        The purpose of this study is to define and design organizational learning model among the Iranian state banks employees. The research is carried out in the framework of qualitative approach by using grounded theory method. The Statistical Society of managers and staff of state banks, informants and elites of organizational learning of state banks such as university professors, researchers and those who have information from the structure of these banks which 15 people of them were selected by purposive sampling method. Semi-structured interviews were used to collect data; simultaneous analysis of interviews was performed using three stages of open, axial and selective coding. According to results, the organizational learning in the Iranian state banks was modeled in 5 category include: casual conditions(Individual skills, Mental models, Financial resources) , context(Cultural context, Political and economic context) intermediaries (Organizational rules, Common vision) , strategies(Performance management, Intellectual capital management, Create learning opportunities, Team learning, Systematic thinking) and results (Develop staff capabilities, Environmental adaption, Organizational success, Social learning).         The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of cultural change based on values through strategic leadership and knowledge management on organizational performance in faculty members of the Islamic Azad University, South Tehran Branch. The research method is based on applied purpose and descriptive information collection. - Correlation is based on structural equation modeling analysis. The statistical population of the present study consisted of all faculty members of the Islamic Azad University, The research instruments were the standard questionnaire of strategic leadership of Serat et al. (2011), the standard questionnaire of cultural change based on values Bart (2013), the standard questionnaire of knowledge management Lawson (2003), and the standard questionnaire of organizational performance Kaplan and Norton (1995) which were validity and reliability. Questionnaires were approved and data analysis was performed at both descriptive and inferential levels, including structural equation modeling (SEM) and through SPSS and PLS software. The results showed that value-based cultural transformation from Through strategic leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance that the coefficient of this effect is 0.77 and through knowledge management has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance that the coefficient of this effect is 0.57 and also a direct effect on organizational performance. It is significant and positive that the coefficient of this effect is 0.66. As a result, as the rate of cultural change based on values is strengthened, organizational performance is strengthened and this is increased by strategic leadership and knowledge management.         The purpose of this study is to provide a model of immortality of managers. This research is a qualitative research using the data theory of the foundation and the paradigm model of Strauss and Corbin. Scope of study: Sina Bank and contributors were knowledgeable about management. In-depth interviews were conducted using purposive sampling using the snowball technique.In this study, the data reached a theoretical saturation stage after conducting fifteen interviews. However, five more interviews were conducted to ensure adequacy. The Lincoln and Guba criteria were used to determine validity and the process audit method and internal agreement were used to determine reliability. Data analysis was performed in three stages of open coding, axial coding and selective coding and then based on data-based theory, a paradigmatic model was explained. Accordingly, "individual factors and organizational factors" as causal conditions of immortality of managers, "individual and organizational capacity building" as the main category of research, "organizational factors and environmental factors" as intervening conditions and "politics" "Organizational setting" were identified as the underlying conditions from the perspective of the research participants.         Objective: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the educational needs of the labor market in relation to graduates of technical and vocational education in Qom province. Method: This research has been applied in terms of purpose and a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. The statistical population of this study was all experts and deputies of Qom Technical and Professional Organization, the volume of which is 30 people. To determine the sample size based on Morgan table, 28 people were selected as the sample by available sampling method. In order to evaluate the validity of the questionnaire by the apparent validity, the content (Lavache method) was assessed. Cronbach's alpha method was used to determine the reliability of the questionnaire questions separately. The present research has been done in three stages: in the first stage, a qualitative method of content analysis. In the second stage, the Delphi technique has been used. In the third stage, prioritize the identified barriers using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) technique. In this study, data analysis was performed to calculate the mean and standard deviation through SPSS software version 23 and Excel software was used to rank the factors. Findings have shown that the ranking of educational needs of the labor market in relation to graduates of technical and vocational education in Qom province, respectively: the alignment of education, criteria of underlying characteristics, strategies and criteria of environmental conditions.         The main purpose of this study is to "investigate the effect of Panjas system on organizational productivity through organizational culture of Shahrekord Telecommunication Office". This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of data collection. The statistical population of this study is all managers and employees of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Telecommunication Department. According to statistics, by the end of the summer of 1398, their number is 215 people. The sample size was calculated to be 138 people based on simple random sampling method. The variables of Panjas model, from Tabatabai standard questionnaire (2016), also to measure organizational culture variables, from Quinn standard questionnaire (2006) and finally to measure organizational productivity variables, from Olsania standard et al. (2012) used. The questionnaires, after assessing the logical validity as well as the validity of the structure, its reliability was also estimated by Cronbach's alpha method, which was estimated to be 96 / s, the method of data analysis was at both descriptive and inferential levels and through SPSS 21, WarpPls6 and Lisrel 8.9 software were implemented. The research findings showed that the five S system, with a value of 0.489 through organizational culture, has had a very strong effect on the productivity of Shahrekord Telecommunication Office, which indicates the high predictive power of the components.         Because social capital teachers are the educational system in any country. Therefore, their empowerment guarantees the prosperity of the next generation of the country. This study was conducted to explain the role of professional ethics on the performance of school principals in empowering teachers with PLS approach. The present study was descriptive-correlational. The statistical population includes all principals of health promoting schools in East Azerbaijan province in the academic year 2018-2019. The research sample was determined based on Morgan and Kerejsi table of 291 people and was selected based on random relative stratified sampling method based on education district and region and educational level. To measure research variables, the professional ethics questionnaire of principals (Bahagir, 2011) is a researcher-made questionnaire of school principals. The content validity of the questionnaires was estimated by the experts and their reliability was estimated by Cronbach's alpha method for the school principals' performance questionnaire of 0.966, respectively, and for the professional ethics questionnaire of 0.911 principals. The results of the structural equation model with pls3 software showed that the performance of principals in empowering teachers based on their professional ethics is predictable (P <0.01). Given the role of professional ethics in improving the performance of principals in empowering teachers, it can be said that promoting the professional ethics of principals has an effective role in empowering school teachers.
