The statistical population was all the players of the teams present in the Premier Football League (N = 480) which were determined using Cochran's formula 214 people and were selected by available sampling method. Standard questionnaires were used to collect data. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were confirmed using appropriate indicators. Structural equation modeling in AMOS software was used to analyze the data. Findings showed that diversity management and organizational justice have a positive and significant effect on sports performance and these two variables can predict 41% of its changes. Diversity management also affect the perceived justice. On the other hand، perceived justice can play a mediating role in the relationship between diversity management and sports performance، ie it can transfer some of the impact of diversity management on sports performance. (2010), psychological empowerment (Spritzer, 1995) and information technology by Lortz et al. (2004) were used. In order to describe the data, descriptive statistics methods were used and for the inferential analysis of the data, the statistical methods of Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, Pearson's correlation coefficient and regression were used in SPSS software, as well as structural equations. The findings of this research showed that the results of the Pearson correlation test showed a direct and meaningful relationship between information technology and its components with organizational performance and also; There was a direct and significant relationship between information technology and its components with psychological empowerment (P ≤ 0.01). The results of regression analysis showed that organizational performance can be predicted based on information technology and psychological empowerment. Finally, the results of structural equations have shown that information technology has a significant relationship with organizational performance through psychological empowerment in the employees of the General Department of Sports and Youth of Fars. The purpose of this study was presenting a paradigmatic model of ambush marketing risk management at sporting events. Research methodology in terms of purpose, development and it was a kind of data analysis of the foundation. 14 elites in the field of sporting events and university professors in the field of physical education were selected by snowball method and theoretical saturation for semi-structured interviews. From the combination of factors extracted from library resources and the opinions of sports management professors, managers and specialists of sport events, 45 components were obtained in the form of 8 factors. These factors included factors related to spectators, marketing, cultural, event and sport, sponsor, legal, managerial and media. The results of this study, by presenting a comprehensive and comprehensive model, provide a comprehensive framework for dealing with the risks of ambush marketing in major sporting events, which can be used to prevent up to a high percentage of sponsorship rights and reduce their support for the event and is practically effective in improving financial support for sporting events. The aim of this study was to Standardization of the decision-making questionnaire in elite football and futsal referees in Asia. The statistical population of this study was elite soccer referees and Asian futsal in two sections of men and women, among which 292 questionnaires were collected. In order to collect data, a social-researcher-made decision making questionnaire, which consisted of 25 questions, was used. Face and content validity of questionnaire was accepted after translation by professors sport management specialists. Statistical methods were descriptive statistics and Cronbach's alpha coefficient, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were used. Analytical results showed (α=0.82) reliability for decision making questionnaire. All questions had a significant relationship with their agent in reliability of Structure, the amount of relationship and T-value, and they could be a good predictor for their agent. X2/df=2.21, RMSEA=0.065 indexes and NFI=1.00, CFI=1.00, IFI=1.1, GFI=0.93 and AGFI=0.92 also confirmed the goodness of models. Also, the results about the relations of factors with the meaning of decision making showed that all factors could be a good predictor for the concept of decision making. Questionnaire decision making reliable and valid measure that can be used to evaluate decision making in the field of sports and reliable and consistent results are achieved. Manuscript profile

The present study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of two leadership styles sports on sports motivation among the students. The population included 2056 female students in Qom. The research method was quasi-experimental with pre-test and post-test design with two experimental groups and one control group. The first experimental group involved task-oriented motivational climate (participatory and voluntary activities) while the second experimental group experienced the self- oriented motivational climate (competitive and compulsory activities) and The control group kept up doing the usual physical education program in school . the sports motivation questionnaire Malta et al (2007) was used to collect the data. Kruskal-wallis and will coxon statistical tests were identified, sports motivation including: intrinsic motivation, Integrated regulation, External regulation and decreased amotivation was raised significantly on account of creating a motivational climate according to task-oriented method. but meaning growth statistically was not observed in the other two groups, Therefore participation in physical activities through creating a task-oriented motivational climate to plays an important role in responding to their motivational needs and persistence in sports experiences Manuscript profile

The purpose of the research was to relate the coaches' decision-making mode with the individual creativity of Zorkhaneh athletes and the intermediary role of sports obligation. Descriptive correlation research method that was done using structural equations. 396 Zorkhane athletes who participated in the competitions of 2018 completed the questionnaires of coaches' decision-making mode, sports obligation, and individual creativity. The data were analyzed using descriptive-inferential statistical methods such as kurtosis and skewness test, confirmatory factor analysis (construct validity) and path analysis (structural equation modeling) using SPSS and Lisrel software. The results showed that the coaches' decision-making mode and its components (democratic and authoritarian) have an impact on sports obligation and sports creativity of athletes. Also, sports obligation in general had an effect on athletes' sports creativity, and the effect of the intermediary role between coaches' decision-making mode and athletes' sports creativity was confirmed. The findings of this research indicate that the coaches working in Zurkhanei sports should use a democratic decision-making mode, which considering the role of the athletes' satisfaction in the individual success of the athlete and the team, it is necessary for the coaches to use the appropriate decision-making mode to improve their satisfaction. The research collection tools were Fries et al.'s political skills (2007), Wardaman et al.'s (2014) pro-social rule breaking, and Ratos assertiveness (2007) questionnaires. According to the results of the research, it was found that the state of political skill and courage in the Iran's top sports managers was at a favorable level, while the state of benevolent law breaking was not significantly different from the average level. The results showed that there was political skills had a direct and significant relationship between pro-social rule breaking (r = 0. 68), political skills and assertiveness (r = 0. 89), and assertiveness on pro-social rule breaking (r = 0. 30) in senior sports managers. The results also confirmed the existence of a significant and positive effect of political skills on pro-social rule breaking with the mediation role of assertiveness in senior sports managers (r = 0. 26). The research model also had a good fit. The presence of political skills in sports managers creates a phenomenon of assertiveness in these people and increases pro-social rule breaking.
