In this study, strategic factors, talent management, support of senior managers, cultural factors and educational-development programs as succession requirements, information-technological factors and individual-motivational factors as facilitators and career path management, performance management and resources - infrastructure Were identified as background conditions. The final conclusion is that the succession process is different from one organization to another, and banks are no exception, and all aspects must be considered in the succession process
