Urban health planning is an informed process for the provision of full physical and psychological health and well-being for all inhabitants by setting health-oriented policies, creating an appropriate system of urban health planning and improving the social, economic and physical determinants of the city. The main objective of urban health planning is to provide equal access for all inhabitants to full physical, psychological and social health as well as equal access to urban health determinants. This study intends to address urban health equity and its dimensions, variables and indicators both theoretically and empirically. The current study uses a quantitative, descriptive-analytical and applied developmental research design in terms of data collection and analysis, implementation procedures and objectives, respectively. This research pursues two main objectives: 1) A comprehensive understanding of the dimensions, variables and indicators of urban health equity; and, 2) an empirical evaluation of these indicators in Bojnourd city. For data collection, we conducted an extensive literature review in the case of the first objective and a combination of literature review and field survey in the case of the second objective. The data were analyzed and configured with AHP, Electre and ArcMap software tools. The results of the theoretical part of the study yielded a pattern in which urban health equity indicators were divided into two groups of outcome and determinant indicators. The results of the empirical study show that the citizens of Bojnourd city do not have equal access to urban health determinants. Manuscript profile

Proportionate distribution of facilities, equipment, and Proficient human forces who are directly involved in the health of society is of great importance. The present descriptive-analytical study aimed to rank the Counties of Ardabil province with respect to the health care development indicators. Access to health carefacilities and their distribution across the Countieswere determined by employing 26 health indicators, applying TOPSIS and VIKORdecision making models, and unifying the results by Borda and Copeland techniques, mean-rank, and integration. The findings revealed the gap and inequality among the Counties of the province and a marked difference in access tohealth care facilities and infrastructures. The results of the integration method revealed that among the Counties of the province, just the county of Ardabil, the center of the province, had very favorable conditions. The Counties of Khalkhal and Meshginshahr had favorable conditions. The most deprived county in terms of access to health care facilities was Sarein and the other Counties were classified as deprived or somewhat deprived areas. The findings indicate that it is possible to change the spatial inequalities of development towards balanced growth by decentralization of facilities from the center of the province and proper distribution of facilities and equipment with a justice-oriented approach and also the distribution of health care equipment in proportion to the population of Counties. Tourism is a tool for the development of rural areas. This process has caused various impacts due to fragility and vulnerability to environmental and human changes in the coastal villages of Rasht city. Therefore, due to the evident evolution of recent years, the pathology of development of this industry has been addressed. The research method is descriptive-analytic and has a practical nature. In collecting data from the documentary-field method and for analyzing the consequences of tourism development and user variations, Landsat satellite imagery, ETM + and OLI sensors were prepared and pre-processed in 2000 and 2017; then, land use map by method Supervised classification (SVM) was developed in ENVI software. By reviewing the maps, the results indicate an increase in the area of man-made areas from 749.88 to 148599 ha and the reduction of the land use area from2823.31 to561.24. Research has shown that the impact of the new global system on the physical and physical dimensions of the South, and ultimately on the structure of the villages, the expansion of heterogeneous demand-oriented spheres and the emergence of incompatible physical consequences and non-systematic intervention in coastal and sheltered areas. Therefore, the lack of planning can lead to a lack of realization of the positive effects of tourism and the emergence of negative consequences, especially in the space-related dimension, and given the need to preserve this resource for the needs of the current and future generations, Principle use. Nowadays, cities are facing with increasing the urban heat island and reduction of the climate comfort Due to the urbanization and the reduction of urban green spaces. This research, therefore, aims to investigate green space reduction and its effects on relative humidity and temperature variability in Rasht, Iran during the period of 1964-2013. To do this, Landsat imagery, daily temperature extremes and relative humidity of the Rasht synoptic station were used. To measure the changes, NDVI, extreme temperature indices and Sen's slope estimator were applied. Results showed that the total green space in Rasht has fallen from about 7,255 hectares to 5,990 hectares and high density green space has dropped from 2855 hectares to 788 hectares. Also, DTR, ID, TN10p indices have been reduced with a 99% confidence. Whereas the indices of TR, TXx as well as TX90p with a confidence of 99%, and maximum relative humidity of Rasht with 95% confidence intervals are increased. Also, trends of the climate parameters are consistent with the green space reduction, and their trends have intensified over three consecutive decades. So that with the population doubling, the city's green space is reduced to about a third of the initial value and the indices such as DTR and FD decreased by about 4 ° C and 35 days, respectively. It seems that the increase of green space is necessary to reduce the effects of the urban heat island and the global warming for sustainable development. It should be taken into consideration in future planning. Manuscript profile

Considering the special geographical-climatic conditions and the high consumption of fossil fuels in Tehran, the design of buildings, consistent with the climate and in order to benefit from renewable energies such as solar energy is necessary. The physical characteristics of buildings have a very important role in the regulation of microclimate conditions and thermal situation of interior and exterior spaces of buildings. The aim of this research is to determine the proper form, aspect ratio and orientation of buildings, based on the amount of received solar radiation in Tehran. In this research, six geometric forms, including square, rectangle, hexagonal, octagonal, hexadecagon and triacontadigon with an equal area and elevation were studied. Using the Q-BASIC software, the azimuth angle and altitude of the sun were extracted, then, based on “Law of Cosines” computational method, the amount of energy received at the vertical surfaces was estimated in 32 geographic directions. The results show that the highest amount of annual received energy is related to the rectangular form with the North-South orientation and the least amount is related to the rectangular form with East-West orientation. The best form of building in Tehran is a rectangle with East-West orientation and after that is the square form. The most suitable aspect ratio for the rectangular form with the East-West orientation is the ratio of 1: 1.4. The most appropriate orientations for the specified aspect ratios, are the 165 degrees South-East and South-West and then is the directions to the South. Manuscript profile
