Abstract :

The aim of the present research was to investigate the association of adherence to Islamic beliefs and responsibility with life satisfaction in students of Karaj Islamic Azad University. The sample subsumed 300 subjects (150 male and 150 female) whom were selected based on stratifed random sampling procedure. Navidi Adherence to Islamic Beliefs Scale (AIBS), Responsibilit  Assessing Scale (RAS) and Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS) were utilized as data sources. The research was a correlation study and data analysis was performed by using Pearson correlation coeffcient and multi variants regression. The results at p≤0.0001 showed that adherence to Islamic beliefs and responsibility signifcantly associated with life satisfaction. The outcome also indicated that responsibility was a signifcant predictor for satisfactionwith life.
