The aim of the present study was to compare the effectiveness of acceptance-based therapy and cognitive rehabilitation on psychological well-being and self-efficacy in visually impaired male and female high school students in Tehran. The study method was pretest-posttest with experimental and control groups. The statistical population of the study consisted of all visually impaired male students in the second secondary school of Tehran in 1399, of which 45 people (two groups of intervention ACT and CRT and control group) were selected using available sampling method. Data were collected using the Reef (1980) Psychological Well-Being Questionnaire and the Schwartz and Jerusalem Self-Efficacy Questionnaire (1995). Data were analyzed using multivariate and univariate analysis of covariance as well as Bonferroni post hoc test. The results of multivariate analysis of covariance in the first and third hypotheses showed that by controlling the effect of pretests, F was obtained in the components of "psychological well-being" at the level of 0.05 is significant. In other words, there are significant differences between the post-test scores of these variables in the "experimental group" and the "control group". The results of univariate analysis of variance in the second and fourth hypotheses also showed the difference between the two intervention groups and the control group in the self-efficacy variable. On the other hand, comparing the effectiveness of ACT and CRT intervention methods in their acceptance components, positive relationships with others and purposeful life showed a significant difference with each other, but in other components of narratological well-being and self-efficacy variable in terms of significant difference between the two intervention methods ACT and CRT were not observed. Keywords: Acceptance and commitment based therapy, Cognitive rehabilitation, Psychological well-being, Self-efficacy Manuscript profile

The aim of this study was to investigate the effective factors in coronary artery disease in the families of patients in the fourth peak of prevalence. The statistical population included students of the Islamic Azad University in the electronic unit in the second semester of the academic year 2020-21. Semi-structured interviews were used to collect data. Data collection in March 2021 and data analysis approach was based on Grounded theory (Strauss and Corbin method (1990)). After the interview was completed and saturation was reached, data were collected from 39 participants. Findings showed that factors such as psychological factors, economic, social and psychological factors in the family of patients, affect the fear of coronation. Among the mentioned factors, psychological factors had the first priority (61.14%), social factors had the second priority (29.38%) and economic factors had the third priority (7.11%). In psychological factors, "people's lack of wealth", in social factors, "avoidance of people who sneeze" and in economic factors, the component of "continuous inspection and disinfection of household items" have been the most effective components. Generally; Four important risk factors for coronavirus infection in the family of those infected with the virus are known in the fourth peak, among which it is recommended to pay special attention to psychological factors in these people. Therefore, providing desirable counseling by counselors and mental health professionals in the country can bring good results because addressing the psychological effects is one of the basic components of disaster management of infectious diseases and should be through a wide range of disaster management, including preparedness, relief, Perform reaction and retrieval. This study aims to design, evaluate, and refine the scale of planning to achieve future goals based on indicators from the American School Counselors Association. For this purpose, a sample of second-grade students from Sirjan and Rafsanjan in three disciplines of humanities, experimental science, and mathematics (n = 1030) was selected by multistage cluster sampling method and the desired scale was implemented on them. The initial scale consisted of 48 questions and 7 factors designed on a 5-point Likert scale continuum which was analyzed using the principal component analysis model and graded response model of item-response theory. The results showed that of the first 48 questions according to the item information function diagram, eight questions were omitted, the remaining questions had a slope parameter in the range of 1.091 to 2.899 and category thresholds between -0.056 to 1.379. To validate the long and short form factor scores, the correlation between the two test factor scores showed that the correlation between the two general scores and the component scores were all above 0.9 and nearly 96.8% of the respondents in both test forms correctly classified. Therefore, it can be concluded that IRT models are a useful tool for constructing, evaluating, and refining short measurement tools that are valid as long forms. Manuscript profile
