Identification of key performance evaluating indexes of Gilan province's line personnel of government hospitals

Abstract :
Today, the organizations need of various operational indexes and existence of the reference that exhibiting the indexes is necessary for deserved activities. Purpose of this study is identifying key indexes which evaluating line personnel's performance in government hospitals of Gilan province. All the line personnel of Gilan's public hospitals were considered as statistical population and two methods of snowball sampling with sampling size of 14 and simple random sampling with sampling size of 60 were used. Data acquisition method was field data acquisition and data acquisition tools were interview and questionnaire. Data mining were done by Smart-PLS and SPSS software. The date of collecting data was 2016-2017. First to sixth ranks were components of teaching hospital issues, regarding the regulations which are passed by hospital, job satisfaction, invention in hospital issues, taking apart in doing activities and regarding Islamic behavior and worth, respectively. performing this study can help managers of government hospitals and senior managers of health ministry for programing and policy-making by use of introducing key indexes of performance evaluating.
