Southern Communication Engineering is an open access double-blind peer peer-reviewed publication which is published by the Islamic Azad University Bushehr Branch. This journal is a quarterly publication, that publishes original and high-quality manuscripts dedicated to the integration of computer engineering and electrical engineering. This journal follows the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and complies with the highest ethical standards by ethical laws. All submitted manuscripts are checked for similarity through Hamanandjoo, samimnoor software to ensure their authenticity and then rigorously peer-reviewed by expert reviewers.
