Introduction: The importance of the global movement towards sustainable development has increased in the recent years, and it is necessary to redefine the concept of development in every country under a framework which responds to the current and future needs of that nation. Therefore, the aim of this research is to prioritize three strategic infrastructures of the national electricity distribution network, water supply network and fossil fuel distribution network within a specific practical framework. Materials and Methods: This research used the comprehensive multi-criteria decision-making method of the analytical hierarchy process which is based on the experiences gained in the design, implementation and operation of strategic infrastructures with a survey from 12 experts. Mentioned infrastructures have prioritized according to four economic, social, environmental and technical criteria along with 10 sub-criteria layers of investment and construction cost, maintenance cost, job creation, acceptance and public participation rate, water, soil and air pollution, final quality, technical efficiency and training of expert staff. Results and Discussion: The results showed that in examining the dimensions of sustainable development, the environmental criterion with a weight of 0.30 has the highest priority, followed by the technical criterion with a weight of 0.24. Social and economic criteria were ranked next with weights of 0.224 and 0.223 respectively. Also, the fuel distribution network with a weight of 0.026 had the highest importance in the sustainable development of infrastructure. The second priority was the nationwide electricity distribution network with a weight of 0.0252, and the third priority was the water supply network with a weight of 0.0251. Further, the weight of the alternatives for prioritizing the strategic target infrastructures based on the main criteria showed that the water supply network had the highest priority in economic and environmental criteria with weights of 0.27 and 0.34 respectively. In the social criterion, the nationwide electricity distribution network has the highest priority with a weight of 0.26, and in the technical criterion, the fuel network has the highest priority with a weight of 0.33. Conclusion: Iran with high dependency on fossil energy in its infrastructure demands planning for sustainable development in the processes of exploration, extraction, refining and transportation network of fossil fuels. Then the electricity network of the country requires fundamental changes in the electricity supply system and convergence with innovative technologies. In the third step, because of the water crisis, Iran needs to introduce novel technologies into its infrastructure to achieve higher efficiency. Manuscript profile

Decision makers and persons, in charge of ascertaining economic activities of each sector, who hold top position for marking for policies need to employ fully effective methods in order to make decision about priority cases of different sectors in comparison with each other as well as being able to allocate resources in a more proper way. These effective methods should be, processed and analyzed without taking too long or incurring high costs. The input-output model in economics is one of the tools being employed for economic planning and analysis of inter – industries relations . This model is prepared and updated with prevailing methods, such as RAS and its adjusted version. One has to dedicate long time work (months) and allocate high costs (billion of Rials), as well as a need for availability of precise data and statistic of the existing conditions (activities) at the State’s different economic sectors. It should be noted that this process usually is employed in less developed countries like Iran, within long intervals. This article intends to estimate technological coefficients of the input-output table in Iran for the first time by improvising a new method with the help of an improved analytic hierarchy process and group decision making (GDM). This particular method may well show itself to be quite effective when no clear cut statistic data of the activities of the State’s economy are available, also when we are facing time limit, resources inadequacy stringency while it is simultaneously felt that we must make use of technological coefficients in planning. Ten, estimated technological coefficients for the particular period has been worked out by employing RAS customary method, compared with estimated coefficients suggested by this piece of research work (As a modern model and incurring high time and costs of the prevailing methods) through making use of non-parametric statistical tests. The comparison has proved that the obtained results clearly shoe no meaningful difference between these two compared coefficients. Thus, the obtained results are very promising and it is hoped that they may come handy whenever the relevant experts have in mind to use an effective method. Manuscript profile

The assumption of classical Data Analysis (DEA) model is based on complete homogeneity of Decision Making Units (DMU’s). The objective of this paper is to propose a method of determining relative efficiency of slightly-nohomogeneous DMU’s by using DEA. First missing values are inserted by series mean. Then relative weights of DMU are measured by Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and finally relative efficiency of DMU’s is computed by Chance Constrained DEA. A case study demonstrates the application of the proposed method. Manuscript profile

Today organizations focus on their customers to set and regulate their sale and marking strategies. Modern organizations try to present the best for their customers as the aim of customer relation management is to develop long-term and stable dependencies between the companies and their customers. The importance of this subject is better understood by considering   guidelines on customers’ satisfaction and customer relation management system strategies. One of the most important challenges to modern organizations is the implementation of   strategies which are regulated by thought and systematic methods. Organizations which have used performance evaluation system- particularly balanced score card- prove to be strategically successful.  It is believed that CRM’s score card is one of the strongest tools in collecting customer relation management system strategy. This card converts CRM plans to key factors which predict success of CRM. This research aimed at collecting data on customer relation management system strategy based on balanced score card as an organization concentrates on four approaches (financial, customer, domestic process and learning and growth). In this research after identifying mission , perspective and current strategies of organization , the strategic goals of customer relation management system were determined for each aspect of balanced score card. After conducting Extensive theoretical studies in order to recognize the key factors of success in customer relation management system and Screening them, next step was collecting performance key indices for each of mentioned factors which were then prioritized by AHP method and establishing balanced score card. Finally the formulating map for customer relationship management system strategy was determined for each one of success factors. Manuscript profile

Background and Purpose: Optimal and principled use of natural resources and land use management based on ecological potential, has an important role in environmental management and prevention of environmental degradation in the direction of sustainable development. However, ignoring the social need, despite considering the economic and especially the ecological potential in land use planning, leads to inconsistency with the terrestrial reality, which is one of the basic principles of any land use planning. Materials and Methods: In this study, using weighted linear combination method and hierarchical analysis and standardization of criteria using fuzzy sets, in addition to preparing an ecological and economic potential map for agricultural use, the social needs to change land from barren lands to agriculture were also mapped. By combining all of them, a map of the desirability of changing barren lands to agriculture in the Semnan watershed was obtained, which can also be used in modeling land use changes.           Background and Objective: An integrated model of life cycle assessment and hierarchical analysis was developed to determine the best practical method for municipal solid waste disposal. The model used for environmental and technical assessments of scenarios included (A) landfilling of wastes without energy extraction; (B) waste incineration with energy recovery and ash burial; and (C) production of compost from the organic components and landfilling other wastes. Method: In order to conduct environmental assessments, the amount of greenhouse gas emissions (GHGs) was estimated by life cycle of the disposal method. Technical evaluations were carried out based on the hierarchical analysis method and a survey of experts. In order to analyze the results of the proposed model, Tehran city in Iran was selected as a case study. Findings: The highest greenhouse gas emissions occurred in scenario A, and the lowest was associated with scenario B. Maximum discounts on emissions from burning putrescible wastes, paper and cardboards were obtained in scenario B. In contrast, landfilling of such wastes in scenarios A and C was the main source of methane production. Although the incineration of plastic wastes might lead to more energy extraction in scenario B, the generation of non-biological CO2 had an incremental effect on GHG emissions. Scenarios A and C had a relatively high superiority over scenario B from the perspective of most technical criteria, but the probability of leachate in these scenarios reduced their technical advantages. Discussion and Conclusion: Based on the combination of evaluations, the method of landfilling without energy extraction is the most inappropriate option, and waste incineration with energy extraction leads to the lowest greenhouse gas emissions and is technically acceptable. Background and Objectives: In Zanjan city, no research has been conducted for selection of asuitable site for sanitary disposal of solid waste. At the moment, a traditional landfill site is used forsolid wastes disposal in the vicinity of the city. The site has high potential to pollute the environmentdue to the open air practice of waste disposal. Hence, it is urgent to select a site for this purpose fromamongst the proposed ones.Unsuitable landfill sites may have many negative impacts. Using environmental impact assessmentcan highly help mitigate the negative effects and arrive at a sound environmental management plan.RIAM is an approach that guarantees a sound and at the same time fast and clear evaluation of themain environmental impacts of development projects. This approach has many advantages and somedisadvantages, and of the latter the subjectivity has been targeted in this research. We used the RIAM that was upgraded with the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to lower thesubjectivity implicit in the scoring of the impacts and introduce more objectivity to the process.Method of study: We used suggested landfill sites in Zanjan City and assessed their environmentalimpacts through integration of AHP and RIAM methods. Comparing the effects of each of theselandfills on the environment helped us in selecting the least impacting one. Results: In the process, we integrated the RIAM with the AHP and found the present landfill site stillholds some edge over other suggested sites. The possibility of improving the original RIAM methodwith the AHP was also shown to be applicable and promising.Discussion and conclusion: This study shows that RIAM method can be upgraded throughintegration with the AHP method. The integration transformed challenging ideas on the scoring of theimpacts and provided an opportunity for inclusion of expert opinion and greatly enhancedachievement of a unified impact score. Background and Objective: Growth of urban population contributes to many emerging problems including traffic, disturbances in the transportation system, air pollution and traffic accidents. In order to reduce these problems, it is possible to use rapid transportation systems and clean energy, such as rail transport systems (Metro), which can help to reduce traffic and also reduce air pollution and environmental pollution. On the other hand, with the remarkable development of our country in subway industry and its increasing necessity in large cities, transport systems (metro) have pushed industrialists and manufacturers towards such projects. This increases the number of metro and tunnel construction projects that may result in many incidents. The aim of this study is to investigate the hazards associated with metro station construction projects. Method: In this applied research, an analytical descriptive method is used to investigate the hazards of constructing a metro station. In general, Fuzzy Risk Assessment (FRA) and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) models are used for this purpose. The risk assessment process involves four general stages including: identifying, assessing, responding, and monitoring the risks. Regarding the problem of uncertainty in the field of risk management as well as the lack of information in this field, fuzzy risk assessment method was used and hierarchical analysis was applied to include the importance of component as compared to each other. Findings: After evaluation, the results indicated that the aggregative risk of the project was almost equal to 50%, which confirms very high probability of occurrence and severity of the risks. Also, considering the dimensions of the risks and risk factors studied, it was found that the largest share of this number was related to the implementation of metro station access and the risk of debris falling during drilling. Conclusion: In order to reduce the risks and incidents, these areas should be focused and appropriate preventive and control measures should be considered to ensure greater safety in such projects. Introduction: Natural hazards like earthquakes, tornados and floods can cause considerable losses to lives and environmental properties. In order to develop an appropriate risk management and loss mitigation strategy, it is crucial to develop reliable methods for risk assessment. Risk assessment is defined by both assessing the likelihood and intensity of the natural disaster. Methodology: In order to assess earthquake vulnerability in this research, governing factors were identified and weighted using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Vulnerability map for census tracts of Tehran city has been provided with the help of Index Overlay (IO) and Fuzzy Logic methods. Results are presented visually in GIS environment. Results: The results indicate the preference of fuzzy logic in determining vulnerability of areas, although index overlay method with sufficient number of weight classes for each factor can bring similar results. In addition, index overlay method benefits from simplicity, faster problem solving and more flexibility in combining inputs and ranking outputs. A suitable method for the preparation of vulnerability map must observe the fuzziness rate of parameters, the appropriate selection of membership function and the optimized integration of data layers.   Manuscript profile

Aquifer vulnerability assessment to identify areas that have a potential contamination of water re-sources management, is very important. One of the rudimentary and important ways to prevent groundwater contamination is the identification of vulnerable areas and applied its results for land use management. In this study, the vulnerability of Ramhormoz aquifer evaluated by an Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method and Modified DRASTIC based on GIS. In the DRASTIC model the map of seven hydrogeological characteristics affecting groundwater pollution (depth to water, net recharge, aquifer media, soil type, topography, the impact of vadose zone and hydraulic conduc-tivity) was combined using Geographic information system (GIS) and aquifer vulnerability map was prepared. In order to overlaying the data layer tree methods (DRASTIC-DRASTIC, DRASTIC-AHP and AHP-AHP methods) have been used. Nitrate concentration data of groundwater have been used for model validation. The results show that, except the southeast that have a high vulnerability, other parts of plain have a low to moderate vulnerability. In the study area, DRASTIC-DRASTIC and DRASTIC-AHP methods have a better results rather than AHP-AHP method. The correlation coefficient between Q index and nitrate concentration in DRASTIC-DRASTIC, DRASTIC-AHP and AHP-AHP methods is obtained 0.97, 0.96 and 0.81, respectively, which confirmed the results. Regarding stop industrial forests exploitation in northern Iran, this study was conducted to determine the suitable areas for wood farming by Eucalyptus in Khuzestan province using Fuzzy AHP and GIS. The indices used were included four main indices, water resources, land use, climate and soil and 22 related sub-indices (Soil texture, soil depth, soil salinity, soil acidity, distance from the river, water volume, surface water salinity, groundwater depth, groundwater salinity, mean annual temperature, mean minimum annual temperature, mean maximum annual temperature, minimum absolute temperature, maximum absolute temperature, mean annual rainfall, mean annual relative humidity, mean annual wind speed, shrublands around the rivers, sandy hills, Jihad Nasr lands, empty lands around the Jihad Nasr channels, empty lands around the water resources). Maps of these factors were prepared using Google Earth satellite imagery (from summer of 2017 to 2019), ground sampling (September of 2019) and available data. Eucalyptus cultivation map in Khuzestan province was also prepared from Khuzestan Natural Resources Administration and ground sampling by GPS in September of 2019. The land use map was prepared by the digitization of land use/cover using Google Earth satellite imagery from summer of 2017 to 2019. Accuracy of land use map was evaluated by 60 ground control points. The weight of effective indices in Eucalyptus wood farming potential was calculated using Fuzzy AHP. For this purpose, 30 expert questionnaires (30 expert judgments) were distributed among the scientific and operating experts of wood farming to express the importance and priority of effective factors in wood farming. Then, the mean questionnaire was obtained and it was analysed by Chang triangular fuzzy extent analysis. Based on this method, the normal weights of the indices and sub-indices were calculated using Fuzzy AHP method. Using the linear weighted combination of effective sub-indices, maps of the main indices and then a map of Eucalyptus wood farming potential was prepared. Finally, the wood farming potential map was validated by Eucalyptus cultivation map and its accuracy was evaluated in identifying the suitable areas for Eucalyptus wood farming in Khuzestan province. The results showed that among the main indices, water resources and land use had the most importance in the determination of the prone lands for Eucalyptus farming in Khuzestan province based on the Fuzzy AHP. According to the results, 12.83% of the area had very good potential and 10.47% of the area had good potential for Eucalyptus farming.  The results of the accuracy assessment of wood farming potential map also showed that Fuzzy AHP with overall accuracy 82% had good accuracy in identification of the prone areas for wood farming in Khuzestan province.           integrationthe action of incorporating a racial or religious group into a communityMore (Definitions, Synonyms, Translation) Background and ObjectiveVolcanic Mount Damavand has unique landscapes and special geomorphological phenomena, wildlife diversity, vegetation, and unique climatic conditions and is one of the most important tourist destinations in Mazandaran province. Therefore, the protection of these unique reserves, especially geological phenomena that are the result of millions of year’s global evolution in this region, is important. Therefore, comprehensive national and international planning based on the principles of sustainable development is essential for the continuation of this world heritage. By using valuable tools such as GIS, it is possible to identify prone areas to geotourism development for sustainable development in the region and then apply the evaluation and optimal management. In addition to scientific values, geocomposites have many conservation, cultural, aesthetic, social and economic values. For the comprehensive management of watersheds, it is necessary to consider all the natural and human aspects affecting geotourism. In this study, in order to identify the potential of geotourism, an analytic hierarchy process (AHP) has been used with the GIS. Materials and Methods Mount Damavand with a height of 5672 meters is located in northern Iran. It is the highest peak in Iran and the Middle East, as well as the highest semi-active volcanic peak in Asia. Damavand is a stratified and semi-active volcanic mountain that was mainly formed during the fourth geological period called the Quaternary and Holocene eras. From the point of view of country divisions, it is located in Amol city of Mazandaran province. Its altitude is 5672 meters above sea level, the average annual rainfall is 540 mm and it is mainly in the form of snow. The climate of this part of the basin is semi-humid climate according to the Koppen method and cold semi-humid climate according to the Ambrege method. In order to determine the effective indices in identifying the potential areas for geotourism development, the study of criteria is divided into two categories of effective criteria and restrictive development. Layers of development obstacles include; rivers and main roads, side roads and inter-rural roads. The effective layers studied along with the relative weight obtained from the analysis of the questionnaire were considered to superimpose the layers with a specific weight for each layer. The results of completing the questionnaire by the audience, to determine the relative weight, information layers were formed in the GIS environment. In this study, using geographic information system (GIS) tools and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method, the weighting of effective criteria susceptible areas with geotourism development capability within a radius of 20 km of mount Damavand were performed. Results and Discussion The criteria inconsistency rate is less than 0.1, there is no need to reconsider the judgments. According to the final results obtained from overlaying effective layers in the development of geotourism by the Weighted Overlay function in GIS software, the study area with an area of 1256 square kilometres, after subtracting the restrictive areas, is divided into five classes; very inappropriate, unsuitable, medium, suitable and very suitable. The results showed, that the regions were classified into 5 categories: very inappropriate (1.34%), unsuitable (19.11%), medium (56.44%), suitable (20.94%) and very suitable (2.16%). then, after the field visit, 40 Alternatives were identified and examined in terms of the importance of development potential in the region. Evaluation of 40 Alternatives shows that 25, 40 and 35% of the alternatives have very good, appropriate and average potential, respectively. The results show that most of the susceptible areas with geotourism development capability, are located in the east and southeast of Mount Damavand. This can be caused by the density of various facilities, including villages, cities, roads and rivers, and so on. The high potential areas are more in the north, centre to the southeast of the protected area that has vegetation and forest, water resources and high geomorphological values and low potential areas are more in South and west is the range. This can be seen in the present study. Also, most of the area has medium to high potential, which indicates a good potential of the area. Conclusion One of the main reasons for the lack of integration in determining areas with geotourism potential is the lack of comprehensive and codified scientific criteria and indices. Geotourism, as one of the sub-branches of tourism, is a way to explain various geological and geomorphological concepts, it can be used as an industry for the construction and development of economic geology. In this study, in order to determine the susceptible areas with geotourism development capability with a view to the sustainable development of the region, the studied criteria were determined according to the availability of their information. These layers include; geology, distance from rivers, city, villages, communication roads, altitude, slope and aspect, rainfall and temperature as effective layers and road and river maps were considered as a constraint layer. In different studies, according to the availability of information of each layer in the study area and according to the purpose of the study, the layer of effective criteria and obstacles are different. After a field survey and identifying 40 alternatives, the results of overlaying the identified alternatives with the final potential map showed 35% of the alternatives in areas with very good potential, 40% of the options in areas with good potential, and 25% of the alternatives has medium development potential, respectively. This method is used to exploit natural resources and prepare tourism, welfare maps and can be a key step for the sustainable development of regions, and can provide a key step for the sustainable development of areas prone to tourism with different goals.   http://dorl.net/dor/20.1001.1.26767082.1400.12.1.1.2 Manuscript profile

The present research was performed with the aim of microzonation risk of earthquake using fuzzy inference system model and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process in district 1 of Ahvaz Municipality. In this study 19 criteria (population, land use, building density, occupancy level, historical background, floors, structures, distance from health centers, outdoor fireplaces and military facilities, proximity to faults, electrical, subway, high-pressure gas and petrol stations) were selected and converted into raster format in ArcGIS®10.1 environment to generate the standard layers. Linguistic variables limitation and fuzzy membership functions were then written using MATLAB program. The results indicated that,  the fuzzy inference system has better performance than  fuzzy analytic hierarch process model. In addition, based on the results of the fuzzy inference system, existence of areas with a very high, high, and a medium rate of risk showed 60% (4.48 Km2) of total area (7.6 Km2). This indicated the existence of the medium up to a high rate of risk in mentioned district. Furthermore the area with low and very low rate of risk was 40% of area (3.12 Km2) which is  mostly consisted of arid lands and farms in the west and southwest of the district. Manuscript profile

In today's world due to the advantages of the supply chain for organizations, the majority of organizations have joined the supply chain. On the other hand, Performance Assessment is an essential element for the development of modern organizations. Because of joining the organizations to supply chain, organizations performance linked together along the supply chain and the measure of an organization's performance rate alone doesn’t indicate the performance of the supply chain. For this reason, in this study, we tried to review the previous literature and present a Comprehensive conceptual model of supply chain performance indicators in the balanced scorecard model. Then, BY using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, the measured weights Model of Balanced Scorecard in the food industry were calculated. After getting feedback from some professionals in the supply chain and doing the calculation, it has been found that the customer perspective is most important and internal process, financial and learning and growth perspective in the supply chain performance importance, respectively. The limitation and scarcity of groundwater resources in Darab Fars plain has caused this plain to be in a critical situation and in the forbidden group. With proper management, the capacity of available surface and groundwater resources can be well identified and studied to make a comprehensive plan for their proper use. The use of GIS along with observational data leads to easy and systematic estimation of groundwater recharge areas. The purpose of this study is to identify the potential of groundwater resources using AHP model and fuzzy functions in GIS environment. To assess the potential of groundwater resources, 10 geological criteria, fault density, altitude, slope, land use, soil, geomorphology, precipitation, drainage density and distance from rivers were studied and analyzed. The layers were prepared in a GIS environment and then the potential of groundwater resources was modeled using fuzzy logic functions. The results showed that the use of 0.98 gamma showed more favorable results than other numbers. Areas with high groundwater potential were determined with high accuracy. To validate the model, exploitation wells in the region have been used. About 63.62 percent of this type of wells are located in areas with good and very good potential. Areas with good and very good potential correspond to the terrace reserves, alluviums and sediments of the fourth period and have a low slope (0-5 degrees). About 31 percent of the watershed is in two categories of good and very good potential. Manuscript profile

Entrepreneurship can result in economical developments and can be considered as a substitution for conventional work culture. In this paper, entrepreneurial tendency is investigated. To this end, a comprehensive model of entrepreneurship is utilized. The questionnaires were distributed among 49 male and 42 female students of physical education. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 18. The results show that there is a significant difference between male and female students in terms of drive and energy, independency, risk taking and creativity attributes. However, no significant difference between them for the need for achievement attribute was found. In general, the findings show that entrepreneurial tendency of male students is higher than female students. In this paper, the weights of these attributes are obtained by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) and a mathematical equation is developed for forecasting entrepreneurial tendency. The results of FAHP depicted ranking of entrepreneurial tendency attributes as: drive and energy, risk taking, creativity, independency and need for achievement.  [ ? Manuscript profile

In today’s fast expanding business climate, the need for useful business information seems to be vital not only for achieving success but also for the survival of an organization. Considering the failure of management information systems (MIS) in satisfying the requirements of organizational decision makers on the competition issues during recent years, the art-like technologies such as business intelligence have become one of the major concepts of management information systems, and by mixing with the culture of advanced organizations, are playing an important role at the frontline of information technology for supporting management decision making. In this article an attempt has been made, with the identification  and introduction of the most important factors and parameters affecting the performance of a business intelligence system, to present a model for the measurement of a business intelligence performance (within the framework of a case study in a software production organization ). Taking into consideration the lack of independence and the existence of the relationship between effective factors, the method of Fuzzy Analytic Network Process was used for identifying the possible relationship between the factors as well as measuring them for the development of an evaluating model. In the conclusion, the results gained have been compared with the methods of Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process and Non-Fuzzy Analytic Network Process.   Manuscript profile

Achieving success in an industrial cluster depends on avariety of variables. A fertile research soil in this regard seems to be investigation of the very concept of value from different perspectives. The aim of this study was thus to identify barriers to value creation in auto part industry of East Azarbaijan and to scrutinize them using ISMtechniqueThe research population comprised 220 managers of auto part manufacturing companies who were members of auto-part manufacturer forum of East Azarbaijan. A sample of 71 was further selected from the population based on Cochran's formula. Two questionnaires were distributed to glean the research data: one focused on identifying the value creation barriers and the other on pinpointing the inter-relationships among those barriers. Value creation barriers were identified via t-test analysis of the research data and the ISM technique was implemented in structuring the identified barriers. The findings emerging from the ISM analysis delineated "nonsufficient experience", "poor inter-personal communication" and "technological changes" as the most influential barriers, and "lack of innovative ideas", "low quality of manufacturing" and "routine thinking" identified as the most influenceable barriers to value creation in the auto part industry. The findings suggest that the barriers could be adequately overcome by promoting work relationships among the personnel, employing experienced experts and reinforcing research and development in monitoring new technologies in automotive industry. The United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals encourage countries to solve many social problems. One of these problems is homelessness. We consider those goals which are most pertinent to homelessness according to [13]. We rank countries with respect to the achievement of these goals. We use fuzzy similarity measures to determine the degree of similarity between these rankings. We use three methods to rank the counties, namely, the Analytic Hierarchy Process, the Guiasu method, and the Yen method. Overall scores of categories in some basic research papers pertaining to Sustainable Development Goals were obtained by using multiplication of the scores of the category’s targets. Multiplication was used to agree with the philosophy that in order for a high score to be obtained, all targets must have a high score. To support this philosophy in the decision process, we use the t-norms bounded difference, algebraic product, and standard intersection as experts. We also suggest a way the techniques used here can be extended to nonstandard analysis Manuscript profile

Flood-prone areas are of great importance in order to control the resulting damages, store runoff and increase underground water reserves. In this regard, it is possible to use advanced spatial methods to identify flood-prone areas and use its results in urban management planning. The purpose of the present study is to identify flood prone areas and flood potential zoning of dayyer County in Bushehr province using hierarchical analysis in GIS environment. For this purpose, based on the most important effective factors in creating floods and their weighting, the Analytical Hierarchy (AHP) method was used. After preparing the weighted maps and analyzing the criteria, by overlapping the layers, a flood zoning map was prepared and presented in dayyer County. Based on the results, the extension of the northern and northeastern elevations to the east of dayyer County and the middle elevations of the city and its center have a high flood potential. The results showed that out of the total area of 2306 square kilometers of the studied area, 204 square kilometers are in the very low vulnerability category (8.8%), 563 square kilometers are in the low vulnerability category (24%), and 694 square kilometers are in the medium vulnerability category (5.5). 30 percent), 583 square kilometers are in the high vulnerability class (25.2 percent) and 262 square kilometers are in the very high vulnerability class (11.5 percent). Considering that more than 50% of the area of the region has a medium to high risk of flood potential and the areas with a very high risk also constitute a significant area of the region, Therefore, it is necessary that flood-prone areas be the focus of urban management planning. Since the beginning of the twentieth century, many countries have changed their capitals. Capital cities are the heart of any political system that those being threatened can lead to collapse of the political system of the country. That is why locating the capital of each country, as the center of authority and persistence of political structure is very important. The main objective of this study is to identify and prioritize the criteria and factors that affect in relocating the capital of the country. This article’s type is analytical – descriptive and will attempt to find effective indicators and criteria and importance of each by using expert opinion. Thus, 18 main criteria that affect locating of capitals detected; including the following four categories of criteria for environmental-natural, socio-cultural, security-defense, economic-political. Then using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Thomas L. Saaty’s binary comparison matrix to determine the coefficients to rank importance of the indices and criteria studied. The results show that among the main criteria, environmental criteria (weight 0.423) as compared to defensive, social and economic criteria is more important. Among the sub-criteria, four indicators "not being exposed to earthquake and fault zone (with coefficient = 0.179)", "appropriate access to surface water and groundwater (0.123)", "being far away from nuclear centers (0.120)" and " the rate of social crime (0.080)" are the most important weights of elements in the selection process of suitable location for the capital. In addition, based on these findings it can be stated that the selection or locating of the capital; more than 50 percent, depends on these four factors.   Manuscript profile

Today, health care as one of the factors contributing to the development of the society is known. If the vital health services are not distributed equally, the utility would not be created for all residents and this is a weakness that makes it difficult for the process of achieving sustainable development. In Khuzestan province this has also been observed that health services have tended to concentrate in the city of Ahwaz, and some municipalities of the province have been neglected with regards of health services distribution. Therefore, this study aimed to examine and analyze the indexes of health services in Khuzestan province. Strategy Research, functional and descriptive and analytical methods have been used  to gather the required information, the library method was used as well. To analyze the data, the coefficient of dispersion (CV), T- test and model Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (Fuzzy AHP) were used. The methods of the health status of Khuzestan province by 20 indicators was examined. To do better calculations excel and spss software were used. Hierarchical process model, a model of Multi Attribute Decision Making (MCDM0 was used in which the performance has been confirmed in uncertainty. The model calculations showed that the city of Ahvaz getting 2/302 Score, was the most enjoyed city in Khuzestan province. In ratings the second and the third it was found that , Respectively Abadan (0/474) and Dezful (0/326), along with other  cities in this province are in a state of denial instead. The standard minimum weight calculations showed that the city of Ahvaz and other cities of the province to provide health services to their inhabitants have not been successful. Dispersion calculations showed that the distribution of services in Khuzestan province is willing to be focused. T- test showed that both in towns and in the villages, there is no distribution of health service coordination. It was concluded that in relation to the distribution of health services in Khuzestan province, there are structural and functional weaknesses and distribution of health services are not subject to the principles of sustainable development.   Manuscript profile

Advertising is not only as a tool to increase company sales. Fast development of mass communication tools and added new mediums to advertising media have been introduced the advertising as a key element in the success or failure of a company. Due to the intense competition between companies and the fast growth of markets and changes in consumer behavior, advertising is taken into consideration as a major tool to create consumer awareness of products and services. Thus, in order to choose the best advertising method for meat products (sausages and salami), comments of 500 Shiraz citizens are collected by Cochran sampling and used in data analysis by Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). After gathering the data, by synthesis the comments of respondents through arithmetic mean, the pairwise comparison matrix of criteria and priorities was formed to estimate the relative weights of them to achieve the goals of "the best method of advertising". The results indicated with respect to citizen viewpoints, the media advertisement, the street billboards, the advertising brochures, the advertising kiosks, and the purchase awards have the highest degree of importance with weight 0.430, 0.238, 0.139, 0.098 and 0.096, respectively. Due to the competition of different meat products factories, to make interest and encourage for purchasing a goods toward the competitor goods, it is necessary to use the persuasive advertisement. The development and preservation of ecological balance will be achieved when used from the land in accordance with its capabilities. Accordingly, identifying the capabilities of the land before loading various activities is very important. Otherwise, many of the investments will be wasted. As a result, assessing the land use potential for planting different crops is the first strategic priority for increasing production and optimizing resource consumption. In order to study the role of physiographic factors in the ecological capability of Golestan province for the planting of peas, geographic information system and weighted linear combination method were used. Agricultural needs and geological variables including soil texture, elevation, slope and aspect are determined from the available scientific resources, grading and required maps were prepared. For data standardization, fuzzy logic was used and we used the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method to weigh the criteria. Finally, using the weighted linear combination (WLC) method in the TerrSet software environment, a potential mapping plan for peas was prepared. The results of the weighting of the criteria with the AHP method showed that the slope with the maximum of 0.2790 and the elevation had the lowest coefficients of 0.1038. Also, the results showed that a large part of the agricultural lands located in the province center (70.51%) has suitable conditions for the planting of peas and 6.08% of the total area of land is less suitable and 7.2% is half suitable, which includes lands Located in the mountainous and highlands of the province. This study aims to assess Agro-climatic suitability for Cumin producing in East-Azerbaijan province based on GIS spatial analysis technique. For this goal, several criteria including soil conditions, climatologically indicators, topography situation and agro-climatology criteria were taken into account of modeling process. The methodology was performed based on GIS spatial analysis. For this to happen, standardization process was performed on criteria and weighting process was done using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) approach. GIS based multicriteria decision analysis was employed for weighted overlapping of indicators and results were achieved based on GIS- Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA) method. Initial results indicated that East-Azerbaijan province has potential for cultivating of Cumin. Based on results, Cumin plant can be cultivated in Mianeh, Shabestar, Maragheh, Marand, Sahand, Sarab, Varzrghan, Kaleybar and Bostan Abad regions which are classified in suitable category. Also, the rest regions indicated moderate potential for this purpose. Finally, about 2561151 ha of this province has high suitability, 2017916 ha has moderate suitability. Lacks of enough attention to the feasibility assessment of Cumin plant in this province, results of this research are great of importance for the purpose of regional planning in East-Azerbaijan province. All organizations, must determine their future path; in other words, they must understand where they stand and where they are heading to. Strategic management is one of the most recognized management approaches for this purpose. One of the most important steps in strategic management is recognizing organization’s internal and external factors. If these factors are recognized correctly, they can be used to establish correct and optimal strategies. So far, few researchers have used exact methods for identifying and prioritizing internal and external factors. In this article, we try to use multi criteria (Sample Additive Weighting and Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process techniques) and data mining (support vector machine) for reorganization of internal and external factors. The case study in this research is Water and Sewerage Company of Mashhad. First, organization’s internal and external factors are identified and classified by organization’s higher managers and experts. For applying Sample Additive Weighting and Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process, first, the criteria according to internal and external factor’s definition are determined and criteria’s weights are identified  by Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process also Sample Additive Weighting. Then, by using these weights, the values for all factors are calculated and classified. Using these criteria (attributes) and WEKA software, after data preprocess, factors classified by Support Vector Machine that is one of the most accurate data mining approaches. The results show Support Vector Machine prediction more accurately compared to other techniques. Manuscript profile
