Nowadays, the complexity and entanglement of financial markets are under the influence of various variables and problems which classical financial sciences are generally unable to solve. This has motivated new approaches in financial sciences like dynamic complex networks. The current research has used the dynamic complex network approach, empirical mode decomposition, and grey relational analysis to investigate the systemic risk of Iran's capital market banks from the beginning of 2015 to the march 2021. For this purpose, first, by building a sliding window, it has calculated the correlation coefficient of stock and then the index of the complex network. Using the results of empirical mode decomposition and grey relational analysis through Engel - Granger causality statistical test,, showed a close and long-term relationship between stock market fluctuations and systemic risk. Any momentum is of a higher speed and intensity of propagation due to the bank-oriented nature of the country's economy. Manuscript profile

The impact of different risks is of great importance in banking industry on financial sustainability, given its functional entity. Given the lack of consensus on the relationship between financial risks in banks, in particular, in credit risk and liquidity in banks, this research investigates the relationship of these two types of risks and their impacts on financial sustainability in banking industry in Iran during 2005-2014 with panel data method. In this regard, in order to investigate the impact of liquidity and credit risks on financial sustainability, Quintile regression method. The results indicate the negative and significant impact of these two types of risks on financial sustainability in most reviewed decimals. This means that with an increase in financial sustainability, the impact of these two types of risks is reduced. In other words, those banks placed in the higher decimals of sustainability distribution are affected less by credit and liquidity risks. Manuscript profile

Financial development and stability and their relationship with economic growth are important and influential issues on economic growth. Therefore, economic experts have investigated this issue in many researches by applying various conditions. The purpose of this research is to investigate the effects of financial development, economic stability and efficiency of government cooperative contracts during recession and prosperity, which done by applying the Markov switching regime change approach based on the annual data of Iran's economy during the period of 2016-2018. The results of the model estimation show that the variables of financial and oil crises, economic and financial risk, inflation in both periods of prosperity and recession have a negative effect on the efficiency of cooperative contracts. The results show the probability of transition from one regime to another regime and the duration of the regime, if Iran's economy is in a recession at time t, it will remain in the same state despite economic and financial risks and financial and oil crises. Also, there is a 0.80 probability that Iran's economy will return to the state of recession due to other factors. The amount of exposure of Iran's economy to the period of stagnation in the current research is 21 periods against 9 periods of prosperity. Manuscript profile

Personal branding helps a person to achieve his goals, with which individual placement can be achieved and positioned on competitors. A personal brand is valid when there is a common unity in the behavior of individuals. Not having a personal perspective, personal knowledge, personal learning, thinking, trust, and interest are like having no personal brand. Therefore, a personal brand for managers can be considered as merit. The issue of bank managers is of paramount importance with regard to competition between banks. Hence, the main purpose of this study is to examine the effect of individual brand managers on the creation of fifth-level leaders. To reach this statistical society, the heads of government bank branches in the East Azerbaijan province conduct the research. Based on snowball method, 128 people were selected as sample size. The required information was collected through a researcher-made questionnaire. The reliability of this questionnaire was calculated using Cronbach's alpha of 0.85. Finally, the conceptual model is fitted using structural equation modeling and Laser Level software. The result of the research also indicates the significant effect of the personal brand on managers on the fifth level. Manuscript profile

Although the development of medical knowledge about human and his organs has caused  better life but some of them caused legal and ethical problems. One of this aspects is Cryopreservation. Nowadays, inside of freezing human organs  complete freezing of whole body is possible, too. That one of its important utilization is human gametes freezing that causes complex jurisprudent, legal, ethical, and social problems. Determination of legal persons for decision about the frozen gametes fate is one of this problems. According to the legal nature of frozen gametes and considering them as property, and as the human gametes are one part of the organs of his body, all of theories about relation between man and his body in law is true in relation between man and his gametes. So, there is a ownership relation between the man and his frozen gametes. Therefore, only the gamete owners can decide about their fate. For having decision about the abandoned frozen gametes the Cryopreservation centers try to have contacts whit gamete owners, but when there is no accessibility to their owners, then they ask the inheritors to decide about them, so if they be inaccessibility situation after that in order to determine their fate as properties, the governor is permitted to make decisions about their disposal or donation for researches. This research investigates the effect of opacity on the delay of the stock price (Tehran stock exchange and Iran Farabourse) reactions in the banks and other companies in Iran Capital Market. The proxy of opacity has been considered the spread (bid – ask gap). Hou and Moskowitz's (2005) model was used to calculate the price delay reaction. Moreover, considering the importance of economic conditions, the impact of periods of boom and stagnation (GDP) on this relationship was also investigated. The research sample consisted of banks listed in Iran Capital Market as well as companies whose market capitalization is equal to 25% of the average market value of banks. The time period was from the beginning of 2009 to the end of September 2016. The hypotheses were tested using panel data. The results indicated a significant relationship between reaction price delay and spread, which confirmed the effect of opacity on the delay price reactions. The results also showed that there is no significant difference between the stock price delay reaction of banks and other companies while there is a significant relationship between economic conditions and delay price reactions. This paper provides a new categorization of balance sheet items for commercial banks by putting them in to financial and operational parts. Results of the study shows that banks with higher net financial assets compared to net operational assets have less incentives for earnings management, which results in higher accruals quality. Furthermore, we have studied the role of loan contract types and capital adequacy on accruals quality. The results show that banks with higher share of fixed-income loan contracts and higher capital adequacy ratio have a better quality of accruals. We also found out that banks which give loans to corporations of leading industries, have less earning management actions, which leads to higher accruals quality. Based on this finding, we have developed a future-looking measure of accruals quality for banks focused on industries which banks put higher portion of the loans on and called it Portfolio Quality Index (PQI).     Manuscript profile

Risk management is an integrated procedure which helps banks to measure and control their risks. Due to the recent banking crises and nature of banking activities, central banks have made it compulsory for banks to have independent risk committees. Also, financial instability is another factor which can lead banks to distress and bankruptcy. This study investigates the simultaneous relationship between credit risk and liquidity risk and their impacts on financial stability of Iranian banks over the period of 2005-2014 using panel data approach. Results of the simultaneous equation modeling show that in general, liquidity risk and credit risk have significant positive relationship with each other. In other words, every one unit increase in liquidity risk will cause the credit risk to increase by 0.38 unit and every one unit increase in credit risk leads to 0.51 unit increase in liquidity risk. Moreover, we employ the quantile regression to examine the effect of these two types of risk on the different quantiles of financial stability of commercial banks in Iran. Results show that credit risk and liquidity risk negatively affect the financial stability and increase probability of bankruptcy of the Iranian banks. Moreover, we demonstrate that the magnitude of the negative impact is much higher for the banks in the lower quantiles that have lower financial stability comparing with the banks in upper quantiles having higher financial stability.     Manuscript profile

Social and environmental responsibility is inflicted with arbitrary behavior in the Iranian banks because reporting them is optional and there is not a single standard to reassure accountancy services and confirm those reports. The present research relies on content analysis, and the data is collected by library study, electronic (email) or face-to-face interviews. The results showed that pivot categories related to the social responsibility of banks include performing social responsibility through their business transactions as well as special attention to social and environmental issues. Moreover, pivot categories related to reporting the social responsibility of banks involve reporting their undertaken social responsibility, reassuring and supervisory services referring to their reports, reforming accountability and transparency procedures, and maintaining moral values. The results indicate the significant importance of performing the banks' responsibility simultaneously with their business transactions and that using these methods can decrease their economic costs. As for reporting social responsibility of the banks, we refer to their effective use of physical facilities available in their branches with the least economic cost to reflect their social and environmental activities as well as the need for the establishment of supervisory institutions to ensure the performance of the social responsibilities. This research aimed to investigate the association of social orientation and social responsibility with moral behavior in banks managers. This study was a descriptive analytical from type of correlation. The population of research included all banks managers of Varamin and Pishva city in 2016 year. From them 160 person were selected by simple random sampling method and all of them completed the questionnaires of social orientation (Harrison, 2001), social responsibility (Galavandi and et al, 2014) and moral behavior (Swanson and Hill, 1993). Data was analyzed with Pearson correlation and multivariate regression with stepwise model methods. The findings showed social orientation and social responsibility had a positive and significant relationship with moral behavior of banks managers. Also social orientation and social responsibility can predict 33/5 percent of variance of moral behavior of banks managers that in this prediction the share of social orientation was higher than social responsibility (P<0/01). Therefore it is suggest that to improve the moral behavior of banks managers increase the social orientation and social responsibility of them. Also suggest that officials and planners consider the symptoms of mentioned variables and design and implementation appropriate programs to improve the moral behavior of banks managers. This mixed-methods research was conducted to identify and design the dimensions, components and factors of an excellence organizational climate and validate it. The qualitative phase of the study was based on the grounded theory and MAXQDA software while the quantitative stage was conducted using SPSS software. The research population comprised Iranian private banks from which a convenient sample was selected based on theoretical adequacy and availability during the qualitative phase. Interviews were run with the sample to reach the theoretical saturation. Further, the quantitative phase of the study started with a sample of 318 participants who had been selected based on a multi-stage cluster sampling procedure from 1815 employees using the Cochran formula. The reliability and validity of the qualitative and quantitative phases of the research were checked through Lincoln and Guba evaluation and Cronbach's alpha, respectively. The collected data were analyzed to explain the paradigmatic model of the excellent organizational climate that was then validated via Wilcoxon test. The findings indicated that the main dimensions of the excellence organizational climate include "employee credibility", "employee and management mutual respect" and "employees’ honoring the job and the organization" and that this model can promote organizational efficiency and profits, productivity, quality of professional life and organizational culture, branding and more willingness to work in a competitive environment. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of characteristics of audit committee on the performance of banks. The statistical population of the research was the banks admitted to the Tehran Stock Exchange, which were examined in a 7-year period between 1394 and 1400. Four dependent variables were used in the present study to measure the performance of banks. The results of the research hypotheses test showed that there was a positive and significant effect between the financial expertise of the audit committee and the return on assets, but the independence, size and proportion of women in the audit committee did not have a significant effect on the return on assets. Finally, independent variables had the greatest impact on banks' operating profit ratios. Manuscript profile

This study investigates the determinants factors of systemic risk in Iranian banks during 2013-2022. The contribution is on banks liquidity creation and their balance sheet structure. For this purpose, the systemic risk of banks has been estimated and ranked by marginal expected shortfall (MES) index, using dynamic multi-garch models. The results by using Panel GMM method indicate that an increase in the balance sheet liquidity creation causes the vulnerability of banks to increase. Also, the liquidity creation on the side of assets (holding non-cash assets) significantly increases the systemic risk for banks, while which on the side of debts (holding of demand deposits) reduces the banks systemic risk and their fragility. In addition, the findings indicate that the bigger the size, the more non-traditional activities (non-interest income) and the higher the ratio of non-performance loans, the higher systemic risk in banks. while the higher capital adequacy in banks, the lower the systemic risk. This article seeks to analyze the effects of targeted energy subsidies on the industrial sector. For this purpose, the Computable General Equilibrium model was used.At the sector level, the combination of increases in energy prices, exchange rates and interest rates have been a total of eight scenarios. In scenario increase in energy prices (4 scenarios) employment of labor in the mining and services sectors increased, but in agriculture and industry sectors is reduced. Production of industrial sectors, mining and services will increase in all four scenarios. In all four scenarios to reduce agricultural exports, but exports of industrial, mining and services increases. In scenario increase in energy prices and 81 percent increase in exchange rate, employment for services and mining sectors is increasing, but employment in the industrial and agriculture sectors decreases. Results show that increasing exchange rate with the increase in energy prices offset part of the negative effects of rising prices on exports and is also part of the negative effects of rising energy prices on production also compensates.           The evaluation of market competition is one of the main issues in the industrial and monetary economics. So, the main objective of this article is to estimate the banking market structure in private and governmental banks during the period of 2006-2017. For achieving this purpose, at the first step we computed the banking sector's market competition by Panzar-Rosse approach. In the second step we evaluated the impact of market competition on total revenue of banks by using dynamic panel data regression with generalized method of moment approach. The results of model estimation indicated that the market competition in thesae banks has been estimated over the 0.59. Henve, the market structure is similar to incomplete competition. Moreover, the lag of total revenue and equity return have positive and wage rate has negative impact on total revenue of banks during the period of study. In any economic system the role of banks to collect deposits of the banking system (Procurement of resource) and its application in the financing of investment projects (allocation of resource) is very important. Nowadays, Expansion of global markets and increase competition in the markets for financial services is affected the profitability of the banking industry, significantly. Given that the profitability of banks is one of functions of banks and a more profitable bank has more power to deal with negative shocks to the market, Therefore, attention to the profitability index as one indicator of evaluating the performance of the banks and its role in decisions related to the mobilization of resources, financing and resource allocation is essential. in this study To achieve this goal, the affective factors on profitability of commercial banks has been modeled and studied during 2009-2013. The scope of this study contains 8 commercial banks listed on Tehran Stock Exchange including Eghtesade Novin, Parsian, Karafarin, Pasargad, Mellat, Tejarat, Saderat and Sina. The study also is used the Panel ARDL method to achieve the targets. The results of this study showed that, The ratio of shareholders' equity to assets, The ratio of credit to assets, bank size and inflation have a direct and positive effect on the profitability of commercial banks. So, increasing and improvement of this variables increase the profitability of commercial banks in the short term and long term. However, the effect of credit risk on commercial bank's profitability index is negative. So that increasing of this variable deacrease the profitability of commercial banks in the short term and long term. finally, The results of ECM model reveal that the speed of adjustment towards long-run equilibrium is low, So that if the shock enters the model the long time require for correct the short-run and long-run imbalance equilibrium and back model to first equilibrium. The results showed that in the pattern 1 the positive monetary shocks in the short run increased the product and decreased the prices but, in the long run it decreased the product and increased the prices. The debt shocks of the banks to the central bank in the short run had little effect on the product and the prices. In the intermediate run these shocks had decreased the product and increased the prices. And in the long run it increased the product and decreased the prices. In pattern 2 positive shock of the legal deposits ratio leads to decrease in the production and increase in the inflation in the short, intermediate and the long run, through the banking lending. Results shoed also that money policy instruments (banks loan to the central bank and the rate of legal deposits) had a little effect on the granted facilities of the banks. Manuscript profile

Nowadays the success of any organization is linked to the quality and level of human resources’ capacity and empowering human resources is a significant strategic tool to gain competitive advantage. The main objective of this research was to investigate the relationship between strategic human resources management programs and empowering employees. The purpose of this research is applied and its nature is descriptive-correlational. Statistical population consists of all private and public banking employees in the city of Marivan, totaling 277 employees. Finally 148 employees were selected using stratified random sampling. Chen and Huang questionnaire (2009) was used to measure the variable of strategic human resources management programs and Spreitzer and Mishra (1995) questionnaire was used to measure the variable of empowering employees. Kolmogrov-Smirnov test was used for investigating the normality of data and correlation test, regression coefficient, t independent groups, ANOVA was used to analyze data and test research hypothesis. The results showed that there is 0/56 positive and significant relationship between strategic human resources management programs and empowering employees (R=0/56, P<0/05). Also multiple regression analysis showed that 0/31 changes of employee empowerment through strategic human resource management programs is predictable, and the highest share in this prediction is related to the factor of participation (β=0/57). The results demonstrated no significant difference between any of the above variables in terms of empowerment.   Manuscript profile
