gifted schools in 2010 in Abadeh. The population was 480 students and the research method was a descriptive survey. For this purpose, 100 students from the regular and 100 students from the gifted high school were selected by using random sampling. Personality characteristics were measured by Personality Inventory for Adolescents (Eysenck, 1990), and Goldberg Mental Health Questionnaire was used to assess the mental health. Data analysis based on multivariate analysis of variance and Pearson correlation coefficient showed that, there were significant differences between gifted and regular students in personality characteristics of neuroticism and lying (P<0.001) and significant difference appeared between mental health and all its levels except social functioning (P<0.05). The correlation coefficient between neuroticism, aggressiveness and lying with mental health was significant in the gifted students. Also the correlation coefficient between aggressiveness and lying with mental health (r= -0.4) was significant in the regular students. The present study showed that lying and neuroticism, among regular school students were more than gifted school students. Moreover, gifted students had higher mental health in the subscales of physical symptoms and depression. So, gifted students had less anxiety/worry and a better, more effective style to solve the problems of life. Manuscript profile

The aim of this study was comparison of social skills and test anxiety in gifted, pseudo-gifted and normal adolescents. The research design was descriptive and causal-comparative. The sample consisted of 147 students (50 gifted, 47 pseudo-gifted and 50 ordinary) who were selected from the gifted and ordinary high school students of Isfahan province using the convenient sampling method and according to the inclusion criteria. Raven IQ test was used to distinguish between gifted and pseudo-gifted students. Participants answered online Social Skills Rating System (SSRS-SS) and the FRIEDBEN Test Anxiety Scale. Data were analyzed using MANOVA and LSD post hoc test. The results of multivariate tests showed a general and significant difference between the mean of social skills and test anxiety between the three groups. The between-subject effects test showed that the effects of self-control and cooperation (social skills), and cognitive obstruction (test anxiety) were significant. The results of LSD showed that the mean of self-control of gifted students is significantly higher than other groups. The mean of cooperation of pseudo- gifted students is significantly lower than other groups. The results of this study show the need to separate pseudo-gifted students from gifted students in gifted schools in Iran. Manuscript profile

The legislator has made the bill a condition for the authenticity of some contracts, including mortgage, waqf and gift contracts. In practice, some of these contracts are created by drawing up an official document, without actual possession by the other party. According to the evidentiary aspect of official documents, legally the owner of the document is known as the owner. In this case, a legal challenge arises, which has jurisprudential roots, because from the point of view of jurists, the bill is recognized as valid in these contracts, while the document may be officially and legally registered, but the owner of the document does not receive any physical bill. did not happen From a jurisprudential point of view, according to some, these contracts can be returned due to lack of receipt. The articles of the civil law also confirm this opinion. This research aims to investigate the forms in question in order to answer the question whether official documents can be considered customary bills. And follow the juridical and legal effects of a contract? By examining the views of jurists and legal experts in these cases, the conclusion was reached that not only the official document can show the serious intention of the contracting party, but it can also be considered as an example of the bill, and it can be said that the official document is the regulator of commitment to the contract. has accepted it, because he knows that with the registered document, the owner of the document is recognized as the owner, and if the organizer of the document claims ownership, he is considered a claimant. This study examined the mediating effect of causal attributions on the relationship between positive and negative perfectionism and academic well-being among male and female gifted students. In this correlational study, 352 gifted students (152 male and 200 female) responded to the Multidimensional Perfectionism Cognitions Inventory (MPCI), the Attributional Style Questionnaire (ASQ), the School Engagement Inventory (SEI) and the School Burnout Inventory (SBI). Multi-group structural equation modeling was used to assess causal attributions on the relationship between positive and negative perfectionism and academic well-being among male and female gifted students. Results indicated that for total sampel and for male and female gifted students, the partially mediated model of positive and negative causal attributions on the relationship between positive and negative perfectionism and academic well-being had good fit to data. The results of the group specificity of structural relations showed that the relationship between perfectionism, causal attributins and academic well-being were equivalent for both groups. Furthermore, all of the regression weights in the hypothesized model were statistically significant and model' predictors accounted for 41% and 32% of the variance in academic engagement and academic burnout, respectively. In sum, these findings show that the positive and negative perfectionism affect academic well-being of male and femle gifted students through affecting on adaptive and nonadaptive causal attributions.  Manuscript profile

the aim of this study was to determine the relationship between parenting styles dimensions and fear of negative evaluation and to examine the differences between gifted and normal adolescent girls in these relations. In a survey study, the Fear of Negative Evaluation Scale-Brief Form (Leary, 1983)) and Parenting styles Questionnaire (Schaefer,1965) were administered to 137 female high school students (34 gifted, 103 normal). The data were analyzed by correlation coefficient and z test. Results indicated that 1) there was a positive correlation between control dimension of parenting style and fear of negative evaluation, 2) no significant correlation was observed between warmth dimension and fear of negative evaluation, 3) in normal adolescents group, the control dimension had no significant relation with fear of negative evaluation, but this relation was positive and significant for gifted student group, 4) the z-test indicated no difference between the two groups. The findings suggested that the more control over the children, the more they will be sensitive to negative evaluation of others and this is more salient for gifted children.     Manuscript profile

In order to test the invariance of factorial structure of the Academic Expectations Stress Inventory (AESI; Ang & Huan, 2006), 680 high school students (355 gifted, 325 non-gifted) completed the AESI. Multi-group confirmatory factor analysis was used to examine the cross-group validity or invariance of factorial structure of AESI in gifted and non-gifted students. The results of single-group confirmatory factor analysis indicated that the two-factor model of AESI (academic stress arising from self-expectations factor and academic stress arising from parents/teachers expectations factor) fit well to the data across two groups. The results of multi-group confirmatory factor analysis revealed the cross-group invariance of factorial structure, factor loadings, and factor variances and covariances of the AESI across gifted and non-gifted adolescents. The findings emphasizing the group invariance of factorial structure of AESI in gifted and non-gifted students suggested that it measured the same construct in these two groups.     Manuscript profile

There is a difference of opinion regarding the irrevocability or revocability of gift in Imami jurisprudence and Iranian law. There is also no provision in the relevant laws. Given that the irrevocability or revocability of a contract, including a gift contract, has very important effects; it is necessary to conduct research in this field. In this research, descriptive-analytical method and sources of valid jurisprudence and law have been used to address this important issue. In order to analyze the principles of the irrevocability and revocability of the gift, the basic evidence should be provided. In this regard, there are many differences between rescission and revocation and other evidence, such as the verse of Quran “fulfill your obligations”, the principle of the irrevocability of contracts, the impossibility of revocation in the gift contract, in the capacity of the legislator, not unplanned changing of the contract from revocable to irrevocable, as well as the inapplicability of the principle of revocation to the irrevocability or revocability of the gift is examined. The result was that the gift contract should be separated from two aspects, one in terms of revocation and another in terms of irrevocability and revocability. Based on this, the gift contract is a revocable contract, in which the principle of revocation is valid. Manuscript profile

The aim of this article is the measuring and comparing the wisdom of gifted and normal adolescent male and female students. This article is a part of development-applied research in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey type in terms of data collection method. The statistical population included all gifted and ordinary high school students in Isfahan in the academic year of 1397-98. Cluster random sampling method was used and 400 people were tested individually with a questionnaire to assess the level of wisdom of adolescent students (WMQ). Data were analyzed using Spss and AMOS software using correlation coefficient, heuristic and confirmatory factor analysis. The results of the analysis showed that the mean index in the gifted group is higher than the normal group and gifted male and female students have a higher score in the Wise Behavioral Indices Questionnaire. Eight factors with eigenvalues greater than one were able to explain 71.494% of the variance of items. The results of the first-order confirmatory factor analysis showed that the model fit index is at a desirable level. The reliability of the questionnaire was calculated in terms of Cronbach's alpha coefficient 0.895. The coordination between the factors with the total score is acceptable and the model fit index is at a desirable level, which indicates that the questionnaire is sufficient. Manuscript profile
