The aim of the current research was investigating the role of mothers' practical adherence to religious teachings on children's psychological well-being. The research universe included all the texts of religious teachings. The research sample subsumed the religious teachings of mothers on their children's psychological well-being. The research design was descriptive-analytical. The library method was used to collect data, texts and references related to the subject. Then the data were analyzed. The family convey their attitudes and beliefs directly and indirectly to their children and they assimilate these influences by observing the actions and behavior of the parents. In families with a religious attitude, the children's attitude is formed based on religious beliefs and these beliefs cause the formation of a religious characteristics in the children. If the mother did not have the intellectual ability and belief necessary to familiarize the children with authentic religious thoughts and beliefs, such children in dealing with striking ideas and thoughts would remain defenseless and their psychological health would be at risk. Mother's moods and traits, family authenticity, heart faith, ethics and mother's nutrition during pre-pregnancy and post-pregnancy could be very effective in the child's upbringing and effectiveness of religious teachings. In religious teachings, there is a lot of emphasis on children's ritual religious practice for their mental health and well-being, which is the responsibility of parents, especially mothers. Both preventive and therapeutic interventions are necessary for good diabetes management and the prevention of complications. There are serious therapeutic and financial repercussions when patients don't follow their doctors' orders about medicine, nutrition, and healthcare procedures. The current comprehensive review aims to determine factors that have been observed in patients with type 2 diabetes and low health literacy, contribute to poor treatment adherence in 2022. Five steps were taken to complete this review: creating a research question, looking for and extracting relevant papers, choosing relevant studies, tabulating data, and reporting findings. Using the terms "Type 2 diabetes", "obstacles", "determinants", "factors", "barriers", "treatment", "medication", "therapy" "adherence", "non-adherence", "poor adherence", and "low health literacy" was gathered from six electronic databases (Scopus, Web of Science, Embase, Science Direct, PubMed and Google Scholar) from January 2018 to January 2022. Twelve were able to be reviewed from the initial 140 articles. In this review, ten studies have been selected involving 1497 patients with type 2 diabetes. The range of nonadherence prevalence was from 42% to 74.3%. Economic difficulties, inadequate communication with the medical staff, an absence of family support, ignorance, misinterpretation, and low health literacy were major barriers to treatment adherence in the publications. The findings of this study identified both modifiable and non-modifiable factors influencing medication adherence in type 2 diabetes patients. Modifiable factors must be addressed by suitable interventions carried out with the target population and healthcare experts. Manuscript profile

The statistical population of the study included 632163 people over the age of 20 years in Kerman in 1398, 385 people were examined by cluster sampling method, including 10% of the possibility of non-final return of the questionnaires (400 people). The hypotheses of the components of cultural factors including religious adherence, the sense of freedom, security and social-cultural identity affect the sense of social security of the citizens of the workers in order to formulate the model. Regression, T and pathway analysis tests were applied for analysing  gathered information, and ultimately, SPSS and AMOS software were used for modelling the design of structural equations .In this study, after describing and explaining theoretical basics in the field of determination of social security, it was attempted to provide the dimensions and factors of the effectiveness on the sense of social security in the form of the model. The results of the research show that religious adherence variables, the sense of freedom, social-cultural identity and security have a direct, positive and meaningful impact on the creation of sense of security. Purpose: This research was conducted with the aim of determining the effectiveness of the mindfulness-based stress reduction program on pain indexs(pain acceptance and intensity)and adherence to the treatment regimen in patients with chronic kidney failure. Material and Methods: The research was semi-experimental with a pre-test and post-test design with two experimental and control groups. The statistical population of the study included all men with chronic kidney failure who referred to the kidney disease department of Shohada Hospital in Kermanshah in 2023 That 30 people were selected by targeted sampling method and replaced in two equal groups of 15 people. In order to collect information, the questionnaire of adherence to the treatment regimen(Seyed Fatemi et al., 2017),acceptance of pain(McCracken and Wells, 2004) and pain intensity questionnaire(McGill, 2009)were used. Data were analyzed by multivariate covariance analysis and SPSS-26 statistical software. Results: The results showed that the stress reduction program based on mindfulness improved the average score of the total pain indexs including pain acceptance(F=27.017, P=0.008 and η=0.523)and pain intensity(F=24.707, P=0.009 and η=0.457)and each of their dimensions was effective in the subjects of the experimental group(P<0.01). Also, the findings showed that this intervention program was effective in the post-test phase in the subjects of the experimental group on increasing adherence to the treatment regimen(F=23.486, P=0.007 and η=0.503)had an effect (P<0.01). Conclusion: According to the results of the present study, therapists' use of intervention programs in centers that provide treatment services to chronic patients along with drug therapy can have beneficial results.
