Normativeization human resources electronic management questionnaire in sport organizations

Abstract :
The purpose of the present study was to assess the normativeization of the E-HRM scale and to investigate its psychometric properties. As part of a descriptive study, the Persian version of the eHRM scale was administered to 269 employees of the General Directorate of Sport and Youth after the double-translation method. The reliability of the Persian version of the Human Resources E-Management Scale was assessed by means of internal consistency, retesting, and correlation between sets of items. Also, the scale factor structure was evaluated by multidisciplinary correlational, content validity, divergent, convergent, and criterion through multidisciplinary, confirmatory, and validity factor analysis. Cronbach’s alpha coefficients ranging from 0.899- 0.962, Cronbach’s alpha coefficients of total scale of 0.965, test-retest coefficients ranging from 0.888- 0.998, and item-rest correlations ranging from 0.383-0.905, Content validity, divergence, convergence, and criterion indicated good scale validity. On the whole, it can be said that the Persian version of the E-HRM scale has good psychometric properties and is a valid tool for use in research situations.
