Abstract The increasing importance of the military's physical fitness and its important role in their victory or defeat during war is obvious to everyone. In this regard, the headquarters of the armed forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the physical training organization of the armed forces are one of the government organizations that request the organization of the World Military Competition. Therefore, achieving success and hosting this event plays a very important role in the position of countries in all dimensions (political, social, economic, cultural, etc.). This research, which is qualitative and practical in nature, is based on the oral history approach, to provide strategies and how the oral history approach is effective in improving the quality of hosting international military competitions. According to the nature of the research, three experts in the field of oral history were selected for the Sisem competitions. The method of sampling was purposeful and theoretical sampling was used. The results of the research indicate that strategies such as government and management support, public infrastructure, accommodation conditions for players, social and cultural conditions, environmental conditions, transportation conditions and finally safety and security can be mentioned.   Abstract:Objective: this study aims to investigate the relationship between group cohesion and conflict management (Competing and Collaborating style) and the effectiveness of football teams in the Iran's premier league clubs.Methodology: The research method was descriptive (correlation), both field and library. The statistical population includes all the players and coaches of 16 teams competing in the 16th Premier League Football Championship in 2017. To collect data, Widmeyer's Group Coherency Inventory (1985), Tjosvold’s Conflict Management Questionnaire (2006) and Wang's Team Effectiveness Questionnaire (2000) were used. The results were obtained using structural equation modelling and partial least squares method.Results: The results showed a positively significant relationship between conflict management (Collaborating style) and team’s effectiveness in the Iran's premier league clubs from the viewpoints of players and coaches. Also, results showed a negatively significant relationship between conflict management (Competing style) and team’s effectiveness in the Iran's premier league clubs from the viewpoints of players and coaches. There is a positively significant relationship between conflict management style (Collaborating) and task cohesion. There is a positively significant relationship between conflict management style (Collaborating) and social cohesion. There is a negatively significant relationship between conflict management style (Competing) and task cohesion. There is a negatively insignificant relationship between conflict management style (Competing) and social cohesion. The main purpose of this study was to determine the causal conditions of e-commerce in the country's sports industry. To achieve this goal, a qualitative method and in-depth interviews with the elites in this field were used. The interviews continued in a targeted manner and in the manner of a snowball, and finally 12people were interviewed. Finally, the data obtained from the interviews were analyzed by data-based method through three stages of open, axial and selective coding. The concepts obtained from coding the signs in the causal section included fifteen items. This can be attributed to the lack of a specific trustee in e-commerce sports, lack of managerial stability, lack of comprehensive and coherent rules and regulations, lack of will of upstream sports organizations to organize e-commerce sports, lack of e-commerce structure in sports, lack of economic policy in clubs And federations, the lack of proper use of e-commerce in sports business processes and functions, the insistence on using traditional methods in sports business, the statehood of sports, the lack of copyright laws, the economic crisis and the reduction of financial resources in Sports organizations pointed out the role and importance of e-commerce, the lack of a specialized marketing force, the shortcomings in the evaluation system and the political conditions and atmosphere prevailing in the government and, consequently, the country's sports. Recognizing these factors can be a guide for policymakers in the field of sports in order to benefit from e-commerce benefits and sustainable revenue generation for the sports industry. .The main purpose of this study is to model the effect of lifestyle and media literacy and information literacy on social identity in sports organizations. 384 employees of the General Departments of Sports and Youth of the whole country participated in the study voluntarily using cluster sampling method and Saffarinia Social Identity Questionnaire (2011). Contains 20 statements, Media Literacy Questionnaire by Philosopher (1393). Includes 22 questions and lifestyle questionnaire (QSL) Lali et al. (2012) Includes 70 questions and Gassemi et al. (2006) Information Literacy Questionnaire. Included 16 questions were used.. The validity of the questionnaires was reported in the form of opinions of 10 experts and the reliability coefficient was reported using Cronbach's alpha method of 0.70. Path analysis method and structural equation model were used for data analysis. The results showed that the research model has a sufficient fit (RMSEA = 0.09) and also the GFI, CFI and NFI fit indices were 0.85, 0.89 and 0.88, respectively. There is. Accordingly, a direct and significant relationship was observed between lifestyle and social identity, media literacy and information literacy.   AbstractThe present study was designed and conducted to identify the challenges of border development in Iranian sports organizations. In terms of applied purpose, the present study was a descriptive-survey in terms of data collection method, which was mixed based on the research approach. The statistical population of the qualitative part of this research consisted of elites and experts in the field of management aware of the subject of the research and in the quantitative part; the statistical population also included the president, vice president and secretary of sports federations. The tools of the present study included questionnaires and semi-structured interviews. Open and axial coding was used to examine the data of the qualitative part and the structural equation method was used in the quantitative part. The whole process of data analysis was performed in SPSS software version 20 and Smart PLS version 2. The results of the present study showed that the challenges of border development in Iranian sports organizations include four general components: individual, organizational, international and infrastructure, of which organizational factors are more important. The purpose of this research was to identify the passion for virtual space among athletes. which was done with a qualitative approach, based on grounded theory by the method of Strauss and Corbin and with semi-structured in-depth interview technique until reaching theoretical saturation. The statistical population of this research is 9 male and female athletes of different sports leagues, living in Tehran and willing to participate in the research. For sampling, the purposeful sampling method was used to select the people to be interviewed. Qualitative data analysis has been done in several stages. First, the process of open coding has been done, based on which, the raw statements of the interview were converted into concepts. A total of 46 concepts have been extracted. In the axial coding stage; Irrelevant concepts are removed and concepts close to each other are grouped in the form of new categories. A total of 18 categories have been prepared. Then selective coding has been done. The results of the research showed that individual and environmental factors were effective in the enthusiasm for virtual space among athletes. In the axis of individual factors, categories related to background conditions include: personality categories and positive attitude towards virtual space; The category related to the intervening conditions includes: characteristics and personality differences of the people around; The category related to causal conditions includes: justifying enthusiasm for virtual space; The phenomenon category includes: desire for virtual space; Manuscript profile
