        This paper aims at analyzing the effect of career path and corporate identity on (normative, continuous and emotional) commitment of Hamkaran System companies. On the basis of career path theories, the authors were used contingency model for recognizing the relationship between career path, corporate identity and organizational commitment. According to this model, career path and corporate identity were considered as two major constructs for organizational commitment. The research method was descriptive from the viewpoint of data-collection and the research was applied. The sampling universe consists of 250 people of Hamkaran System companies’ managers and experts. The sample size was 148 people who were determined through Morgan sampling table. The research tool was questionnaire. The questionnaire Cronbachs Alpha was calculated 0/857.The validity of questionnaire was estimated via factor analysis. The authors were used descriptive statistical tests (median, standard deviation) and inferential statistics (structural equation modeling and regression analysis).The findings of the research indicate that there is a significant relationship between career path and organizational commitment and also there is a significant relationship between corporate identity and organizational commitment in Hamkaram System companies.         The purpose of this research was designing a model to identify a person’s vision for choosing a career path. The research method was mixed in the form of qualitative (content analysis) and quantitative (Delphi). The community studied in the qualitative phase was related books and articles and overall of 35 papers and books were reviewed and content analysis. In the quantitative phase, 12 experts from 16 selected participated in the research and the model was evaluated by them. In qualitative section, extracting concepts and determining the categories was used to analysis and in quantitative section, the Lavoshe ratio was used to evaluate the indices, components and dimensions. Finally, 246 categories of issues related to the career prospect were extracted by removing and integrating categories with the same themes and the key indicators were reduced into 37 items. These indicators were classified into 3 Dimensions: story plot, story theme, desirable futuer and 13 main components including strengths, missions, successes and failures, personality arches, Primitive memories, draft, myths and metaphors, environmental interests, time perspective, rational thinking, peripheral and systemic prospects, desirable worlds and possible scenarios. After performing a quantitative phase through the Delphi method and calculating the Lauvash coefficient, the two components of the initial memories and the draft were eliminated due to obtaining a lower coefficient of 0.56 And the remaining 3 dimensions and 11 components and 32 indicators were approved and finalized.         Today, the development of organizations in competition and survival requires human capital. Therefore, the career path plays an important role in maintaining, maintaining and growing such capital; this path indicates a series of successive positions in the job or organization and is formed based on the interests, competencies and values of the individual and changes in the work environment. In this regard, the aim of this study is to identify its components, indicators and priorities in the career path. To identify this, we first used the Delphi method with the help of 20 academic and organizational experts. Then, in the re-examination of variables, all officials and managers in the field of human capital of the organization studied in Tehran province with a targeted method were selected by 141 people through Cochran's relationship and the variables were confirmed at the level of validity and reliability (0.984). The descriptive-survey research method was performed with a deductive approach and a questionnaire tool. The results show that the 23 components and 55 indicators directly and indirectly affect the career path. Manuscript profile

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of staff training on employee empowerment with the mediating role of organizational culture and career path management in Bank Saderat Iran. This research is a mixed research that has been done in two phases, qualitative and quantitative. In the qualitative part, the phenomenological approach was used and in the quantitative part, the validation approach was used. To fit the model from structural equations, confirmatory factor analysis was used using Amos and SPSS software.The research findings showed that by comparing the values ​​of the indices with the standard values, it can be concluded that the fit indices The structural model has acceptable values ​​and the model is approved.Bootstrap was used to determine the effect of indirect relationships, which showed that organizational culture and career path management play a mediating role in the relationship between training and employee empowerment. Learning and leading organizations, human resource empowerment is pursued as a mandatory and continuous process, given the differences and diversity of definitions and interpretations in the literature in the field of human resource empowerment, having a valid and practical model, including basic needs It is considered the mana of the third millennium. The most important and vital asset of any organization is the human resources of that organization.         The statistical population is the staff of the Industrial Management Organization. Data collection was done through a researcher-made questionnaire on the job path and staff training questionnaire. The sample was collected using the Cochran formula by a 110-person sampling method. Independent variable is the management training of the staff of the Industrial Management Organization and the dependent variable of the employee's job pathway, which was adapted from the components of the job path of the Edgeard Shine model (eight components), was studied. To test the hypotheses, Pearson correlation test was used and its output was analyzed using SPSS20 software. At the level of 99% confidence, employee training management has an impact on the components of the job pathway of the service organization staff. Also, the effect of independent variable on dependent variables was investigated by multivariate regression method, The effect of educational management on independent variables / independentness, public management competence, creativity and entrepreneurship, pure challenge, lifestyle in the level of 99% is significant (Sig> 0/01). The effect of training on security / stability variables, technical competence, service, or loyalty to an ideal is not significant at 99% confidence level (Sig< 0/01). Manuscript profile
