The purpose of this study was the evaluate of theeffect inveness of teaching based on research oriented on school achievementand problem solving skill. The research method was quasa exprimental. Thepopulation consisted of all 6th grader students and the sample was anelementary school which randomly was selected. Among all 6th grader students 30students who were ready to participate in this study were randomly divided totwo experimental and control group. The instruments included standardquestionnaires and problem-solving skills Heppner and CRASKOF (Heppner, 1988)and test scores in science class teacher and the validity of alpha valuesbetween 0.72_ 0.85 and subscales (0.72.PC ,0.84 AA, 0.85 PSC) and 0.90 For theoverall scale and reliability through Cronbach's alpha in the range 0.83 to0.89 calculated. The validity of teacher-made tests regarding the number ofscience teachers and one who teaches history of science at the University ofeducators were determined. To determine the reliability of the test with ahistory of two teachers and science education experts were asked toindependently test 20 sheets of papers to correct. Agreement coefficient wascalculated between two corrector 0.87 Both group completed HEPS and CRASKOFproblem solving questionnaire and the science test as pre- test. Theexperimental group received 24 sessions of teaching science based on researchoriented method, while the control group were taught through traditionalmethod. Then both group received problem solving skill test and the sciencepost test. The data were analyzed using (SPSS19) T-test and CO-variance. Thefinding indicated that the experimental group in both school achievement andthe ability of problem solving were significanty better than control group. Manuscript profile

Abstract Today, ranking and classifying the societies and nations are based on knowledge produce which is resulted from individuals' creativity. According to Maslow, creativity can be interpreted as self-emerging as a special person by which creative problem solving can be increased through the best way. The main purpose of this study is to define the relationship between the skill of problem solving and creativity with moderating curricular self-efficacy. It is a descriptive-surveying research. The statistical population consisted of all students in the city of Dushanbeh, using the Cocran formula of whom 250 were selected by multistage cluster sampling. Data were collected using Happner-Peterson's problem-solving skill Inventory (1982), Owen-Froman's Academic Self-efficacy Scale (1998), and Abedi's Test of Creativity (1983). Findings showed that presumed causative model had acceptable goodness fitness and 32 percent of variance of students' creativity is explained. Also, findings showed that the skill of problem solving could positively affect the creativity and affect indirectly students' creativity through curricular self-efficacy meaning that the curricular self-efficacy could be acted as a moderator for the skill of problem solving and creativity. The purpose of this study was to investigate the prevalence of bullying victimization bullying and its correlation with social-emotional skills, problem-solving skills, and depression in middle school students. This is a correlational and descriptive study. The study population consists of all students of the first-grade middle school of city of Bukan. The sample has been chosen by cluster sampling method of 525 people. The data were collected by using illinois bullying questionnaire, Heppner problem-solving skills, child and young depression (CADS), and social-emotional skills (SEL). The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression by spss24. The results showed that bullying behaviors with total score of problem solving (p=0.001, r =-0.25) and self-confidence (p=0.000, r=-0.21), self-control (p=0.002 r=-0.25) tendency to problem solving (p=0.000, r=-0.27) and total score social-emotional skills (p=0.02, r=-0.13) and the components of self-organizing (p=0.009, r=-0.14) self-regulation (p=0.003, r=-0.12) and relationships with peer (p=0.03, r=-0.10) have negative correlation. But there is a positive correlation with depression (p=0.006, r=0.16) and avoidance of problem solving (p=0.005, r=0.20). The results of regression analysis also showed that solving problem (β=0.19) and emotional social skills(β=0.71) and depression (β=0.10) were reliable predictors in the regression model. Findings indicate that bullying can be predicted based on variables of depression (positive correlation), social-emotional skills (negative correlation), and problem-solving skills (negative correlation). These results can be considered in clinical interventions for students and used as preventive variables. Manuscript profile

The aim of this study was to explain the effect of Triz skills training on the problem-solving skills and creativity of the staff of Shahid Sadoughi University of Medical Sciences in Yazd. The method of this research was quasi-experimental in which a pre-test-post-test design with a control group was used, which consisted of an independent variable of training and a dependent variable of problem-solving skills and creativity. The statistical population included the staff of the Shahid Sadoughi University of Yazd who by random sampling method 40 people were randomly selected into two groups of control and experimental. Data collection tools included two questionnaires on Hepner's problem-solving skills and measuring receptive creativity. The validity and reliability of these questionnaires have been confirmed by both researchers and various tests. Data were analyzed using the statistical method of analysis of covariance (MANCOVA). The results showed that Triz skills training has a positive effect on creativity and problem solving skills of employees. Manuscript profile

The present study was conducted to investigate the efficiency of Memory Specificity Training intervention on improving problem solving skills and autobiographical memory in patients with Bipolar disorder with psychotic traits. It is done by quasi-experimental method. Among all patients with bipolar disorder with psychotic features of Sarai Ehsan Complex (Chronic Mental Patients Care Center) in the suburbs of Tehran, a sample of 30 people (15 people to perform Memory Specificity Training and 15 controls) were selected by purposive sampling. Biographical Memory Test, Problem Solving Questionnaire (SPSI-R), and Memory Specialization Training (MEST) treatment protocol were used to collect data. Research data were analyzed by multivariate analysis of covariance, univariate covariance and one-way ANOVA. The results showed that there was a significant difference in problem solving skills and biographical memory of patients in the intervention group of memory specialization training and the control group. Therefore, we conclude that the intervention of memory specialization training is effective in improving problem solving skills and biographical memory of patients with bipolar disorder with psychotic traits and demographic factors can play a role in problem solving skills and patients’ biographical memory.
