Hence familiarity with the fundamental concepts of strategic management of agile human resources and its development is important for organizations. The purpose of this research is to provide a conceptual model of strategic management of agile human resources with a hybrid approach. Research method: In the current research, a meta-composite qualitative method was used in order to systematically review the findings of the studies conducted in this regard. The data collection tool was the documents available in this field in reliable scientific databases in the period from 1999 to 2023 and included 20 studies. The method of data analysis was open coding. In this research, 226 codes were identified and then the identified codes were categorized and combined based on the degree of conceptual similarity. Findings: The findings showed that the factors affecting the strategic management of agile human resources include five dimensions of organizational factors, communication factors, knowledge factors, cultural factors and human factors, which finally drew the research pattern. Background and purpose: sustainable knowledge is an emerging issue and has received wide attention in the health care sector of the country in recent decades. The purpose of this research is to validation of sustainable knowledge model based on human resources in the Ministry of Health, Treatment and Medical Education. Research method: The method of this research is content analysis. The statistical population included experts and specialists in the field of human resources management in the Ministry of Health, Medical Education, and academic staff members of the university, who were interviewed by snowball sampling method in the number of 20 people until theoretical saturation in a semi-structured way. After collecting data, MAXQDA 2020 software was used. Interpretive structural modeling was used to validate the model. Findings: The findings showed that the sustainable knowledge model includes 6 main categories (improving work life in order to improve knowledge, support for knowledge expansion, realism for knowledge sharing, trust building for knowledge dissemination, social commitment in order to apply knowledge and competence in line with the development of knowledge) and 19 subcategories. Among the 19 sub-categories, ISM findings showed that the two components of social competence and love of work form the cornerstone of the model. Conclusion: Undoubtedly, focusing on sustainable knowledge in the health sector is inevitable. The Ministry of Health, Treatment and Medical Education must analyze the dimensions of sustainable knowledge in order to achieve success in the field of health. Manuscript profile

Background and purpose: Emotions are inside organizations and cannot be separated from the work environment, and it is important to pay attention to the management of emotions. The purpose of this research is to design a model of factors affecting emotion management in Islamic Azad University. Research method: The research method is exploratory in terms of objective and qualitative approach. In order to collect data and identify factors, content analysis method and interviews with 20 experts using theoretical sampling method were used to achieve theoretical saturation. Fuzzy Delphi technique was used to screen the factors, and to model and stratify the identified factors, interpretive structural modeling and Mick Mac analysis. Findings: The findings showed that the factors affecting emotion management include background factors, cognitive-social factors, structural factors, and behavioral factors. In leveling the factors, it was found that the background factors are in the third level and the most influential factor in emotion management Conclusion: In order to strengthen and improve emotion management in universities, the factors that affect this matter should be taken into consideration by managers. Background factors in the first degree, and structural factors and cognitive-social factors in the second degree have a higher priority. Manuscript profile

Abstract Background and purpose: Human resources' cyberloafing has been recognized as an important issue in today's world with the development of the use of communication tools. The purpose of this research is to analyze the components of human resources' cyberloafing in the health field of Iraq. Research method: The research method was conducted in two phases: qualitative (thematic analysis) and quantitative (survey). The research community in the first phase was all the published texts between 2013 and 2023, of which 250 works were examined as a sample and the validity of the research data was confirmed through an external audit. The statistical sample of the quantitative part was 156 employees of health organizations in Iraq who were selected based on Cochran's formula. Through the researcher-made questionnaire based on the first phase, the data of this section were collected. In the quantitative section, structural equation modeling and second-order confirmatory factor analysis were used to analyze the data. Findings: The results of this section included 4 overarching themes including loitering behaviors, negative consequences of loitering, functions, and causes of loitering, 9 organizing themes, and 73 basic themes. Conclusion: One of the important issues that Iraqi health managers should pay attention to is the reduction of virtual roaming behaviors in order to reduce its negative consequences in the workplace.
