        The purpose of the present study was to investigate the extent to which studies were done on job satisfaction of university staff. The method of research is meta-analysis and the statistical population includes studies conducted in the period from 2011 to 2016 internally and from 2010 to 2016 abroad as a full text article in internal databases (Noormags, Magiran and SID), and foreign (Pub-Med) were available. In order to collect information, a checklist of the characteristics of research projects was used. After analyzing the criteria for entering and leaving and also analyzing the sensitivity of 20, the effect size of the study with meta-analysis conditions was obtained. In order to analyze the data, sensitivity analysis, Funnel analysis, fixed and random models and heterogeneity analysis using CMA software were used. Data analysis of the research showed that the job satisfaction of the university staff varies from year to year. So, after removing the six size effects of the effect, the amount of combined effect size for the random effects model (the model selected for this meta-analysis) was 0.67, which was statistically significant. Also, job satisfaction of employees varies according to sampling methods, but there is no difference in gender. Regarding the results of meta-analysis, it can be said that job satisfaction of university staff is very important and attention can be made by the authorities in this regard. Manuscript profile

        The purpose of this study is to present a knowledge-based HRM model in the executive agencies of Sari. Questionnaire was used for data collection. The statistical population of this study is divided into two groups: experts, managers and assistants. Experts in this study consisted of 10 people including management professors and statistical community in pattern assessment process, all managers and assistants of executive agencies in Sari. 584 individuals were selected by stratified sampling method. Descriptive and inferential statistics and Spss, AMOS, KMO and T-Test were used to analyze the data. The results showed that there is a relationship between human resource management and knowledge management. There was a significant relationship between all variables of research and their dimensions and the only relationship between knowledge sharing dimension and HRM was not significant. Also, the status of human resource management and knowledge management is relatively favorable. In line with the goals of these executives, senior management support effectively enhances the level and quality of knowledge sharing through committed employees, human resource management practices, key approaches to extracting and enhancing the knowledge and expertise of staff that the organization needs. has it.         Abstract Employees, are the key to moving into the competitive environment of current organizations, and the sustainability of organizational activities depends on building and developing staff capabilities in the workplace. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of job design on job burnout. This research is a descriptive survey in terms of the nature of data collection and is applied by purpose. The statistical population in this study is all employees and managers of provincial affairs in IRI in the city of which 80 persons. The sample size was determined by census according to the size of the population and the questionnaire was distributed among all members of the community. A total of 72 questionnaires were analyzed. A standard 49-item questionnaire was used in this study. Content validity was used for validity and Cronbach's alpha was used for reliability. Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used to check for normality and after structural equations and path analysis using PLS software. The results showed that the job design approach has a significant effect on job strain and among the available approaches, the mechanical approach can increase job strain rate and have a negative impact on staff conditions.         The research method is qualitative-quantitative.The statistical population consists of two groups; the first group consists of experts in the field of psychological empowerment of human resources whose number is unknown and scattered throughout the country; 15 of them were selected by purposeful sampling and were selected in the section. Modeling and design were used in their view.The second group consisted of all staff of Islamic Azad University of Tabriz (1100 people). According to Cochran formula 285 people were selected as sample. Data were collected through in-depth interview and in the fitting phase of the model, Employees' Psychological Empowerment Questionnaire, whose content validity and reliability were 91.5% and 94.6%, respectively.Exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis methods were used for data analysis. SPSS 21 and LISREL 8/8 were used. The results show that the relationship between organizational culture (0.38), organizational structure (0.48), organizational monitoring system (0.83), organizational reward system (0.56), and organizational management systems (68) The correlation with psychological empowerment was shown to be desirable.The t-test statistic was also larger than the critical value of t at 5% error level (1.96) and showed a significant correlation. Therefore, with 95% confidence, it can be said that all five factors had a significant impact on the design of an effective model of psychological empowerment of staff at Tabriz Islamic Azad University Manuscript profile

        Nowadays, there are some fundamental issues in the Customs Administration due to the necessity of keeping up with the modern administrative and systematic practices of the world. These issues are more about attracting, nurturing and retaining talent, which has raised the importance of the talent management debate in this government agency. The purpose of this research is to present a comprehensive model of talent management for the Customs Administration. In order to do this research, due to the need to extract native and specialized characteristics of Customs Organization, to establish a proper framework, we first examined the existing empirical background. Then, after sorting the background, we obtained 139 indices that we selected using Delphi-fuzzy method for expert screening. By purposive sampling, 20 experts were selected. After 4 phases of de-fuzzing, 54 indices remained. The model was evaluated and validated in the Customs Administration through accessible sampling with 367 samples.         This study investigates the mediation role of psychological empowerment in the relationship between burnout and innovative behavior among employees of Education of Fars. The descriptive-correlation method was used. The statistical population in this research consist of two hundreds and ten staffs Education of Fars Province. In order to determine the sample size for the study, specialized software for sampling, Sample Power software, was used to test out the hypothesis so the sample consists One hundred thirty-six employees were selected. In order to collect data, questionnaires of psychological empowerment Spreitzer, burnout Maslach and the questionnaire of innovative behavior, J and colleagues was used. The analysis of the information and required data in this research was done by using structural equation model and using software Smart PLS.The results showed that there is a significant relationship between psychological empowerment and job burnout. The relationship between psychological empowerment and innovative behavior was also significant. The results showed that between burnout and innovative behavior with considering the role of the mediator, psychological empowerment, there is a significant relationship. Manuscript profile

        The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of servant leadership style on human resource development with regard to mediating variables of employees' psychological empowerment in government agencies in Takab city. The present study is a descriptive correlational one in terms of purpose of data collection. The population of this study was 1255 people. 295 people were selected through stratified random sampling through Cochran fumigation. Data were collected using standard questionnaires. To evaluate the validity and reliability of the measurement instruments, the results of the measurement model were invoked, which confirmed the validity and reliability of the questionnaires. Structural equation modeling and PLS software were used for data analysis. The hypotheses test results showed that the components of development of individuals, establishing friendly relationships, providing leadership and sharing leadership from the servant leadership variable and the components of feeling effective and feeling connected with others from the psychological empowerment variable had a significant positive effect on development. Also, the components of showing trust in the servant leadership variable and the components of meaningful job feeling, competence in the job, and feeling entitled to choose from the component of psychological empowerment have not been effective in human resource development.
