Organization development and improvement of work procedures is one of the most fundamental steps in anyorganization. But, the important point in “organization development” is that, it is a planned and consciouschange regarding the development of capabilities and abilities which lead to high performance, effectiveness, efficiency and organizational health. It is based on institutionalizing new values, and creating employees’confidence in the organization. First, this idea emerged from Kurt Lewin indicating: unfreezing, change andrefreezing. Then, Greiner emphasized on development and change as a process of systematic and interrelatedchange. Later, Levitte designed a model different than Lewin and Greiner. He looked at the organization as asystem comprising four parts: organizational functions, structure, technology, and manpower. According tohim, a manager should be careful of the effect of each of these factors might have on the other. In short, organization development from these views will follow the study of the organizational problems, diagnosingthem, developing plan for improvement and change, implementing the changes and eventually, evaluationand the feedback. Consequently, informing the management about the results. Manuscript profile

In the hazardous environment of contemporary business, online ventures need to predict the performance oftheir websites; where everything can be gauged in terms of their audience's behaviour in reaction to onlineexposure. Designing interfaces without having a good conception of website components is just a leap in thedark. Intuitive drawing up a patchwork of fonts, words, images, sound, animations, colours, functional parts, etc. may not always bear the exquisite fruit. Nor does ad hoc imagination with trial and error unfailingly letthis merry-go-round go round. Designers need to enjoy guidelines which can't lead them on!Colour is the first factor we focused on, from a log file analysis point of view; to be continued by other ringsof the chain, hopefully moving towards a comprehensive online consumer behaviour model. The purpose of the present study was to investigate the mediating role of brand forgiveness in the relationship between brand transgression and consumer coping behavior. This research was applied in terms of purpose and was descriptive-correlational in terms of data collection method. The statistical population in this study were the real customers of Iran Khodro Company in 2019 who have used the products and services of this company at least once in 2019, Sampling method in this research was random sampling, and 125 questionnaires had been analysed. To analyse the data in this study, descriptive statistics were used using spss21 software and to confirm the relationships between variables and factors through confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modelling technique, SMART PLS2 software was used. The results of the research showed that brand transgression behaviour has a direct and significant effect on the coping behavior of Iran Khodro consumers in this sample and brand forgiveness has a mediating role in the relationship between brand transgression behaviour and coping behaviour. This study by examining one of the main brands of car manufactures in Iran and due to examining the transgression behaviour of this brand in the form of indicators of negative experiences in the past, image incongruence and corporate wrongdoing, provides a good insight to the managers of this industry. Strengthen the sense of brand forgiveness in brand communication programs help to prevent coping behaviours such as brand switching, complaints, revenge and likely to buy. Manuscript profile

Backgroun and Objective:Noise pollution caused by human activities is one of the types of environmental pollution. Anthropogenic noise level is increasing in both marine and freshwater ecosystems. Human activities have acoustically changed aquatic environments over the past decades and anthropogenic noise is now recognized as a ubiquitous pollutant in terrestrial and aquatic habitats. Shipping activities, wind mills, pile driving, seismic surveys, naval sonars and fisheries activities are all accompanied by the introduction of anthropogenic sounds in the water. Method: Here, we investigate how anthropogenic noise impairs behaviour and foraging activities, which has direct and indirect consequences for aquatic species survival and reproductive success. Findings: While a broad range of direct destruction caused by human activities in terrestrial and aquatic habitats is relatively well understood, there is a lack of knowledge about such activities on wildlife and captive species. For example, in laboratory condition, elevated sound levels may affect predator-prey interactions. We still have little understanding of the potentially negative consequences of noise pollution for aquatic life. Discussion and conculation: Changes in foraging tendency and efficiency may directly and indirectly affect relative species abundance of both predator and prey and induce changes at the community level. AbstractThe personality traits, social structure and lifestyle of the Israelites have caused the life story of the Israelites to be one of the most frequent stories in the Holy Quran. It seems that God has seen the Jewish people as a religious nation as a suitable model for the social education of Muslims and the building of the Islamic nation due to the various characteristics in the behavior and life of the Jewish people. Features such as "materialism and empiricism, belief in racial superiority over others, worldliness, unfair relationships with prophets, Jews lining up before the appearance of the last Prophet (PBUH)..." are among these characteristics. Considering the characteristics of Bani Israel, they can be considered as one of the most serious threats to the Islamic nation. The secret of repeating the story of the Children of Israel in the Holy Quran is that the Islamic community during the lifetime of the Prophet (PBUH) and after, should learn from the misfortune of the Jews and be freed from the prison of untruth and breach of promise so that they do not fall into sedition and divine punishment. The research method is descriptive-analytical based on library sources and interpretive and historical sources. Manuscript profile

The current study was performed with the aim of investigating the relationship between self-directed learning, self-efficacy and information literacy and knowledge sharing behaviour among male students of high school of district 2 of Isfahan in the academic year 93-94 through the descriptive approach of the correlational type. All high school male students of district 2 with the number of 4995 formed the statistical population of the current study that among them 356 people were selected to participate in the current study by the random cluster sampling method. Data collection tools in this study were 4 questionnaires of self-directed learning of Fisher et al. (2001) with 40 items, self-efficacy of Sherer and Maddux (1982) with 17 items, information literacy with 18 items and knowledge sharing with 15 items, that their validity was confirmed, and their reliability, also, was obtained 0.78, 0.90, 0.91 and 0.85, respectively, by using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Obtained data from the research were analysed by using descriptive and inferential statistics including correlation coefficient, stepwise regression and analysis of variance. The test results of main theories showed that there was a significant relationship between self-directed learning and knowledge sharing behaviour, between self-efficacy and knowledge sharing behaviour and between information literacy and knowledge sharing behaviour. Also, the results showed that there was a significant relationship between the propensity for learning dimension, the self-management dimension and self-control dimension and knowledge sharing behaviour. Moreover, there was a significant relationship between the desire to behaviour starting of self-efficacy dimension, the desire to expand the effort for affecting the task of self-efficacy dimension, resistant in facing with the obstacles of self-efficacy dimension and knowledge sharing behaviour. The results of stepwise regression revealed that propensity and self-management dimensions of self-directed learning have the ability of predicting the knowledge sharing behaviour. The relationship among the propensity dimension to expand the effort for affecting the task has the ability of predicting the knowledge sharing behaviour. Among the views of respondents in all four variables based on the education base, there was no significant difference. Manuscript profile

Feeding behaviour of the Scolothrips longicornis Priesner preying on Tetranychus turkestani (Ugarov & Nikolski) was investigated by leaf - island method under laboratory conditions (26±1°C, 60±5% RH and photoperiod of L16: D8 hours). One starved female thrips consumed a mite’s egg, a first instar larva and a protonymph, a deutonymph and an adult female mite in 1.52, 2.63, 3.13, 7.93 and 15.5 minute respectively. The first instar larva of the thrips ate 10.1 eggs or 1.2 female mites, the second instar larva consumed 34.5 eggs or 4.7 female mites and the adult female ate 49.1 eggs or 11.7 adult females per day. The mated female with a prey consumption of 11.7 female mites had the highest appetite. The unmated females and males by daily consumption of respectively 7.3 and 6.2 females had no significant difference in their voracity. The daily mean voracity increased from 0.3 to 17.1 female mites per female thrips by increasing temperature from 5 to 40°C. The rate of feeding severely decreased at 45°C and it was almost equal to rate of feeding at 26°C. Switching behavior of the thrips by using Murdach model, in different proportion of two prey, T. turkestani and E. orientalis shown negative switching and more number of T. turkestani was consumed when the proportion increased. The results indicated that S. longicornis may be a suitable biological agent for suppression of the Tetranychidae mites. Manuscript profile

One hundred and five participants, stratified randomly selected, answered transformational leadership style and organizational citizenship behaviors (OCB) questionnaires. Correlation analyses revealed that perception of transformational leadership style was correlated with organizational citizenship behaviors and three of its facets including (conscientiousness, courtesy, and altruism). No correlations were found between transformational leadership style with sportsmanship and civil virtue. Moreover, facets of transformational leadership (idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual motivation, and individualized consideration) were correlated with some facets of OCB specifically conscientiousness, courtesy and altruism. Regression analyses revealed that among all facets of transformational leadership style, two of them including idealized influence and inspirational motivation more accounted for OCB variance and its facets than other facets. Based on research findings it could be concluded that the managers should strengthen their ideal influence and inspirational motivation for increasing OCB of employees. Manuscript profile

To understand the background of current travel model is a key issue in the efficient development of urban transport planning, because identifying the mode and factors of travel choice is important to facilitate behavior change. In most cases, the realities of transportation on behavioral approaches are explained better than the logic models. The objective of this paper is to analyze the impact of various factors on the choice of the way of travel for users of personal and public transport. Therefore, conceptual model of travel habits was designed by combining the constraints on the choice of perceptual behavior and planned attitude. Based on the objective, the methodology of this study is of the type of applied-developmental research and also descriptive, analytical and survey method in terms of objective and also, nature and method, respectively. Data were collected through questionnaires and obtaining public comments according to the general displacement in Tabriz city. The sample was estimated using Cochran formula for 1,100 people in 166 traffic area of Tabriz. The results of the Structural equation modeling of travel pattern represent a variance more than 17 percent in private vehicle users and more than 14 percent in public transport users. Other factors such as attitudinal and choice constraints were not so important. Unlike the results of structural equation modeling, attitudinal believes provide possibility of prediction. Accordingly, through binary logistic regression, the willingness of travellers in using public transport was studied, suggesting a significant negative effect of travel habits on the probability of choosing public transportation. Based on the findings of this study, strategic suggestions have been presented aimed at breaking unsustainable driving habits and forming new sustainable habits. Manuscript profile

Purpose: Despite the numerous exploratory, conceptual, and empirical investigations that have been conducted in the fields of economics, finance, business, and management on financial behavior and literacy, no comprehensive science mapping has been presented to date. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify trends in the research field through the synthesis of knowledge structures.Methodology: A bibliometric investigation was conducted on a selection of 1,138 documents in the realm of financial literacy and financial behavior, utilizing a scientific search strategy implemented on the Web of Science database during the 1995-2022 period. The study was carried out using Biblioshiny, a web-based application that is part of the Bibliometrix package designed in R-language. The software's automated workflow facilitated the identification of distinguished journals, authors, countries, articles, and themes, and enabled the conduction of citation, co-citation, and social network analyses.Findings: The findings indicate that financial literacy and behavior have developed as an interdisciplinary domain over time. Initially, researchers concentrated on demographic and socioeconomic factors, but the domain later expanded to encompass themes such as behavioral and psychological constructs that impact financial behavior. This research not only unveils the conceptual framework of the domain but also its intellectual and social structure. The study offers valuable insights into areas that require further research.Originality / Value: In the past, a great deal of theoretical and practical research has been carried out on financial literacy and behavior in various countries, covering diverse fields such as economics, finance, psychology, and consumer behavior. One of the major contributions of this study is that it integrates and unites scattered literature in this area, and identifies important sources, authors, and documents, while examining the link between financial literacy and financial behavior. Although obesity and overweight are one of the high-income countries’ problems, it becomes low- and average-income countries difficulty too. Obesity is a medical condition that fatty tissues stored in the body more than normal; also, this may cause retrogression of health indicators, such as decreased average lifespan, and or lower the quality. The aim of this study was to compare effectiveness of group training emotional regulation and cognitive behavioral therapy on emotion regulation of overweight people. For this purpose, during a semi-experimental study with pretest-posttest and the control group, 60 overweigh individuals referred to medical centers were selected with convenient sampling. Participants were divided into three groups randomly (two experimental group and one control group). Participants assessed with emotional regulation before and after interventions. Both experimental groups received 8 sessions of treatment. The results of multivariate analysis of covariance showed that the emotional regulation methods and cognitive behavior therapy are effective on emotion regulation of overweight individuals; also, emotional regulation therapy is more effective than cognitive-behavioral therapy. The findings support the impact of treatments that emphasize on emotional management. Manuscript profile

One of the excavation stability methods is the use of a reinforced concrete piles system. In grounds with loose soil, the penetration amount of the pile tip in condensed soil, is one of the determinant parameters of pile stability. In this research, the influence of pile penetration length in dense soil (dense sand) by changing soil layering and also by applying acceleration mapping of two earthquakes, Ahar-Varzghan (2013) and Bam (2003), has been investigated using Plexis software. The results show that with the increase in the loose soil depth in the mentioned earthquakes, in addition to the increase in the bending moment, the horizontal deformations in the static and dynamic states compared to the base model are 18 and 6 times, respectively, and the vertical deformations in the static and dynamic states compared to the base model are 48 and 6 times, respectively, and the total deformations in the static and dynamic models compared to the base model increase by 18 and 7 times, respectively. Rupture in the pit occurs when the depth of loose soil reaches 9 meters. Manuscript profile

The aim of this study was to evaluate the sugar beet farmers’ knowledge, attitudes and skills on optimal on-farm soil management practices and to identify and determine the most important distinguishing factors of their behavior domains on soil management. The methodological approach in the research was a descriptive and causal-comparative study of the survey type. The target population in the study was the sugar beet farmers of Khorasan-Razavi province (n=33000). Using a multi-stage cluster sampling technique, 380 farmers were selected as a statistical sample. Finally, 98.5% questionnaires were collected and analyzed (n=375). The content and face validity of the instrument was specified after several times of review and correction by the faculty members of agricultural extension and education, agronomy and soil science departments at Tarbiat Modarres university, several experts of Jihad e Agriculture ministry and the agricultural sector of the sugar factories in Khorasan-Razavi province. The reliability of analysis was conducted through 30 questionnaires and Cronbach’s Alpha values for the section of behavioral domains of the instrument were estimated between 0.71-0.87 using statistical SPSS software. Considering Venn diagram in relation to the triple domains of studied sugar beet farmers’ behavior, results showed that about 11.2% (42 sugar beet growers) were identified as qualified farmers. The results of the stepwise discriminant analysis with Wilks’ Lambda procedure and partial F-test criteria revealed that educational level, extension contacts, extend of irrigated cultivation, farmers’ age and social status were the most important distinguished variables of farmers’ behavioral categories. Generally, mentioned variables could correctly classify 66.9% of all subjects based on the discriminant functions. Manuscript profile
