Finally, after analyzing all the categories related to thinking and intelligence, we reached the model. Mobin shows the relationships between the main components and components resulting from the central coding about the thinking and intelligence of human resource management in Iranian sports. The categories extracted from the components formed the paradigm model. The conceptual model in this research shows the intelligence and strategic thinking model of human resource management in Iranian sports, which is based on the findings of this research. Conclusion: Strategic planning alone cannot help managers in advancing their goals. Since strategic planning is based on past information, it will not be effective in the long term and due to the rapid changes in the external environment. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the strategy to guess the future of the business and plan for it. Senior management is not omnipotent in formulating a strategy and other factors are also effective. Formulation of strategy requires full understanding of business elements. Modern strategy leaves us in a dilemma. Strategy responds to needs and frees us from crisis. However, the role of management becomes particularly important when the environment is complex, unstable and ambiguous. May it be this manager who, with his tact, will lead the organization through the mysterious and foggy atmosphere of the crisis and bring it to its destination. The learning organization helps us in planning to promote people's innovation and their ability to deal with unpredictable situations, to promote innovators, people and their ability to deal with unpredictable situations, and educational planning to achieve the above goals. It will not be very difficult, but it needs to be careful. Learning should be a part of the daily schedule of the employees. Suggested that organizations pay more attention to employees through increasing motivation and raising the level of awareness and knowledge of employees in order to increase the information of employees in the field of intelligence and strategic thinking. Also, to differentiate their organizational position from competitors and create superiority over them. Manuscript profile

Abstract  This study aimed to survey of the relationship between person-job fit to structural empowerment of employees and organizational effectiveness in youth and sports general directorate of guilan state. The study method was descriptive- correlation. Statistical society of this study was comprised of all employees of youth and sports general directorate of guilan state (110 people). Statistical sample was chosen equal to population (allpeople method). The study material included three questionnaire; person-job fit (Lauver&Brown, 2001); structural empowerment (Kordnaeij et all, 1394) and effectiveness (Chelladurai, 1987). Content validity of material was verified by 10 professors of sportive management and its reliability was verified through Cronbakh alpha (relatively 0/96, 0/88, 0/89). In order to analyze the data, the method of structural equations modeling in PLS software was used. The results showed that person-job fit has a significant relationship with structural empowerment (P=6/272; R=0/487), but its relationship with organizational effectiveness was not significant (P=1/511; R=_0/123). Also, structural empowerment has a significant relationship with organizational effectiveness (P=10/815; R=0/744). In this way, although person-job fit didn’t have significant relationship with organizational effectiveness directly, but indirectly through mediator variable, structural empowerment it can lead to improvement in organizational effectiveness.  It can be concluded that lack of significant relationship between person-job fit and organizational effectiveness and meanwhile the existence of significant relationship between them through mediator variable, structural empowerment is indicative of the fact that necessarily in an organization, a very high person-job fit doesn’t lead to effectiveness but empowerment and continuous training has a very determining role. The purpose of this study is to present a model of the impact of lifestyle and media literacy on social identity in sports organizations. The present research is applied research in terms of purpose and in terms of cross-sectional time and in terms of data collection in a descriptive-correlational manner. 384 employees of the General Departments of Sports and Youth of the whole country using cluster sampling method to the questions of Saffarinia Social Identity Questionnaire (2011), Philosophical Media Literacy Questionnaire (2014) and also the Lifestyle Questionnaire (QSL) Lali et al. 1391) responded voluntarily. Pearson correlation and path analysis tests and finally to provide a suitable model of structural equation modeling (SEM) using SPSS 21 and LISRL software at the level of 0.05. The results showed media literacy and active lifestyle on identity. The social model of individuals is effective and causes social changes in them and finally the research model has a sufficient fit (RMSEA = 0.09) and also the fit indices of GFI, CFI and NFI were 0.95, 0.98 and 0.92, respectively. Therefore, human health and spiritual excellence is one of the most important factors affecting the health of human societies. Active lifestyle and media literacy cause such a situation in the social identity of employees of organizations, so sports organizations can be encouraged to change employees in changing lifestyle and media literacy. AbstractStrategic thinking is a process whereby top-level managers view the crises and processes of daily management of the organization and its clients. Chess, which is an intellectual sport, involves strategic thinking, and a chess player moves his or her pieces on the chessboard against his opponent by this skill. The purpose of this study was to design a model of chess management in Iranian sport organizations. For this purpose, a researcher-made questionnaire was distributed to 348 chess managers. The content validity of the instrument was confirmed by experts and its internal consistency was also confirmed in a pilot study. To fit the model, path analysis was used at the significant level of (P = 0.05). Results showed that there was a significant relationship between goal setting, decision making and implementation, and control and chess management of the subjects (P <0.05). According to the findings, chess players always use their basic and creative strategic models to solve problems and face crises and win. The basic patterns that chess masters use to manage their chess pieces on a chess board can be a good model for managers to manage their employees in real life and lead them to victory. In this study, the chess management model is extracted, and the findings show that further research and attention to chess management can be very useful. Manuscript profile

The aim of the present study was to design the model of outsourcing of the country's sports venues with the approach of Grounded theory. The research method is of qualitative type with a systematic analysis approach. Statistical population consisted of all experts (former directors of the Physical Education Organization, directors of the National Olympic Committee and the Ministry of Sports and Youth, and professors of sports management and marketing) active in the field of sports. A statistically significant number of samples were selected based on non-probabilistic theoretical saturation of the target and snowball technique (17 individuals). Structured semi-structured interviews were used to collect data. Tool validity was evaluated using optimal qualitative validation methods (content validity, Kappa coefficient (0.80). To analyze the data, a systematic approach has been used during the three stages of open, central and selective coding. Finally, 15 main categories (use of upstream documents, environmental capacities, privatization, outsourcing, management, collusion, legal, managerial and budget, regulations, support for members of sports boards, Standardization of Affairs, Management and Training, Positive and Negative Consequences) and 37 Concepts were extracted. Therefore, according to the obtained results, it can be said that in order to prevent corruption in the outsourcing of sports facilities, a coherent program can be developed according to the identified indicators.
