This research was sought to Study the impact of transformational leadership on organizational innovations in administration of the Iranian Supreme Audit Court has examined 10 provinces. The study, descriptive and correlational and in terms of purpose, function, and since that test a particular model of relationship between the variables involved, the type of casual relationship or SEM. The study consisted of 153 employees of the offices of the Supreme Audit Court and to collect data from questionnaires transformational leadership, organizational creativity and innovation is used. To analyze the data, the confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and structural equation modeling (SEM) based on the LISREL software was used to evaluate the structural model. The results showed that there is a relationship between transformational leadership and organizational creativity as well as between transformational leadership and organizational innovation directly as well as indirectly through the mediation of organizational creativity is a significant relationship. This means that transformational leadership in the office of the Supreme Audit Court will lead to creativity and organizational innovation. The results also show, aspects of product innovation, organizational culture and individual consideration such variables the greatest impact on creativity, organizational innovation and transformational leadership in the Court of the country.
