Authors are required to refer to the site of ………. and register to submit an article, and then to follow up the status of the article.
The first received manuscripts will be reviewed by the editorial board and if they have the initial qualifications, they will be submitted to two expert reviewers for evaluation. To maintain neutrality, the authors’ names are removed from the article.
The editorial board of the journal is free to reject or accept as well as edit and correct articles.
The authors are responsible for the content of each article in every way.
Submitted articles should not have been published in another journal or in the collection of articles of seminars and scientific conferences or have been submitted for publication at the same time.
While submitting an article, dear authors are expected to attach the prepared commitment file stating that they have not submitted their article for publication in another journal.
