The researchers of residential environments pay attention to three key factors of choice, satisfaction, and behavior. Among these factors, residential satisfaction is considered an important criterion affecting the life of people and in assessing the quality of the residence. According to the results of different researches, the residential satisfaction theory has been formed around the difference between real life of families and what they wish as conditions and situation of residential units and their surrounding areas. In other words, the base and main essence of this theory is paying attention simultaneously to wishes, needs, and desires of the residents. Present study tries to review existing different theories and definitions and enumerate the important factors affecting the residential satisfaction which generally speaking consists of housing, neighbor units and neighborhood along with a list of less important variables and indexes. Then, Maria Amerigo and House Choosing Conceptual Model for determining the residential satisfaction questionnaire studied and after dealing with the objective and subjective features of residing area, the needed general topics for designing residential satisfaction questionnaire are explained. The world experience of Malaysia is analyzed and then, based on resulted variables, the degree of residential satisfaction of residents of Farabi Physicians’ Residential Complex is given in frame of three categories, namely, housing, common parts, and residential neighborhood. Finally, conclusions are presented and based on the conclusion; a combined definition of residential satisfaction is presented. The conceptual model is based on analytical, descriptive, and experimental methodology. Its content structure too consists of reviewing different presented definitions, theories and models and analyzing some cases related to residential satisfaction, ‘distributing questionnaires between 120 families residing in Farabi Physicians’ Residential Complex, analyzing the gathered information by using SPSS software, and using the gathered information for determining the factors and variables which are effective in explanation of a suitable definition of this concept. The type of research is fundamental of theoretical-experimental category. Furthermore, it must be noted that in section dealing with world experiment, the residential satisfaction resulted from low-priced residences of Malaysia has been analyzed for finding out other general and trivial variables which impact the degree of residential satisfaction, in selecting the studied case, intentionally a complex has been chosen that its residents ate enjoying social welfare. The conclusion will show the critical factors which affect the degree of residential satisfaction in the view of Farabi Physicians’ Residential Complex (objective and subjective perception of the residents) and will point at instances which may be neglected in questionnaires and library studies. According to the results, the important factors which affect the degree of residential satisfaction include individual and behavioural features of residing individuals, simultaneous attention to subjective and objective features of surrounding environment, social, cultural, and economic factors, physical features of houses and society, particulars of residential unit, neighbor unit, and surrounding area, and most importantly, the wishes and needs. Considering the commonality of some variables which affect the residential satisfaction degree, many of these factors follow the socio-cultural features of the studied country and society.  Manuscript profile

The basic assumption in data envelopment analysis patterns (DEA) (such as the CCR andBCC models) is that the value of data related to the inputs and outputs is a precise andpositive number, but most of the time in real conditions of business, determining precisenumerical value is not possible in for some inputs or outputs. For this purpose, differentmodels have been proposed in DEA for imprecise data over recent years and also severalresearches have been conducted on DEA that are able to evaluate efficiency with negativedata. The negative interval DEA pattern which has been introduced and used in the presentstudy, addresses uncertainty both in inputs and outputs and provides user with more stableand reliable results for decision making. Now, in this paper a model is presented that is able to compute efficiency interval of unitswith interval input and output that while some indicators can also be negative and then weprove that the efficiency interval that this model gives us is more precise compared toefficiency interval of models previously proposed and finally, ten decision making units(DMUs) with the negative imprecise (interval) data are investigated by the proposed modeland the results of the proposed model are compared with the results of the previous models. Introduction: One of the most important departments in the organizations is related to the financial actions because the financial data are known as the bases for many decisions, guidelines and the management strategic & compiling the program and the policy of budget organization. In regard to evaluating the financial actions and compiling the policies & budget plans, the organizations are used the common techniques for analyzing indexes, quantitative parameters although these kinds of techniques are prepared the useful information but due to non-mentioning all indexes and criterions, the comprehensive image will not achieve by these actions and plans and the achieved results don’t have the definite credit. As the financial indexes and budget are covered different parts in this sector. So every organization or sector can have some strength or weak points in these sectors. Therefore, using the scientific models for evaluating the financial actions and budgeting has the special effect in the results of evaluating making goals for policies, and decisions because of mentioning the different indexes in different sectors simultaneously. Method: Research method in this study is descriptive and developmental. The financial actions of water and wastewater companies are evaluated based on indexes in the subject of finance, operation, employees, consumers, allocating resources and the management process after identifying their sizes with combing the models of TOPSIS, ELECTRE , TAXONOMY-NC  and TAXONOMY-CL in this article and finally using the above models are suggested in the different process of budgeting operation. Results: The achieved result are shown the models of  MADM is an efficient tool for recognizing the financial actions, defining the effective indexes, compiling the procedures of budgeting operation, giving over the authority, evaluating operation, starting management of the expenses and operating the existing capacities Manuscript profile

Background and Objective: The presence of spatial changes in soil properties is normal, and it is inevitable to recognize these changes, especially in green spaces, for careful planning and management. On the other hand, with the increasing need of communities for transportation, communications and the use of vehicles, it has become increasingly common for cars to be the main source of heavy metal pollutants in cities. The aim of this study was to evaluate the physical and chemical limitations of green space soil and also to determine the concentration of lead and cadmium as indicators of traffic pollution of Imam Reza (AS) passenger terminal in the southwestern part of Mashhad. Analysis method: Sampling was performed at 129 points at a depth of 20-0 cm. On the other hand, to determine the deep characteristics of the soil, three soil samples were described and sampled. Element mapping maps were prepared using statistical methods in ArcGIS software. Results and Discussion: The results of this study showed that the most important limitation of these soils is their shallow depth, which mainly lacks sufficient depth for the growth and development of trees with deep root systems. On the other hand, the concentration of nutrients in the soil was lower than sufficient. The prepared zoning maps also indicate that these changes are spotty and that the area needs local management. The concentration of cadmium contaminants is also high in the threshold area, but for lead, soil contamination is not currently serious. Manuscript profile

Abstract The present study aimed at designing and evaluating the psychometric properties of Hassani’s Emotional Active Memory Software Test on a sample of 80 fifth grade female students in public schools of Tehran during the academic year 2016-2017. They were selected via two multistage cluster sampling and purposive methods. The test consists of 8 blocks, each consists of 12 exercises. 3 blocks is performed for each subject selected randomly. The stimuli have a number of emoji with emotional loads and marks. To investigate the psychometric properties, test-retest reliability coefficient with 20 days interval was employed. The correlation coefficients ranged from 0.68 to 0.75. In addition, validity of the test was assessed using content validity and criterion validity techniques by comparing "matched groups". The first group consisted of 20 normal students, and the second group included 20 students with active memory deficits and low cognitive emotion regulation. The second group’s subjects were identified by two the Wechsler Memory Scale (WMS) and Garnefski’s Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (CERQ). The results of comparing mean scores of the two groups in different parts of the test showed a significant difference between the performance of them (p = 0.001). Therefore, Hassani’s Active Memory Software Test has good reliability and validity and can be used to measure emotional memory in psychological studies in the mentioned age range. Manuscript profile

Evaluating views and the conditions of central libraries was greatly helpful in attaining a coordinate management in the book and magazine purchase in some central libraries of Islamic Azad University to create an on-line purchase network. The enterprise is also indebted to the questionnaires that produced effective information in network efficiency and its acceptance. The survey suggests that 72.5% of the central libraries have between 1 to 5 people of manpower and the rest of them have more than 6 people of manpower. Lots of financial security is appropriated for annual purchase of resources. In addition, there exist computer equipment 100% and printers (88.7%).Of course, the availability of other equipment is not equal in all universities. The percentage of 73.8 exists between the managers’ degrees and their interest in establishing the liberty studies network, but the relation between the managers’ degrees and establishing the purchase network was not confirmed. It was also confirmed that the network had great impaction handling the book purchase and e-notes communications and finally in optimizing the library space .With respect to the space scarcity of 60% the management of book purchase is deemed necessary. In general, the minor factors connected to the network were detected and analyzed, and the major elements related to the research hypotheses e.g. equipment, manpower, budget, and the space were in coordination with our positive views. Therefore, the creation of a purchase network is effective in the management of resources, economic use of the equipment and its economy, the decrease of manpower, budget management, and the prevention of unnecessary purchase that increases the number of stock books. Ibn al-Ghazāirī's  book, titled al-Ḍu'afā, has always been the subject  of controversy in terms of its validity, influence, and its different hadithic and jurisprudential views stemmed from it .This was the motivation for the present study and, in an analytical-historical way, explaining different views about the book, and the evaluating the rate of Ibn al-Ghazāirī’s reliability, this question was explored that to some extent this figure was trustworthy among the Rijāl scholars since the fifth century. This research found that ibn al-Ghazāirī's mistrusting is in conflict with the credentials given to him by the renowned scholars, and this claim that he was excessive in mistrusting the trustworthy transmitters was not confirmed.  It was also revealed that Ibn al-Ghazāirī had judged the Hadith narrators by correct criteria. Research has shown that from the 5th century onwards, scholars such as Najāshī, ‘Alāmmah Ḥillī, and Ibn Dāwūd Ḥillī, and later scholars such as Muhammad Tunikābunī, Muhammad Taqi Shūshtarī, and Abdul Hādī Faḍlī and Khānsārī, have trusted Ibn al-Ghazāirī and have been influenced by his sayings. in the present study the role of self-regulation in the social adjustment of high school students was investigated. Two hundred and twenty four male students completed the Self-Regulation Questionnaire (Miller & Brown, 1991), the California Social Adjustment subscale (Thorpe, Clark, & Tiegs, 1953) and the Cowell Social Adjustment Index (Cowell, 1958). Regression analysis and correlation were used for analyzing data. Among selfregulation subscales only three subscales of evaluating the information, implementing the plan and receiving relevant information were significant predictors of social adjustment. These findings suggest that male adolescents required information and goal setting more than other self-regulation dimensions to regulate adjusted relationships with social environment. Thus, the agency, effectiveness and independence of male adolescents should be taken into consideration, and traditional view of the family control and its limiting role should be moderated. Today, measuring efficiency is one of the most important methods of performance evaluation in any organization. The outputs obtained in all inputs represent the efficiency. Due to the comprehensiveness of the banking sector, it can be introduced as one of the main areas of economic development. In this paper, a data envelopment analysis (DEA) model in a Free Disposal Hull (FDH) network is presented considering the undesirable output for handling the status of the financial deposits in Saman Bank branches. Since the basic models calculate efficiency by considering the overall output and input and ignoring the internal relationships in the banking process flow system; therefore, by considering this issue, in this paper, we present a DEA model that calculates the efficiency score of the branches with the high accuracy. Then the proposed model is compared to the basic CCR model. Finally, the cross-performance method is used to rank the units of the branches. Manuscript profile
