Abstract :
The purpose of this research is to Identifying factors affecting the maturity of knowledge management in Tehran Municipal Sports Organization. This is an exploratory mixed research whose statistical population included professors and experts in the field of knowledge management in the survey phase and experts from the Tehran Municipal Sports Organization in the evaluation phase. In the first stage, the sample size was obtained through judgmental sampling until theoretical saturation, and in the second stage, it was obtained through proportional stratified sampling. The data collection tool in the evaluation stage was the knowledge management maturity evaluation questionnaire (made by the researcher) with α = 0.9 reliability.The results showed that all the extracted categories, concepts and maturity codes that were recognized as appropriate by the experts can be presented as dimensions of the organization's knowledge management maturity model. In terms of the ability level of codes, concepts and categories, the organization is at the level of two maturity or the level of commitment, and the maturity percentage of knowledge management in Tehran Municipal Sports Organization was 58.7%.
