Study of the evolution of the concept of academic enjoyment in students of the second period of primary education

Abstract :
The aim of this study was to construct and normalization a test to assessment the academic enjoyment of students in the second period of primary education in Tehran. For this purpose, using the method of open and closed interviews with the members of the sample, components, criteria and indicators for assessing academic satisfaction were extracted from the target population. Then, the tool questions were compiled based on the extracted indicators and the agreement coefficient was performed on 10 teachers of the second course of primary education to study the coefficient of agreement. The initial questions form was administered to 742 boy and girl students in the fourth to sixth grades of elementary school from five geographical-educational areas of Tehran that were selected by multi-stage cluster random sampling method. Then, by performing exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, and reliability in the sense of internal consistency. Finally, the evolution of the concept of academic enjoyment in the second period of elementary school and between girl and boy students were examined.
