The effect of behavioral error and the power of the CEO on the policy of reducing the fragility of the banking network

Abstract :

In the world economic literature today, the role and importance of the monetary system and, consequently, the banking network as a tool for economic development is evident. There are several factors in creating the fragility of the banking network; one of the important and influential factors is the behavioral error and power indicators of the CEO that lead to irrational and irrational decisions.. The statistical population of this research is 31 banks and credit institutions listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange during the years 1390 to 1399. To test the research hypotheses, multiple generalized least squares regression has been used in the Aetta software. Findings indicate that according to the hypothesis test, the more the effect of behavioral error and CEO power increases, the more vulnerability and fragility of banks increases. The results show that behavioral error and CEO power cause vulnerability and fragility of banks.
