Abstract :
The present study investigates the relationship between organizational intelligence factors and learning organization in Islamic Azad University, Rudhen Branch. It is a descriptive-survey research. Researcher-made questionnaires, with a reliability of 0.98 and 0.96, were used to gather data. The statistical population included 470 from which 124 were randomly assigned to the experimental group. The data gathered were analyzed using both descriptive and inferential statistics. The results showed that each feature of organizational intelligence (strategic vision , shared fate, tendency for change , union and mutual agreement , enthusiasm, knowledge application, and function pressure) has a significant relationship with learning organization.
