Identifying the mechanisms for evaluating the employees entrepreneurial performance, encouraging organizational entrepreneurial behavior

Abstract :
Various researches are trying to identify the effective factors on entrepreneurship promotion in organizations, Considering the entrepreneurship impact on organizational performance. On the other hand, in recent years, there has been an increasing trend in research on the role of human resource management processes and activities as a beneficial approach that can help the entrepreneurial business growth in companies. Therefore, qualitative research and case study method were used to achieve the goal of the research. The key experts of this research were some managers and consultants of the investigated companies who are familiar with the field of human resources and organizational entrepreneurship, and a total of 26 of these people were identified by the snowball method. Thematic analysis approach was used to analyze the collected data. As a result, 5 categories, 13 components, and 60 concepts were identified. The findings of the research showed that the entrepreneurial performance assessment component includes four sub-components; Performance evaluation is based on entrepreneurial goals, creating innovation, risk taking and team performance evaluation, which can be effective in the occurrence of entrepreneurial organizational behaviors.
