Abstract :
Introduction: The learning organization is one of the most successful organizations to adapt to environmental changes, and innovation and creativity are the main pillars of the development and success of any organization. Therefore, identifying the components and barriers to creating a learning organization and solving them plays an important role in advancing organizational goals. The purpose of this study was to investigate the Level of learning organization, barriers and its role in job innovation and organizational creativity of employees of Ardabil University of Medical Sciences.
research methodology: The method of conducting this research is descriptive and correlational. By using Morgan's table, the sample number was 169 people, and the questionnaires were completed by 200 people using simple random sampling method. In order to collect data, a five-part questionnaire including personal characteristics, Sangeh learning organization, Jansen's job innovation, Dick and Motcalfe organizational creativity, and barriers to creating a learning organization created by the researcher was used in this study.
Findings: The level of learning in the university is high, and the level of job innovation and organizational creativity of the employees is average, and the learning organization had a positive effect on the creativity and innovation of the employees.
Conclusion: The university should try to expand team learning and system thinking to increase the creativity and innovation of employees.
