         AbstractEvery organization today needs a map through which it can mark where it wants to go and show how to get there. The purpose of this study was to review the strategies and executive plans of sports in the country's sailing federation. The research was a descriptive-analytical research from the perspective of applied purpose and is in the field of strategic studies which was conducted as a case study. The statistical population of the study includes the president, vice president and former and current secretaries of the Sailing Federation of the Islamic Republic of Iran, all heads and secretaries of the provincial sailing boards. The sampling method was 369 people. In the research method, to determine the perspectives of the balanced scorecard, the researchers, after gathering the required information, used them existing literature, books and publications from the point of view of the members of the steering council. Based on the research findings, revenue generation strategies, marketing and diversification of the federation's financial resources in financial terms, advertising, promotion and use of media capacity in customer perspective, development of staff participation and research and planning expansion The design of an integrated system of sporting events at the provincial level, in terms of internal strategies, consolidation and strengthening of the volunteer movement, was arranged in terms of learning and growth.  Manuscript profile

          Abstract:Objective: this study aims to investigate the relationship between group cohesion and conflict management (Competing and Collaborating style) and the effectiveness of football teams in the Iran's premier league clubs.Methodology: The research method was descriptive (correlation), both field and library. The statistical population includes all the players and coaches of 16 teams competing in the 16th Premier League Football Championship in 2017. To collect data, Widmeyer's Group Coherency Inventory (1985), Tjosvold’s Conflict Management Questionnaire (2006) and Wang's Team Effectiveness Questionnaire (2000) were used. The results were obtained using structural equation modelling and partial least squares method.Results: The results showed a positively significant relationship between conflict management (Collaborating style) and team’s effectiveness in the Iran's premier league clubs from the viewpoints of players and coaches. Also, results showed a negatively significant relationship between conflict management (Competing style) and team’s effectiveness in the Iran's premier league clubs from the viewpoints of players and coaches. There is a positively significant relationship between conflict management style (Collaborating) and task cohesion. There is a positively significant relationship between conflict management style (Collaborating) and social cohesion. There is a negatively significant relationship between conflict management style (Competing) and task cohesion. There is a negatively insignificant relationship between conflict management style (Competing) and social cohesion. There is also a positive and significant relationship between the task cohesion and social cohesion and the effectiveness of the team from the viewpoints of players and coaches.   Manuscript profile

        The present study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of two leadership styles sports on sports motivation among the students. The population included 2056 female students in Qom. The research method was quasi-experimental with pre-test and post-test design with two experimental groups and one control group. The first experimental group involved task-oriented motivational climate (participatory and voluntary activities) while the second experimental group experienced the self- oriented motivational climate (competitive and compulsory activities) and The control group kept up doing the usual physical education program in school . the sports motivation questionnaire Malta et al (2007) was used to collect the data. Kruskal-wallis and will coxon statistical tests were identified, sports motivation including: intrinsic motivation, Integrated regulation, External regulation and decreased amotivation was raised significantly on account of creating a motivational climate according to task-oriented method. but meaning growth statistically was not observed in the other two groups, Therefore participation in physical activities through creating a task-oriented motivational climate to plays an important role in responding to their motivational needs and persistence in sports experiences Manuscript profile
