Population is all of the top and middle managementand faculty from I.A.U.in this research use Cochran model to select sample ofpopulation 385 persons.Finding: The result of research shows, the ideal relationship between an organizationand its knowledge management Program should mirror the pattern of “courtship,”“engagement”, and “marriage” that occurs in romantic love, and, to a degree, thisalready has begun to take shape. After all, we have observed knowledge managementactivities in organizations for quite some time. The field of knowledge Managementhas its roots in the works of philosophers who spent much effort probing theepistemological issues of knowledge. Results: According to the study in this research, suggested: In discussion with seniormanagers at the regional offices, we learnt that the regional approach rather than anorganization-wide endeavor gives theBenefit of shorter lead-time between thought and action. Organization-wideendeavors take years to be executed owing to the sheer mass of personnel, networks, and inter-relationships that require management. Regional efforts are substantiallyless time-consuming owing to the close-knit ties and commonality found betweenlocal offices. One adverse effect of this strategy was the difficulty in sharingknowledge beyond the individual regions. Since each region deployed its own toolsand initiatives to capture and store knowledge, exchanges between regions becameCumbersome, with email as the only viable exchange mechanism Manuscript profile

The purpose of this study was to design a model of structural equation of learning organization in the Ministry of Sports and youth. The present study is applied-developmental, mixed and descriptive-survey. The statistical population in the qualitative section included experts in the field of sport management who were interviewed using 14 people who purposely selected with snowball method. In the quantitative section of the statistical population, including all experts working in the Ministry of Sports and Youth (N=300), which was determined using the available method based on Morgan table, the statistical sample was determined (n=169). To analyze the qualitative data, the grounded data method and quantitative data were used using structural equation method. Findings in the qualitative part included causal factors, contextual factors, intervening factors and finally strategies and consequences which were presented in the form of a conceptual model. In qualitative part, the results showed that the t value of causal conditions on the main phenomenon was 2/949, background conditions on the strategies were 2/111, intervening conditions on the strategies were 3/352, main phenomenon on the strategies was 2/048 and strategies on the consequences were 5/714, all relationships were confirmed. The results also showed that the research model has a good fit. Therefore, considering the importance of learning organization in the present era that there are extensive changes and threats, learning organization can be a strategy to deal with these conditions. So, managers of the Ministry of Sport and Youth are advised to use the framework of the present study model in order to transform the organization into a learning organization. Manuscript profile

The purpose of this study is to provide a strategic model for transforming university libraries into learning organizations with emphasis on Islamic Azad University libraries. This article examines the impact of three components of continuous learning, research and dialogue and group learning to provide the desired model. The present research is of applied type and has been done by a mixed exploratory method (qualitative and quantitative). The statistical population consisted of 15 experts specializing in information science and knowledge for qualitative part, and all staff and administrators of Azad University libraries throughout the country for the quantitative part. The data collection tool was a semi-structured Delphi questionnaire in the qualitative part and a researcher-made questionnaire with seven components and 39 indicators of fuzzy Delphi process in the quantitative part. Qualitative data analysis with Delphi techniques was performed in three phases and for quantitative data, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling technique with PLS software were used. The factor loadings of the model indices are all higher than 0.6 (acceptable range), which indicates the effectiveness of the indices in the formation of model components. According to Cronbach's alpha coefficient and combined reliability, the value of AVE was equal to 0.5, so all the criteria in the latent variables of the research were in the acceptable range. With 99% confidence, the appropriateness of the fitting status of the research component measurement models is confirmed. After Delphi analysis, 7 components and 39 indicators remained. The results of t-test in the quantitative part showed that there was a significant difference between the desired and current situations in all components of transforming Islamic Azad University libraries into learning organizations. The current situation is lower than the average compared to the desired situation. Due to the proper fit, the pattern presentation is presented. This article examines the impact of three components of continuous learning, research, search, dialogue and team learning to provide the desired model.   Manuscript profile

The force of continuous changes makes organizations use approaches and models which could help them to become dynamic and powerful in the face of these changes. One of these approaches is creation of learning organization. The present research has been conducted with the goal of comparing application of the learning organization components in Tehran Azad University and Karaj Azad University during 2014. The research method is descriptive and of survey type. The population contains all of the employees and faculty members of Tehran Azad University and Karaj Azad University. The sampling is done randomly. The sample size consists of 346 persons fitting population size. 207 of them are from Tehran Azad University and 139 of them are from Karaj Azad University. The measurement tool is the standard questionnaire of Marsick and Watkins (1996) which conducted based upon a five-degree Likert spectrum. The questionnaire validity was estimated 0.92 through Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The collected data has been analyzed by statistic tests such as the independent T test and using Spss software. This comparison shows that there is no significant difference between Tehran Azad University and Karaj Azad University for the application of the learning organization in the dimensions of Inquiry and Dialogue, Creating and Sharing Learning, empowerment and strategic leadership, but they have a significant difference between them for the application of the learning organization in the dimensions of the continues learning, system connection and the team learning.           Abstract The meaning of learning organization and organizational learning, in recent years has turned many researchers and many managers, especially educational systems attention to it. Here universities as one of the most important social structures that undertake duty of training creative, initiative, entrepreneur individuals, should take basic and serious steps toward change and development. From this perspective the movement of universities in country toward the learning organizations is realized as highly important. The present study attempts to investigate the conformity of Islamic Azad University Mahallat branch with learning organization's components from the perspectives of the faculty members and employees based on five factors of personal mastery, mental models, shared vision, team learning, system thinking. In this survey, 72 participants were randomly selected out of faculty members and employees. The measurement tool was a questionnaire consisting of 40 items whose validity was provided by reviewing and confirming of experts and whose reliability was calculated from Cronbach's alpha formula as 0.95%. To analyze data, one-sample T test, Friedman test and Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test were used. The results indicated that amount of personal mastery, shared vision, and system thinking is more than average level and mental models and team learning is less than average level in Islamic Azad University of Mahallat. Demographic information showed that women's amount of personal mastery is less than men. Thus, the amount of shared vision among faculty members and employees with higher degrees than BA/BS was assessed less than employees with lower degrees. From the respondents' work experience perspective, those with more than 5 years of experience showed better than those with less experience regarding all the components of learning organizations.
